QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Under no circimstances..At conception the DNA footprint is complete.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
If the society wishes Planned Parenthood to exist let it exist under the donations and gifts of its followers.Monies from taxpayers should not fund the organization.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Life is the most precious commodity civilization has. I do not support any type of "assisted suicide" However cure and comfort should be the goal in all near death scenarios.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
The goal for the tax code should always be to simplify and avoid confusion. In my personal experience CPA's with 30 years experience have difficulties keeping up with the continual changes that occur. How can the average citizen not be confused?
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
On the Local, state, and national level the amount of tax monies invested/spent on education is always at the top of spending.Beginning on the local level all monies should be accounted for and possible avenues of corruption halted.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
If a business owner has a conviction and chooses to follow it . He should follow it. Considering " religion" is to dictate one's eternal being a true believer should never give in to societal pressures vs his/her beliefs.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
When the Church becomes something other than a Church.. If a building or gathering becomes a militarized organization with motives totally outside of its "religious'' realm.....for the safety of the citizenry.....government may need to step in.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
[ B ] Health care insurance funded by the government should be made available to those who cannot afford private insurance.. The option of any private health insurance should also be made available to those who have the capabilities and ability to afford it.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under the present " vaccination " status my answer is None..
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
My answer to this is more out of frustration than anything.Until our government is willing to protect the citizens by closing our border terrorism solutions have no credence.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Without question, border security is the United States's main issue..A country fails to exist when it has no border .
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
As of the date of this printing....Zero... immigrants should be allowed in. Secure the border...Regain order....treat each individual case separately on its own accord.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Neutral
The education system on the "public" level is in shambles in many areas of the country. We've lost our moral compass in this country and the curriculum being spewed is a large part of that. Until something is addressed and changed my suggestion is to attempt at any cost to remove your child from the public school system. In the meantime, change begins with elected school board officials etc.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
" Pride comes before the fall" The ten commandments put parameters on individuals' behaviors. Humans are not animals . We were created in the image of God. therefore, we see the Image of God thru the life of Jesus. As a Christian , My Lord Jesus paid the ultimate for my sins by dying on a cross.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Gender identity is distinguished thru biology.. Male organs equate to a male. Female organs equate to a female. two identities.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
Man marries woman. Man and woman thru the act of the marriage bed proceed to have children/family..Man and woman raise their family and pass the God ordained activity on to the next generation and so on.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Teach our children to work hard. To be citizens that overcome personal trials. Let your accomplishments be gained thru merit, diligence and perserverance. Also teach that consequences come thru laziness,
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Bible believing Christian who trusts in Jesus daily.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Photo id's are needed to buy cigarettes, alcohol, basic identification. Voting integrity should have a goal of 100 %. Voting integrity starts with a photo id.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
In a perfect world , I would propose no computerized voting with each precinct having paper ballots. Photo ID for each voter. I understand the need for write in voting prior to the election however the space for fraud is too great, therefore write in votes would only be available for over seas citizens and service individuals.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Let us remember Racism is a tribal philosophy. it comes from all directions . Racism is basically one "team" against another in its most simplified state. The issues of Race will never be solved until individuals realize there is a consequence for not following God ( in my case Jesus.) We all have to respect one another.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
When the emancipation took place at the end of the civil war reparations were paid thru the blood of over 300,000 Union soldiers. Slavery was an atrocity. It has been around since mankind.May it never happen again.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Everything needs balance. People need work. The earth is our home.Im very cautious about strict environmental issues but at the same time there are limits. Each situation needs its own investigation and decision . No other country, the United Nations will make our decision. World agendas should not affect the United States.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Choose not to answer
Anything that gives the United States energy abilities I'm behind 100% On a personal note I would like to see more unbiased information on fracking before I give a solid answer.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
Government is for the ultimate protection of the people . To allow citizens a fulfilled life with as little intervention as possible.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Very hard question to comment on. Societies and cultures change. My "very conservative" views of today 20-30 years ago were not even given a title other than "normal". The ' very liberal' views of today would have possibly gotten you arrested and jailed 30 years ago. I'm Very conservative today.

you tube video excerpts on www.votejim.us
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
never arrested, never convicted, one speeding ticket.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, not on any anti depressants, faithful to my wife... Married 40 years.. have 8 children..22 grandchildren..Colgate University graduate. a business man, a farmer, and I wish to protect Florida from harmful ideas, and agendas attacking our state from within and out .
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
A police officer has to be able to do his job without being concerned of any type of prosecution for carrying out his duties.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
I wouldn't redirect a dime.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Continue the basic rules of background checks. I'm totally against any new restrictions involved with guns based on any gun incidents..Most gun crimes are committed in the cities with the strictest gun laws to begin with. Follow thru with the gun laws that are presently on the books.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Never, unless the injury is due to a mechanical default in the manufacture of the gun.
