OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

If, and only if, the child is not inside the womb. In ectopic pregnancies the baby is not growing in the safety of the main cavity of the uterus. Every care should be taken to preserve the life of the baby.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Eugenics is a sectarian ideology and the Colorado Constitution prohibits funding sectarian organizations.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

As a society, we should protect people who are in a state of pain, sickness and/or duress who are vulnerable and mentally compromised. Euthanasia laws spread lack of empathy and reduce the patient respect from doctors and caregivers by determining whether or not a person is considered "worthless". Instead, every person is valuable and worthy of having doctors and caregivers stand for the best possible outcome for patients and their families. God not man has the authority over life.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Elimination of fees that were put in to avoid TABOR accountability and voter approval. The tax code should encourage households and businesses to have savings accounts rather than encourage end-of-year splurges that harm cash flow and put businesses constantly at risk of not making payroll and have families living from paycheck to paycheck.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

The state is not our babysitter or nanny. State funds should not be allocated for Covid-policy Enforcers, Data Harvesting of our sons and daughters medical records, Vaccinators and PCR Tests at our schools, or Woke Sectarian Curriculum in our schools and healthcare.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Tax dollars going to Government Colleges causes the fees and price per credit hour to increase by the amount of the stipend. In other words, students in need still pay the same. Demanding education at the expense of the state is #20 of Hitler's 25 Points for the National Socialist Party of Germany, commonly referred to as the NAZI Party.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Government should not be recommending or demanding that individuals and businesses limit or refuse services to customers. However, if an individual or business out of their own belief or policies wants to provide, limit or refuse service then they have the right to do so in a free and open market.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C. Medicare is a paid for insurance from paychecks. I would support the transition to D which has historically resulted in the best medical care and I support the removal of Medicare taxes from our paychecks. The use of tax dollars to fund healthcare only leads to inflating the cost of medicine and healthcare to fund the bureaucratic management of the program and does not lead to better health outcomes.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None. The Nuremburg Code states "The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision."

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Stop leaving them our weapons and stop sending them planes full of cash. Trump had it right, we need to know the identity of the people allowed to cross over our borders. Citizen surveillance has reached a point of invasion of privacy and is threat to our safety due to hackers colluding with enemies to the US Constitution and those who uphold the US Constitution.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

Pray for the safety and peace of the descendants of Israel and the land that was promised to them by God. We need to stop playing God.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those who learn and love the US Constitution and fully agree in their heart with the Oath of Allegiance, essentially people who are seeking to become Americans and not seeking to change our Republic or avail themselves of the tax or debt funded benefits.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

The institutionalized educational system is failing to educate students or prepare them for our society, to earn a place in our economy. I believe expanding the options available to students for internships and apprenticeships will bring high quality training programs to restore artisanship and craftsmanship. The home is the best place for individualized learning programs that have the best outcome for each child. School choice needs to expand in areas of tactile learning programs.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Love and obey God.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Paper ballot at your local precinct on election day. The way it was done in the past.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Two-tiered justice for BLM is arguably a rising threat due to Democrats push to obscure their past and current motives.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Neutral

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

I refer to the Preamble of the Constitution.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Did not answer

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I wish to reduce unnecessary and vague laws.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Self-defense is a fundamental individual right. I support the removal of any restrictions that prevent Constitutional carry. The government has no business making money off permits or collecting lists of law-abiding citizens. Instead of red flag laws, we need to undo the destruction of our criminal penal code that was done by the Woke Sectarians, using ideology from Dr. Alfred Kinsey, that has led to the destruction of families and the continual release of predators onto our streets.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
