We should consider revamping tax code system and change it to a FairTax which allows Americans to keep 100 percent of their paychecks (minus any state income taxes), ends corporate taxes and compliance costs hidden in the retail cost of goods and services, which most experts says it will fully funds the federal governments while fulfilling the promise of Social Security and Medicare.

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The concept of a “separation of church and state” reinforces the legal right of a free people to freely live their faith, even in public; without fear of government coercion. Free exercise means you may have a faith and you may live it. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. The constitution was created to keep governments from interfering with religious beliefs, not the other ways around, no such thing as separating church from states, we are all made in the image of God and that's final.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
There should be no circumstances where liberties are trampled by a government created to protect those civil and constitutional rights of citizens. The Declaration also says, “governments derive their power from the consent of the governed.” This means that a government can only maintain its power if its citizens want it to. The government should serve the citizens, and not the other way around.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. Through proper enforcement of Public Laws 88-452, 92-424, 93-644 and 95-568 governments will no longer have involvements in the access of quality healthcare afforded to Americans. In addition restoring Mrs. Mary L. Hill as the National Regional Community Services Director of the Community Service Administration will be a now welcomed independent corporation funded without governmental interferences. Unlawfully repealed without the supreme court declaring the federal law unconstitutional healthcare and all it's tentacles have placed our governments of becoming illegitimate and defacto branches of governments. Therefore Healthcare should be administered through the National Regional Community Services Administration Director as the authorizing authority and these access to benefits should be made available for all who wants it, along with other private healthcare options. Economic Opportunity Act (EOA), federal legislation establishing a variety of social programs aimed at facilitating education, health, employment, and general welfare for impoverished Americans. The was never to be a welfare administered by the governments. The Senate adopted the House-passed bill that same day and twelve days later on August 20, 1964, the bill was signed by President Johnson and became supreme laws of the land, whereas only the US Supreme Court can a federal law unconstitutional. The Economic Opportunity Act was announced by the president in his first State of the Union Address as the keystone of the war on poverty. The new Congress must finally support and enforce these laws which let's my people go.
NATIONAL SECURITY

The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. The United States of America should seeking those opportunities which promotes freedom, democracy and the protections of human rights around the world that are central to U.S. foreign policy. Those values captured in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in other global regional commitments are consistent with America's own basic beliefs and values.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Because House Republicans introduced a controversial anti-BDS legislation. The new legislation introduced was after a Texas court ruled a similar bill was in violation of US Constitution. The The bill is supported by House Republicans including Conference Chair Elise Stefanik and Foreign Affairs Committee ranking member Michael McCaul, effectively bars US citizens and companies from providing information to foreign countries and international organisations.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
According to the United States Department of State Counter Terrorism Report. Terrorist groups such as ISIS, al-Qa’ida, and Hizballah continue to plot attacks against the United States and our allies and partners. As the threats posed by these organizations continue to evolve, the Department of State works to build global consensus to degrade and defeat these adversaries. Through a combination of diplomatic engagement and foreign assistance, the Department works with foreign government partners to build the capabilities necessary to prevent, degrade, detect, and respond to terrorist threats. This includes efforts to strengthen law enforcement and judicial capabilities, expand aviation and border security, deepen global information sharing, counter terrorist financing, improve crisis response, and counter violent extremism. Through its global engagement, the State Department promotes greater burden sharing to address terrorist threats and encourages countries to build counterterrorism capacity in their own regions. The State Department also works closely with the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice, Treasury, and the Intelligence Community to lead an integrated whole-of-government approach to international counterterrorism.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
According to my research foreign citizens wishing to immigrate and or seek to live permanently in the U.S. must comply with U.S. visa immigration laws, and specific procedures to apply for visas. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is responsible for immigration matters, including naturalization. Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to a foreign citizen or national after he or she fulfills the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Immigration is the process of moving to a new country or region with the intention of staying and living there. People may choose to immigrate for a variety of reasons, such as employment opportunities, to escape a violent conflict, environmental factors, educational purposes, or to reunite with family. The process of immigrating to the United States can be complicated and is often driven by a few key principles including uniting families, boosting the economy with skilled professionals, promoting diversity, and helping refugees.

My spiritual beliefs rests within my biblical frameworks that God is the source of powers and that everything made on this earth comes from him. That God came down from heaven to save a lost world or redeem all mankind for his glory and purposes. So I'm a born again believer who truly believes in the gospel of Jesus Christ, the true and living son of the most high God, wherefore there is no other God by whom a man can be saved or redeemed. I also have a stronger system of values which have been developed overtime, within my faith that supports honesty, trust, kindness, generosity, tolerance, patience, perseverance, long-suffering, truth, justice, fairness and equality for all humankind. These are the believes, which gives me the commitments that I need for the troubling times ahead. Nonetheless, when this life is over for me, I want to hear God say "well done my good and faithful servant".

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I would like to propose legislation that makes it a federal crime, if discovered with SOE offices and or amongst local and city groups that they are using methods such as ballot harvesting, absentee balloting fraud and mail-in balloting fraud for the purposes of interfering or overthrowing many national elections i.e. President, Vice President, Senatorial and Congressional constitutional elections, which should be deemed treason. See 18 USC 611. Also, I want to seek legislations that return federal elections for the President, Vice President and Congress back to the Congress as required by Article 1, Section 2, Clause 2, 12th Amendment, Electoral Count Acts 1877/1887, 18 USC 1918 and or 3 USC 1 thru 15. I would also propose legislation that requires the Department of State to ensure every candidate running for federal and state constitutions are citizens who have United States of America birth certificates and or naturalization citizenship documents. These requirements will help the US avoid security breaches and or threatens of foreign influences or interferences. I do not think the Congress should change our electoral process without amendment the US Constitution in order to do so first and foremost which is a crime and cause for immediate removal from our governments.

I do not believe that racism is a Threat to domestic security because our country is premised on the culture of "WE THE PEOPLE" and is protected by a bill of rights, which states: Amendment I Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Amendment II A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Amendment III No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. Amendment IV The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Amendment V No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Amendment VI In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence. Amendment VII In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law. Amendment VIII Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Amendment IX The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. Amendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. What's a threat to our domestic security are bias elected leaders who want fulfill or enforce these promises of democracy across the board, so each and every American can enjoy these benefits or access to American citizenship. America is not racist. Domestic Security oversees the efforts of the Department's ongoing assessments of state's vulnerabilities and coordinates efforts to prepare for, prevent, protect, mitigate, respond to and recover from acts of terrorism that affect those states within our country. Racism is the belief that groups of humans possess different behavioral traits corresponding to inherited attributes and can be divided based on the superiority of one race over another. It's a racial jealousy that must end and or be taught to live in paradise with all other Americans. America is all we got!!!

Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. Protecting our environment according to research produces clean air and water, healthy food and preserved nature all benefit human health and results in far more economic benefit than economic cost. The climate problem is not caused by economic growth, but by the absence of effective public policy designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Natural resources are essential inputs for production in many sectors, while production and consumption also lead to pollution and other pressures on the environment. Poor environmental quality in turn affects economic growth and wellbeing by lowering the quantity and quality of resources or due to health impacts. For developing countries, economic development needs to be a higher priority than environmental protection and conservation of natural resources. All economies in the world exist within the global ecosystem. Destruction of our ecosystem means destruction of our economies in both developed and developing countries. So, there are many future reasons why protecting our environment save lives and future generations yet unborn.

RUBIN YOUNG REPUBLICAN FOR CONGRESS DISTRICT 25 is a community servant, a national organizer, a Republican and a proven leader in the fight for human and civil rights, the rights of legal immigrants, and the common goals of educational and economic opportunities for all people. About Rubin Young: Mr. Young formerly worked for the State of Florida serving as a District Legislative Assistant II managing a large district on behalf of State Representative James Bush III, District 109. As an aide Mr. Young has used his paralegal skills to help draft legislation that led to bipartisan support on behalf of this district HB269, HB575, HB817, HB663, and HB293, whereas he's played a critical role in helping Rep. Bush navigate important appropriation bills through the various Republican lead committees during both the 2018 and 2020 legislative sessions. Mr. Young was born on June 16, 1961 to Hercules A. Young and Susie M. Dotson. He grew up in Homestead, Florida with his great-grandparents Emma Adderley Rolle and with the memories of his great-grand father a Nicholas Frances Rolle. Mr. Young’s grand-mother Ghylea Rolle later moved back to the United States from Cat Island in the Bahamas and married a Joseph Young, where they raised 13 children. Mr. Young attended public schools throughout Dade, A.L. Lewis Elementary, West Homestead Elementary, Naranja Elementary, Redland Junior High and he graduated South Dade High School in 1980. MILITARY SERVICE: Later that year, he joined the United States Army and he had basic training and AIT at Fort Jackson, SC, where he served as squad leader under Staff Sergeant Patrick Duncan. Mr. Young later was duty stationed at Fort Myers, Arlington, VA where he worked at Fort Lesley J. McNair United States Army Military District of Washington (MDW) known as the Headquarters of the Army as an Administrative Specialist I and II. Administrative Specialists are required to learn administrative procedures and processes, pay and personnel information, preparation of orders and directives, correspondence, and the use and maintenance of filing systems. In 1981, Mr. Young also served on the Presidential inauguration committee of newly elected President Ronald Reagan. Later on January 13, 1982, an Air Florida Boeing 737-222 plunges into the Potomac River in Washington, D.C., killing 78 people. The crash, caused by bad weather, took place only two miles from the White House. Mr. Young on that day was on a military duty bus heading back to Fort Myers, when the Boeing 737-222 crashed into the Potomac River. The bus was crossing over the Potomac River Bridge when the plane plunged in the river. Mr. Young said that he's alive today because of the grace of God. Mr. Young was generally and later honorably discharged in 1982, whereas after the death of his oldest brother, David A. Young, serving in the US Army and stationed at Fort Hood, Killeen, TX, was killed by a police officer in 1981. PUBLIC SERVICE: In 1986, Rubin began his career as a Deputy Clerk working for the Dade County Traffic Division under the Honorable Richard P. Brinker. Mr. Young was later appointed by the Union to be on the Labor Management Relations Board where he served as a Union Member for years. In 1988, Mr. Young joined Florida State’s “Guardian Ad Litem Program” where he served 2 years representing abused and neglected children. He worked with both judges and attorneys where he strived to ensure that children’s rights were well represented and protected in the Family Court System. In 1990 and 2016, he became the first African American to run in a countywide nonpartisan election for Miami Dade County Clerk of the Circuits and County Courts and County Clerk. In his first ever bid Mr. Young received a considerable amount of countywide support, earning over 19,000 to 25,000 votes. In 2020, Mr. Young a Republican ran a very successful campaign against Democrat Harvey Ruvin where he had received 276,088 votes despite the voting irregularities which took place during the 2020 general elections. Also, in 1990, Mr. Young founded “Blacks Organizing Leadership Development (B.O.L.D),” one of the United State’s first leadership development organizations. B.O.L.D. soon became the voice of the nation’s people, motivating leaders all over the world to stand up for the rights of poor people by demanding enforcement of current laws such as the Economic Opportunity Acts of 1964, 1972, 1978 as well as the Community Service Act of 1974; Public Laws 88-452, 92-424, 93-644, 88-352 and 95-568. These same laws helped to launch President Lyndon Johnson’s "War on Poverty Program" which created the Office of Economic Opportunity and the National Regional Community Service Administration Director under the authority of Mrs. Mary Lee Hill, Founder and CEO of Economic Opportunity Acts and Amendments 1964 thru 1978. Mr. Young also worked for Florida's House of Representatives as a District Legislative Assistant II from 2018 to 2020.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

I do not support defunding the police under no circumstances. Police forces are important to the domestic defenses of our nation and without police men and women a great many communities will be left vulnerable too crime and criminal misconduct. The violations one law, invalidates all laws.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The 2nd Amendment is a constitutional right for all citizens to Keep and Bear Arms. The right is not afforded to noncitizens or criminals possessing records for murder or habitual crimes. Therefore, lawful gun ownership should not be threatened and or gun rights should not be taken away by unconstitutional restrictions, as we know it.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

For example the point of completion is when the sale or purchase of a property officially completes. At this point, the property legally belongs to the buyer. This is the point at which the seller must vacate the property and the buyer can move in. The keys will not be released to the buyer seller until the sale has completed. Therefore, after selling a product and final completion of a sale, the seller should no long bears, anymore responsibilities.
