QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Never.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Abortion provider should never be funded publicly. Directly or indirectly. I pray they all go out of business or deemed unlawful.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Assisted suicide is never ok.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
In Nevada, property, sales tax, and fuel taxes should be cut across the board. The NV "Commerce Tax" should be repealed asap.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Reduction in the percentage of money devoted to higher education may be in order.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Business owners and individuals should be free to run their businesses how they see fit. If there is a violation of conscience, the business owner must be free to act according to his/her conscience, preference, or faith.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None...NEVER!
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Vaccinations should not be mandated in any way. This last charade with the government and media's Covid-19 response has codified this stance into my being.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We need to focus on strengthening our military domestically. This includes our federal agency's within like ICE and border patrol. Our porous southern border is my number one concern when it comes to almost ALL threats. Whether those threats are Fentanyl, sex trafficking, child trafficking, gangsters, terrorists, or the like.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Our weak border policies under Biden, weak-willed Republicans, and progressive Democrats have made this the #1 national security issue in the last 60+ years.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone who is vetted legally and able to show an aptitude and willingness to succeed and contribute to our American society should be welcome. They have always been welcome--One of the many reasons our nation is exemplary.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
Yes I firmly believe this!
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
With that being said, calling same sex unions a 'marriage' does not change the God-ordained union of man and woman.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
CRT is racist garbage.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Bible-believing Christian man. All scripture is God-breathed, inerrant, and most of all, sufficient.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I will work toward mandatory voter-ID. This has always been a no-brainer and is not suppressive in any way.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I will work to repeal Nevada's AB321 law that mandates universal mail ballots sent out to all 'registered' voters. AB321 is exactly what a corrupt government would want if it craved perpetually illegitimate elections securing power for one side over all others.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No it's not. It is another symptom of the imperfect nature of man. We are sinful people, and racism is a terrible thing but far from a threat to domestic security. The derelict media and progressive government combined with the big-tech oligarchs are a threat to domestic security.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
No.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The government exists primarily to protect the rights I already have. I have unalienable, God-given rights and a righteous goverment keeps it that way for the citizen.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
While I am VERY socially conservative, I believe the government does not play a vital role in promoting my values here. It seems counterintuitive, but things I find socially "offensive" are symptomatic of heart or kindness issues. The government can't make someone's heart transform or magically compel kindness or generosity for instance.
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
You can check me out on Pahrump Valley Times, Facebook, or maybe even KPVM's interviews with me.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
If I am elected, I will diligently advocate for the unborn, The Constitution, individual water rights, energy independence, real school choice, election integrity, and small government.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I don't see any. Gun crimes are already illegal. Let's start prosecuting all of those offenders before we start restricting law-abiders.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
I disagree to such a degree, you can't measure it.
