RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

The government should have no jurisdiction over our medical freedoms. The government is giving their own definition to perinatal. Abortion is not only wrong to the baby but also to the mother. Colorado is also a state that does not require a time limit after counseling to get an abortion. Colorado already allowed abortion at 6 months. Why did Democrat legislatures increase it to full term - the baby can be killed as the mother is pushing out the baby. I hear people tell me what about the 11 year old incest victim. I ask how many of those are there? And, why would an 11 year old have to go all the way to 6 months? And, even now, why does the 11 year old need to be able to go full term? I have researched the signed "Act" quite well. This type of bill would never be allowed against puppies.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Overall taxes should be lowered. United States of America citizens should not be responsible to pick up the bill for other countries while our country is in such a state of disarray. We need to fix America for the sake of all the world. If America fails, the world has no hope of freedom. I have found Americans are very generous. We want to help and are glad to increase a tax here or there to help a cause. However, the people of America are being taken advantage of while their hard earned dollars are being taken from them to aid some project that is not helping them and their families. In fact, in many cases, their hard earned dollar is being used against them.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

The Federal Department of Education should be nearly eliminated if not eliminated. Schools should be in the hands of the parents and communities in which they operate. This alone is one step in saving taxpayers money and giving United States Citizens back their freedoms and protecting our children.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Never.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C. Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Never

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

The United States needs to protect our borders and the immigration process needs to be a fair and dignified process with full investigation into the immigrant's history and background.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Citizens of other countries who are law abiding citizens of their own country should be allowed to immigrate to the United States. The U.S. is a country who welcomes people. But, we should not be irresponsible as to how people are welcomed. Why is the Biden Administration being so irresponsible with our borders?

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe Jesus Christ is Lord and that God has blessed America. God established this country and gave our founding fathers wisdom to design our Constitution and the Bill of Rights for such a time as this.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Voting needs to be in person. Voting needs to be monitored heavily by volunteers and paid staff. The load on the county clerks is too great for such important decisions to not fund increase staffing during election time.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes. Children are being programmed to racism to further degrade the United States of America. It is a complete threat to America and Americans way of life in the future.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

Regulation in environmental laws have gone too far and are debilitating the United States of America and it's people.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The general purpose of government is to represent the people, to protect the people, to respect the people, and to truly serve the people. And, let's not forget...to be ruled by the people.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Listen to my radio show "Answers on Aging" on KYDN https://kydncountry.com/answers-in-aging/. Also, I have been censored from a local newspaper where I have been writing to give seniors information and hope. The Valley Courier even censored a Christmas story of Jesus's birth this last December. I have articles you could look up from this time last year.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

My priority is to protect our God given Freedoms. Medical freedom is a strong priority along with our way of life in The San Luis Valley which means protecting our water. Children and parents are an absolute priority as to protect our future. Corruption within the district attorney offices along with strengthening our laws to protect our streets and cities is of upmost importance. Making Colorado affordable again has to be done for the sake of families. There's a lot of work to do.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

No restrictions. I am a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
