QUESTIONNAIRE*
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Being that genetic testing on fetuses can not be conducted until 16 weeks and ultrasounds at around 20 weeks to determine if there are any serious health issues with the fetus, I believe this is acceptable at this stage. I do not believe in late-term abortion. To reduce the need for abortions, I do believe that we should begin teaching children at around the age of 4 a standard of morality, that their bodies are sacred, that bringing a child into the world is the most important act, etc and then right before adulthood it's important to teach children biology, and how their bodies function to reduce unwanted pregnancies, to begin with.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
I have grave concerns regarding recent developments around Planned Parenthood, specifically.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Agree
I only agree to this if a patient is cognizant and under the supervision of a doctor. I have had dear friends who, after years of fighting cancer, decided to end their lives early. I believe they should have this right, BUT this is a very slippery slope and should be highly regulated and monitored to avoid abuse.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
I believe the only way a business owner could legally do this is if they become a Private Membership Association. Otherwise, all businesses must be open to the public at large.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Stop investing in it. Eradicating the CIA would be a great place to start.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Agree
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never. Medical choices belong to each individual, and parents have the right to determine medical decisions for their children. Employment, education, and any kind of freedom should not be predicated on medical coercion.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
We need a massive certified financial audit by a 3rd party on everything related to the state. The gas tax should be axed. Capital gains tax needs to be addressed. Prop 13 reform, and property tax greatly reduced.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
There is a Gann Spending Limit, a constitutional provision requiring surplus funds to be returned to taxpayers. It's time to return this to all Californians who are financially struggling.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
No. The for profit higher education system has created a ball and chain for young adults. If anything, the state should be encouraging more trade schools.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
The border is a mess by design. We can certainly strike a balance between allowing vetted asylum seekers into the US, keeping the criminals out, ending human/child trafficking, and also ensuring Indigenous sacred lands are honored, and wildlife migratory paths are not sacrificed.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Those seeking asylum, or seeking seasonal work through proper work visas.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Neutral
Mental health and community programs should be funded by the state seperately. While I have had a history of calling out corruption in law enforcement, I do not support defunding, I do support serious reformation, however.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I support being 21 and older to buy, own, and possess firearms. I also support restrictings regarding gun ownership by convicted felons and narcotics addicts.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Disagree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To ensure the sanctity of the US and California constitution, and to ensure the rule of law.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I believe in ensuring all legislation passed abides by the US and California constitution. Throughout the years I have testified against overreaching legislation. I believe in local control and authority, and that the time has come to return balance, transperancy, and accountability to government.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Neutral
While these principles established a framework, America has now a multitude of religions that come with an established framework of morality. I believe we can adhere to a moral ethic without picking and choosing a religion in this day and age.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Disagree
As a gay woman who has been in a relationship with my partner for 14 years, I believe it should be up to us to decide whether or not to marry.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Disagree
I do not doubt that we have racism that still exists in various institutions throughout the US, however, I do not believe the CRT is the right vehicle to teach this. I have found CRT to greatly divide communities, schools, and families.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I have led a very spiritually-minded life and am dedicated to leaving this planet better than I found it.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Neutral
For decades we were able to verify signatures. Let's keep it to that.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
It's time we go back to Election Day, one day only (except for those who request mail-in ballots), and in person. We need to purge the voter rolls. Stop all electronic voting. Stop mandatory mail-in ballots for all California voters. Increase the number of poll watchers. And consider the pros and cons of Rank Choice Voting (RCV).
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
We need to stop running from our problems and start heading towards solutions. The sooner we focus on the 7th Generation principle, and serving ALL children, the sooner we can bring an end to this divide.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Agree
I support the Land Back movement of our Indigenous peoples. The state and federal governments have made a mess of our forests. We need to partner with the Indigenous and restore land stewardship.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
I have a very different opinion on this. I believe we need less government, but a common societal goal that ultimately serves the environment: the 7th Generation principle, every decision we make today should serve seven generations from now.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Disagree
Not at all.... our precious aquifers are being destroyed.
