It should be abolished. The states should create a Trust Fund that allows business to defend themselves against IRS targeting based on political ideology. Require IRS agents to be licensed in Georgia in order to perform an audit. Georgia should create criminal penalties for IRS targenting of people based on their political beliefs. Random audits are unconstitutional. The states are sovereign and need to show the feds who is in charge.

I would propose to eliminate entire departments of government. Abolishing the Georgia DOL alone would save over $144,000,000 per year.in salary. This would also reduce pensions, the second biggest piece of the spending pie. Jesus said, "take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink..." The state could be less involved in health care, the biggest piece of the spending pie.

Businesses are considered a public accommodation as far as having people on the property in the attire of choice. However, people/businesses should remain free to live and serve according to their highest sense of right.

As long as the pirates are steering the ship, a physical wall will not work. They will find a way around or through it. They will put a door in it. The people in charge need to be replaced with those interested in securing this nation. Then we would hardly need a wall.

The SCOTUS did not create a protected class in their divided descion in June of 2020. The protection has always been there in Title VII. There are hours and hours of eye-witness testimony to voter fraud in this last election. Both high-ranking and average people have signed affidavits witnessing voter fraud. No one alive today was a slave or a slave owner. If black people want reparations for slavery of which they were no part, they better hang on to that money and be ready to pass it on to the indians, who have a better argument. As wrong and bad as slavery was, black people are better off here today and could even be grageful for the blessings which that struggle has brought. Reparations would invite reprisals and may never end.

A. We all want clean air and water. I will propose that we eliminate the federal EPA mandates and their Clean Air Force which requires us to pollution test our cars. The EPA has such a grip on Georgia that you cannot even price your renewal cost inless you first get pollution tested where required. As far as global warming, this is a UN initiated agenda. To protect, not provide. Government's approach should be negative, not positive. The government should not try to make justice everywhere, but should try to see that there is no injustice, then justive will prevail. Not try to guarantee jobs, wages, profits, but to enforce the Constitution and get out of our way.

I would say Constitutionalist or Americanist. The powers of the federal government are outlined in the Constitution. Any powers they have are to be applied only to the furtherance of these measures. The states created the federal government and are sovereign and above the federal level.

I will propose to end the Georgia Department of Labor. As a small business owner I have delt with them, and we don't need them. What does the DOL do? They issue unemployment benefits. What is an unemployment benefit? That is where the government steps in and forces a business to pay someone that doesn't work there anymore. If you or I made this demand it would be theft or extortion. When Peter robs Paul that is theft. When the government steps in and takes from Paul and gives to Peter, that's ok right? No, that is government theft, legalized plunder. That is how you identify Socialism. You look for plunder. This is a violation of property because it takes property from the owner and gives it to someone to whom it does not belong. It is a perversion of law because law is justice and this taking is legalized plunder. It is a violation of the 4th and14th amendments because state government should protect life, liberty and property of the people not seize and redistribute it. Legally officers (including TSA) have what is called administrative exemption if they are performing their duties while violating your rights. Yes, an officer's policy or job description may require that they violate their oath to the supreme law of the land, which should take precedence. The officer is in the middle, the problem is at the very top. The officer should tell his boss, "I cannot comply as it would violate my oath." The TSA takes our things all the time without just compensation

The federal government should not even be involved in health care. Even states should cut way back on healthcare spending. I also want to warn about the movement to centralize control of police, which is a movement to nationalize the police. We need to keep police local, and funding for them local. If the local police start getting federal money, soon they are loyal to the hand that feeds them and the community is without representation. What the federal government funds, it controls.
