Elective abortion - none. Non-elective - only to save the mother's life.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

I am a devout, although not necessarily overt, Christian who believes that God has a plan even thought I frequently have no clue as to what that plan might be. I also believe that God works in mysterious ways and that, if we really pay attention, we can sometimes see Him at work mostly via other people but sometimes via animals as well.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism means different things to different people. The concept has morphed so much over the years that many people now think unequal outcomes is racist even if there was equal opportunity. There is no doubt that true racism remains in many persons' hearts and minds but it is opportunists taking advantage of situations they incorrectly label that is a much bigger problem.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Convicted felons should never be allowed to have guns. There should be an age limitation of some sort. I could support background checks but, having said that, I do not have a whole lot of faith that the government has not altered the files. I could support required training. A car is a weapon of sorts and we require training and testing to get a driver's license so I don't think required training for firearms is too far afield. Holding parents accountable for stupidity is required.

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

I would prefer that this question would never need to be asked but, in the current reality, it could have helped in any number of school shootings.
