QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
When the life of the mother is at risk. If a choice is made to have sex before marriage, pregnancy now can easily be avoided. The life in the womb has a right to life liberty & the pursuit of happiness. We must cherish life again if we are going to change the cycle of death in all it's forms in our society.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I would be open to discuss a graduated tax on earned income.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would cut any funding that is aimed at indoctrinating our children. I would cut duplicate or inefficient bureaucracies. I would mark and eliminate wasteful spending.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
Many of our colleges are currently indoctrinating our children to hate their country and now with the critical race lie, hate themselves and others. Until teachers are free to teach again (provide information from all sources - seek and find their own truth), one control we have is through the purse. I am for education freedom and letting teachers assist the educational needs of their students without strings attached. If we give them more money, it only means more strings less freedom.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
No circumstances. We the people have the right to religious freedom and assembly. If individuals do not wish to attend church, then they need not attend. The government is not to be involved in our right to worship.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it has demonstrated what socialized medicine would look like. Our hospital had a 57 hr. wait to be seen. Our nurses were over run with patients, jeopardizing their health & the health of patients as the administrators were making $600,000 and no new nurses were being hired. Doctors were not permitted to right prescriptions that would save lives, patients were told to go home until they had trouble breathing. The whole medical industry would continue to be politicized.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
NONE. Especially since this current vaccine is not truly a vaccine, it is a pathogen creator. We should have autonomy, especially over our bodies and it should always left up to the individual. This is not to say that if precautions are in order that they should not be complied.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We need to be vigilant in monitoring who is coming into our country. We need to avoid involvement in Middle East concerns, except where Iran is concerned which must never be a nuclear nation.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
We have seen what our pressure has caused other nations throughout the world. Now we are looking at WWIII and nuclear weapons. We must learn to let nations solves their own disputes.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
You have no country if you have no borders and no rule of law. Our own citizens living in border states are living in war zones and our children are being poised with fentanyl. This has to stop immediately.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Those who wish to go through the legal process and have no criminal record. Those who have a sincere desire to honor our constitution and serve, not be served, by this great nation.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Agree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a devout Christian. I am thankful that our Founding Fathers wrote a magnificent document in honor of an omnipotent Creator. I am thankful for my Saviors faithfulness everyday.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Act 77 mail in ballots is unconstitutional. It needs to be repealed. We need a forensic audit in order to identify the errors in our system including the voting machines. My constituents only want paper ballots, absentee ballots if you can not be there due to work or disability as our Constitution Article 7, Section 14. They feel without this we will never have fair elections again. I have constantly fought to audit the 2020 Presidential Election.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
It's always a threat. But it is not just one race that is racist. Today we are teaching our children to be racists through lies and manipulation. Labeling them victims and oppressors because a Washington lobbyist (under the cloak of human rights) wants to continue to raise millions with a fake cause, as their previous cause gay marriage has been achieved. They no regard that this is destroying our country.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
The new process is much cleaner and we desperately need energy independence instead of relying on energy from our enemies.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To regulate as in to make regular, to correct abuses. To protect the citizenry and not oppress. To respect those it serves. The government is to articulate the rights and duties of citizens. James Madison wrote "neither external or internal controls on government would be necessary if angels were to govern men". But government follows the morality of the society, it's power is limited by the role of families, schools, business and religious organizations which help to check the authority of the state. That is as long as these groups are engaged. Limited governance always equals more liberty. But our close watch must always be on them.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
na
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
no
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am also on the Legislative Review Committee for the PA State Committee, we submitted resolutions to Congress regarding, protecting children from mask mandates, only women compete in women sports, a forensic audit of the 2020 Presidential election, the protection of babies with down syndrome from abortion. As the 80th's Representative, I would like to fight for fairness for nurses and patients and limit the amount of patients to nurses. I would like to remove archaic and unenforceable laws from the books. I would like to fight and promote school choice, I believe only then will our children get a better education and I believe it will incentivize the failing schools to complete and put children first. I want to ensure against unconstitutional mandates and do whatever I can to help businesses that have been crushed by these policies.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
If the conduct is consistent with policy but I do agree that policies have to reflect proper training. My son is an officer and say the situational training is appalling and much more training is needed. I would work to provide funding and supervision of advanced training.l
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Agree
We have the money for mental health if a lot of useless programs were ended and monies redirected. I fully support more monies allocated with review for mental health. Those programs that are successful will continue to receive support and those that are not will be terminated.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. Current laws need to be enforced. Criminals should not have guns. Our borders need to be secured.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
