The state tax code needs to be simplified to a true flat income tax and consumption tax system. Local governments including municipalities and school boards need to have the ability to structure their tax systems to meet their community's needs. This could be elimination of property tax, sole dependence on use tax, income tax or combination of any or all.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Reduce the number of state employees. Revise the public benefits rules and not award additional moneys on the basis of having more children when on public assistance
