QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion - the killing of an innocent child, should never be allowed. All life is to be highly valued and honored. There are always options available if a mother cannot or chooses not to raise her baby herself. These options should always be made known and available at all times.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Government funds should not be financing abortion.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Even though Aid in Dying laws appear to have mercy upon those who are suffering and desire to end their life in any given moment, careful consideration must be given to the options that are available to move one away from this position. Laws legalizing assisted suicide may easily be abused and do not value life for its purely intrinsic value.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

There are many changes that can be made to the tax code beginning with hard examinations of the potential illegal taxes that are made worse by frivolous spending. The option of flat taxes in many aspects should be deeply examined and implemented. All the layers of taxation should be removed, i.e. a dollar earned should be taxed only one time; this includes eliminating the estate tax also. Special cooperate tax cuts that unfairly favor large companies over small businesses need to either be eliminated or equally dispersed.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Like any budget, there are really just two options to balancing a budget: 1. Increase revenue OR 2. Decrease spending Most Americans would likely agree that "increasing revenue" within the government means adding and/or raising taxes. With all the layers of taxes Americans face already, this clearly is not a fair or reasonable option. That leaves us with the second option of decreased spending. This is obviously the option that needs to be addressed in our government. Such things like welfare and universal health care have driven dependency on government and spiked medical costs. Almost all areas of government spending should face drastic cuts and taxpayers should demand that government's financial resources be carefully used and not squandered.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Even though the idea that tax-payers foot the bill for public education all the way through college sounds like a generous idea, it continues to add burden upon those who pay into the system over and over again with no benefit to themselves. If anything, reduce the tax burden by identifying and eliminating overspending of funds and other means of fraud, examine new ways to educate children, and make other forms of education (private, charter, college) affordable to all citizens.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Requiring individuals and businesses to provide services that violate their moral and religious beliefs would infringe upon 1st amendment rights.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

There are no circumstances under which the government can demand the closing of churches.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

B. The privatization of healthcare options would drive costs down and allow many citizens a better choice than expensive and unreliable govenment health care.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Under no circumstances should a government, school, or employer require vaccinations.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

To eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism, the U.S. should first and foremost recognize that we (those who do not ascribe to the Islamic religion) are viewed as infidels and as an enemy that can be justifiably destroyed. This leaves us fully aware that peaceful agreements between the U.S. and Islamic countries are not likely. America should seek to protect its people without infringing unnecessarily on their rights. Nowhere in America should Shira law be tolerated. As for a U.S. presence in foreign countries, this needs to be carefully examined for the validity of threats to U.S. citizens.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone immigrating to the U.S. should be strictly required to follow the current immigration process.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Voucher programs are distinctly different than ESA's (educational savings accounts) because they go directly to the parent as opposed to flowing from the public-school entity to the private school entity. I would support ESA's before I would ever support vouchers. Tax credits should be highly considered also.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Judeo-Christian values are absolutely necessary of our system of limited government. It was John Adams who stated, "Our Constitution was made for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT and gender identity go hand in hand. Those who favor special rights for gender identity depend upon the lie of critical race theory so that they can accuse any opponents of racism and enforcement of gender roles; two arguments that spring from their idea that "white privilege" exists.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I hold a biblical world view and believe in the one, true, living God - the God of Creation.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I favor going back to paper ballets to avoid any and all discrepancies found in voting fraud.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes and No - in the sense that there are those that pull out the "race card" for any given infraction, yes. This creates an atmosphere and belief that racism exists in places where it really doesn't. I personally do not doubt that real racism may occur in small pockets of communities at various times, but I also do not believe that racism is a threat to domestic security in the U.S. in the sense that it exists on a large scale, across the board manner. Instead, it has become evident that race relations can be mustered up and created in order to create division when there wasn't any.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

I believe stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. Even though my area of study is environmental science, and I am a nature lover, I have seen that government laws related to the environment tend to have other agendas in mind and do not actually consider the relationship between land and mankind.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Disagree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Simply put - the general purpose of the government is to protect the God-given rights of the people.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

My top three legislative priorities include: stopping the sexualization of children, protecting personal health freedoms from medical tyranny, and protecting the God-given rights of the people (including but not limited to free speech, gun rights, life, less government and fewer taxes.)

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Current restrictions on gun ownership are sufficient - such as felony restrictions. There should be no restrictions on gun ownership for law abiding citizens.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
