QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

There should be no exceptions for the death of an unborn child. Life begins at conception (Jeremiah 1-5)

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Under no circumstances should Federal, State, or local governments fund abortions.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

In order to be competitive and attractive in todays economy, I would be supportive in abolishing the state income tax.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Each and every year, the amended fiscal year budget and upcoming fiscal year budget should be review for waste. It is a disservice to all constituents not to be a good steward of their tax dollars.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Secondary education and the cost to cover is the responsibility of the individual. Personal savings and student loans have paid for mine and my children's.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Our first amendment give us religious liberty and we should never be forced to go against one's moral and religious beliefs.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Unlawful activity but should never kept from the right to meet.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C), Medicaid and Medicare should be available for those that qualify for programs available. It is not the responsibility of the Government to be the end-all in addressing healthcare needs across the board.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Since most major illnesses have been eradicated, vaccinations in general today should be left up to personal choice.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

A strong economy and Military to start, Take action against when necessary and freeze any and all assets where possible.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Disagree

The border must be secure for us to be a sovereign nation. We must build the wall to secure limited access only through certain entry points.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Only those that follow the proper channels for legal immigration. There are numerus legal circumstances for individual and families to be allowed legal asylum. Illegal is Illegal.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Agree

High performing students in underperforming systems may never reach their true potential unless given the chance. Vouchers and credits should never be more than the average State average per student. There is a place for all avenues for providing and paying for education and a happy medium needs to be met that benefits all.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

While our nation was founded on Judeo-Christian Morality, our Bill of Rights was created to ensure a system of limited government.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

There are only two sexes, Male and female.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Neutral

While I agree the definition as presented, this has already been settled through our legal system.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

I am sure there were many instances in the past where this might have been the case, but this country is far past being fundamentally racist. I do not believe CRT should be taught in our school systems.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Devout Conservative Christian believing that the bible is God's breath on a page.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

On all other areas of our life we are required to show proof of who we are and Driver's license and a State issued ID are always available.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

No drop boxes and absentee ballots must be requested from the appropriate county registrar office and returned to the same.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No, however small fractions on both sides should be held accountable for any unlawful activity.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) As a world leader we should never be dependent on another party for energy. To remain a world leader, we must be energy indepndant.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

We need to do whatever is necessary to remain energy independent will we slowly move in the direction of green energy.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Secure and protect of freedom.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

It is not my place to pass judgement even if it goes against beliefs.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I'm not exactly sure what is available online but one can search to see if there is any available content that is applicable to this questionnaire.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

I have not.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

All we should ask of our elected officials is they do what is right. It should not be that difficult and our legislative priorities should never be influenced by special interest group.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

If following policy and it is not in contradiction to the law itself, there should be immunity. Bad cops outside the boundaries need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Fully fund the BLUE!

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Only the back ground checks that are presently in place...... the second amendment ends with "shall not be infringed" and I have a right to protect myself and my family.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

A firearm in itself cannot carry out gun violence with the assistance of an individual.
