OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Under the circumstances of Rape, Incest or Health Reasons determined by a medical professional

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Choose not to answer

Only if the decision is made in conjunction with the consent of the candidate seeking euthanasia, a medical professional's recommendation and the consent of all immediate family members.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

The current tax code is overly burdensome, overly complicated, and in some aspects, obsolete. Would push to revamp for simpler and more comprehensible laws. Would likely favor a flat tax plan and reduce spending in order to combat the National debt.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

- Reduce the amount of Transfer payments. - Deny funding for Critical Race Theory or similar programs. - Deny funding for Gender Studies and Gender/Sexual Counseling - Reduce or Deny Benefits for Illegal Immigrants

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

Merit based scholarships will still be supported. i.e. HOPE scholarship and other merit based grants.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Under No Circumstances.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C.) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Vaccine Requirements should not be in place until after a set timeline of proven efficacy no shorter than 5 years after the release to the general public and after a minimum of 18 months of trials. Public display of trial results must be cross verified by independent or non-biased institutions. Religious exemptions should be honored.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

All constitutional means that do not infringe upon a citizen's rights to privacy as also prescribed in the Bill of Rights.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

All means necessary should be used to strengthen border security. Finishing the border wall is vital in this process, as well as increasing border security manpower. Illegal immigration must be eradicated so as to honor the immigrants who wish to come here through legal means. Securing the border will also largely decrease sex/child trafficking and cartel drugs and activity.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Candidates being evaluated to immigrate into the U.S. should possess no violent or life threatening criminal history, no ties to subversive entities and must wholeheartedly endorse the American Dream, Mission and Values.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

I do not support the furthering of non-binary gender identities nor do I support ostracizing those who support or embrace such pseudo-scientific ideologies. There are protections for this minority of humans already, no further action is necessary in legislation.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Neutral

As a Christian I support the traditional definition of Marriage as being One Man and One Woman, but as it stands today, we are past the point of no return until the majority of the public decides to return to that definition

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a lifelong Presbyterian Christian.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

- Signature Verification is required - No Dropbox - Absentee ballots should be distributed on case-by-case basis, based on necessity for eligible voters. - Only the legislature can change voting laws in any state - Elections integrity office within Attorney Generals with Guaranteed measures of accountability

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I condemn racism in the United States but we are seeing a class war being invigorated by institutions that seek to cause disunity among minorities and vilify whites in America. The truth is, today, more racial prejudice and violence is being carried out by minorities due to obscure reasons. This is definitely a threat to domestic security as it detracts from focus on exterior threats and has also resulted in alarming amounts of deaths and property damage.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations are not appropriate, the reason being that slave owners are not alive to foot the bill and there are not any people alive who were enslaved in the past. Furthermore, not all Black Americans had family in America when slavery existed, so reparations based on race would be inappropriate, immoral and misguided.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A.) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. I work own a business designed to recycle waste, so I realize that protecting the environment we live in is crucial, but forcing average Americans to bend over backwards in the name of climate change is idiotic, and weakens our economy as well as our sanity. Especially when the upper-class blatantly violates the procedures they seek to implement. America needs to focus on cleaning up waste and relying on multiple avenues of energy consumption. Electric vehicles for everyone would be nice but is not very feasible at this moment. Carbon emissions need to be taken into consideration but must not be allowed to cancel jobs and wholly redirect priorities.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The Government's purpose is to organize citizens into a society which is healthy, happy and safe in accordance with the self governance measures endorsed by the people. The government must not be allowed to morph into a control method for the ruling class, for it is the broad population who empower it and let it continue to exist.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

https://app.frame.io/presentations/80ac5e15-fe0f-4a8e-a96c-8d6e9fc9e2ba

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

My main priorities when I get elected to the Office of Attorney General are as follows: - Protect Constitutional Freedoms while maintaining Integrity at the Capital. - Ensure elections in Georgia are secure and fair, as well as devoid of fraudulent activity and opportunities. - Fight the Fentanyl epidemic that is being perpetuated by China and Cartels. - Keep Critical Race Theory and Non-Binary Gender Ideologies away from our children at school. - Ensure law and order prevails while allocating correct resources to Police Departments across our states to make sure our Citizens and Children are safe from harm.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

Nobody should be exempt from the law and holding our officers to a high standard is what I seek to do. This does not mean that social justice will be allowed to run rampant. All who come under investigation must receive fair trials for their actions according to the 6th amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

I do not support redirecting funds from Police Departments but I do think allocating funds to organizations in order to compliment law enforcement is necessary to getting people the healing they need and preventing our children from falling into criminal behavior.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I will be fighting to protect the Second Amendment rights of our citizens. There are unconstitutional measures in place that are infringing upon our citizens' rights to protect themselves and I seek to reverse some of those obstacles. Maintaining federal background checks at FFL licensed dealers and keeping firearms out of felons hands are very sufficient in combating gun violence. The truth of the matter is that criminals will acquire guns with whatever means necessary. Punishing law abiding citizens is antithetical to my American spirit. I will seek to close avenues of illegal firearms importations instead.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Similar to how you can not sue car manufacturers without proving their negligence or involvement in conditions of a car wreck with another driver, I also believe you should not be allowed to hold gun manufactures liable for the actions of an individual in possession of a firearm. It is the actions and decisions of the arbiters of violence alone which must be held accountable.
