OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE*

*Additional information was received after the evaluation was assigned and was not considered in the Panel Evaluations, therefore it is for additional educational purposes only.
RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you", Jeremiah 1:5. Life begins at conception.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I would support, vote for and be in favor of some form of consumption tax, and would be all for eliminating the IRS.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

A Flat Tax so everyone pays their fair share.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

There are plenty of opportunities, in Georgia, for students to fund their own education plan after high school graduation, rather it be a college and/or university, or a vocational and/or technical college. The HOPE Program rewards students for maintaining good grades through high school. The military offers the G.I. Bill. There of plenty of scholarships and grants students can apply for, many going unclaimed.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...."

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Option C aligns closer to my beliefs, but also along with private healthcare options.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

On COVID vaccine mandates, I support medical freedom. No mandates, your healthcare choices are between you and your doctor, not the government.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Take the fight of Islamic terrorism to the terrorists quickly and swiftly. Sanctions and peace talks do not work. The US can not empower them, like the Biden administration did by handing over $85,000,000,000 plus in Military equipment to the Taliban.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

God told Abraham, "I will give you a people and a land, and through this seed the nations of the earth will be blessed". Leviticus 25:23, "the land is the Lord's land, and it is His to assign and dispose of." The US has to stand with Israel.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

"A nation that cannot control its borders is not a nation", once said by Ronald Reagan. The US is struggling to provide health care, a quality education, and good paying jobs for its own citizens, and with open borders, those systems are being drained. Drug and terrorists are flooding the border, jeopardizing out national security and increasing crime rates within our own communities.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

At this point with American resources being drained, asylum seekers that are truly being persecuted around the world. Our current laws are being widely abused and need reform.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

I support school choice so parents can have the right to better their childs education. However, if money is being assigned to a student in public school, then that money should follow that student should he or she go to another school. For instance, is a student has an IEP in public school and that student receives extra funding for accommodations, that money should follow that student if they go to another school. That money shouldn't go into a general fund to pay for just anything.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Jesus Christ dies for me, and two days later rose from the grave. This not only gave us the redemption of sin, but the power to live good lives and righteous lives. I look at all men and women as equals, no better than me, and no worse, we are all created in His image. I am ordained to only love other people and hate has no place in my heart. My body is a vessel for Jesus Christ, and I view my body, my soul, my walk and relationship with Christ, and the company I keep as my church, and I carry my church everywhere I go to be a witness to others.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I am required to show ID to cash a check, to open a financial account, to get a job, to drive a car, to pick up tickets at a will call booth. We all either have a drivers license, or can obtain a state issued ID. We have to secure our election process.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

A valid and documented reason given for voting via absentee ballot.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes, racism is a threat to domestic security in the United States. Mainstream media and other individuals are profiting from all races by keeping the political climate and propaganda elevated. Everything that happens, rather good or bad, between various races, is not always racists, but you have people making issues where there are not any.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Government has its place, but it should not be in every place. I am for as little government in my business as possible. We do need government to oversee law and order, carry out those duties, and hold people accountable.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

FUN Channel America in Tifton GA on Facebook, interview given on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. My press release posted in Cordele Dispatch and Valdosta Daily Times in early March.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I received a calling to run for State Senate to give South Georgia a stronger voice and presence in Atlanta, and to lead the fight to secure our elections. My entire life has been centered around serving others and helping those who cannot help themselves. I am not a politician, I never have been a politician, nor am I going to become a politician. I am running for State Senate to preserve our Christain values, and call what is right, "right" and what is wrong, "wrong." I answer first to Him, and then to my district, and will not align myself with other elected officials, just to become part of a club. South Georgia is not equally represented in Atlanta, because of the sparce population, and I look forward to working with other Senators from South Georgia to secure more growth and opportunity for the residents of South Georgia and District 13. Some of my legislative priorities include capping prescription medicine costs, eliminating the school tax for our older citizens, reducing the teacher to student ratio, beginning in the elementary schools, providing protection for our first responders who begin their shift, perform their shift as they have been trained, and then end their shift. I will protect our first responders for a job well done and make sure they get back to their families at the end of their shift. I will work hard to provide for veterans to secure better job opportunities, benefits and incentives when they work in the private sector. If you serve this country, you deserve to be taken care of. I will work with our small and local businesses to promote Georgia Owned and Georgia Grown products, as I currently do with my current job. I describe my church as my body, my soul, my walk with Christ, and the company I keep. I do not want the government within my church, but I feel the need to put more church in our government. We can no longer accept right being wrong, and wrong being right, and balance must be restored.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

Our police officers must be able to perform their duties, effectively and safely, using proper training, and must not live in fear of persecution or prosecution, for performing a job well done. Including all first responders, anyone that is going to wear a badge, and stand on a very thin line, and protect the good from pure evil, has to be protected.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Police Departments need all the funding they can get, and then some. Mental Health and Community Programs need funding as well, but not from another service departments budget.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The only gun law needed is our Second Amendment.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
