QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I was adopted so being aborted was a possibility. Politically, I am pro-life but I do understand situations arise that may require an abortion to save a life. Nature aborts life via miscarriage so I don't believe in a law blanketing all circumstances. I do NOT believe abortion should be used to correct an irresponsible weekend. Adoption should be the first option.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Funding an abortion center, Planned Parenthood, gives women a free out to be irresponsible with sex. Becoming pregnant isn't the only consequence for not having protection. We live in a world with many sexually transmitted diseases, so "safe sex" should be practiced to prevent disease first and foremost. Unprotected sex should be reserved for the act of procreation exclusively. Allowing an abortion for free removes all incentive to be responsible. Defund Planned Parenthood.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Agree

Being a Patriot and Veteran, I strongly believe in the freedom of choice. If an individual states if their health ever degrades to a point that they are in constant pain and/or unresponsive and costing excessive money without the potential for recovery, yes I agree the family can assist their relative to end the pain and suffering. I do NOT agree that a family can use assisted suicide without it specifically being requested in a will or trust.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I have always believed that the IRS should be abolished and a national sales tax put in its place. That would eliminate tax crimes, emptying spots in jail for actual criminals plus pay checks would be bigger and foreign travel and tourism would help pay our federal government budget. Also, eliminate state tax with a similar state sales tax program.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I believe the Federal Government is responsible for foreign affairs, protecting the border and assisting states in times of crises (FEMA). That means I don't believe the Board of Education, the EPA, and most of the President's cabinet is necessary. Our forefathers, set up the United States to allow governors to regulate their states not having the Federal Government intervene. I would eliminate everything but the Military, FEMA, Transportation (for federal roadways, airports and National Park maintenance) and border patrol / immigration. The government is way too big and needs to reduced.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Guaranteeing public schools all of the property tax to fund them makes the education system weak due to complacent administrators. I am going to push a school choice bill, that the current representative failed to push, to allow the property tax money, normally sent to the public schools, to be sent to parents to follow their kids to other schools. I will also author a bill to allow finding for home schooling. Avoiding CRT in public schools is top priority.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Freedom of choice is a reoccurring phrase in my life. If a business chooses to lose money by refusing a service to a demographic they don't agree with, that is their right. I don't understand it but they can pick their customers. Since this issue is based on the gay community. I don't understand why a business would refuse service based on personal beliefs but they can.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Government should NEVER mandate anything. Churches, business, schools should have the freedom to determine when a situation is severe enough to close their doors.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Here I go again with Freedom of Choice. Insurance companies form to offer coverage of various plans to people who want to protect themselves for future situations. I don't believe government should be involved in anything outside or foreign affairs, protecting the border and assisting states in times of crisis. Medicare and Medicaid serve a purpose and I believe they should stay in place to assist disabled and elderly.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Government doesn't have the right to mandate anything to the general public so regarding the government vaccines to military going into active areas where disease exists is ok. As for schools being funded by government should also not mandate vaccinations. Businesses on the other hand comes back to the freedom aspect. A business can mandate their employee to do anything no matter how illogical is it. I don't personally agree that anything medical should be mandated.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

First and foremost, secure the borders. Border patrol have caught middle eastern illegals at the open borders of America. We need to seal up the borders. Second, we need to vet the Afghani refugees and all future refugees to assure they are clean. As far as overseas, there isn't a good answer for that. When attacked we retaliate but we can't instigate a situation.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

I support the Israelis as an actual nation and ally of America. The situation on the West Bank has been active for a long time and the result of peace talks in the past always end with the Palestinians wanting it all with no compromise. The Palestinian militant arm, Hamas, is set to destroy Israel and I will NOT support a group obsessed with complete genocide of the Jewish people. According to the Quran, what religious group is next to eliminate?

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Border security is one of the Federal governments obligations. The border should be completely sealed off allowing anyone that wants to immigrate to America, register with the American embassy in Mexico to determine if reason for immigration is valid.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Immigration in the United States should be frozen until we can get our national issues resolved. Immigration is granted by official registration through the immigration office and should be limited to people with skills needed in the United States and protecting people from violent countries being persecuted for religious or sexual choices. All immigrants should be vetted completely.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

I am running on the School Choice issue. The current representative and other establishment in the state house dropped the ball. I will create a bill for a better school choice option and a separate home school funding bill. Educating out children is utmost importance to create the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. With the introduction of CRT into the school system, it is important to allow parents the opportunity to choose which school is appropriate.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Choose not to answer

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Gender Identity is simple. Man and woman.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Choose not to answer

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

I couldn't strongly disagree enough. CRT is a Marxist, evil teaching of hate and racism. If you believe CRT is accurate and necessary, move to a Communist country.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Patriot US Veteran. I will defend the First Amendment, freedom of religion and freedom of assembly. I will make sure no government entity shall ever close down a church to deny assembly. People have various beliefs within the same religion. I stay open minded and live my life cleanly and helping people when I can.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Photo identification is required for dozens of activates outside voting, so proving who you are before performing an activity that can change the direction of America...YES! Photo Id's should be required to vote.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Mainly any voting practice that allows for external fraudulent activities such as no-excuse absentee ballots, ballot harvesting and external 24 hour drop boxes. I also believe 19 days is too many for early voting, In three weeks, all kinds of things could happen during that time that would change people minds about voting the way they did. 10 days and the weekend before Election Tuesday is fine.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes it is but not in the way you are thinking. Racism is a two-way street CRT teaches children to hate each other based on race. White children are taught to apologize for white privilege and supremacy while black kids are taught they can never succeed as they are always the victims to white oppression. Children, naturally, don't have racial views of other kids until parents teach it to them. The summer of 2021 was proof that racism is dangerous. The BLM and Antifa groups felt justified in destroying property, attacking people and killing some was justified because an incident between a black man and white cop. The attitude continues and until the reality kicks in that we are not black, white, Asian, Hispanic but American, the outbursts from any action found unacceptable by any group, violence will continue.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The concept of reparations is nonsense. Not only is there no one alive that was a slave or slave owner, not all blacks are even associated with slaves or slave owners. I have learned in my 53 years that every event in your life, led to where you are now. In regards to history, the vile, racist segment of slavery in the American past had to happen to lead to now. Change any segment of history, today doesn't happen.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

Regardless of jobs and costs, I don't support government regulations. The environment is going to do what it has been doing for 4.5 billion years. There is nothing we can do to stop the Earth's cyclical system. Wasting money on alternative energy costs more money and destroys more of the Earth's surface than oil and fracking. There are at least a dozen rare earth and elements being strip mined around the world to make one solar panel or electric battery for your Tesla plus is takes oil to generate all the power to charge your electric stuff.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Extracting fossil fuels is the most cost effective energy source. Once upon a time at the beginning of 2021 we were energy self-sufficient and selling oil to other countries. On January 20th, 2021 with the stroke a pen we lost it all. It is time to bring back our oil extraction and stop funding foreign wars by buying Russian oil.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Federal government was intended to manage foreign affairs, protect the borders and assist states in times of crisis. State government is to protect its citizens and manage industry, infrastructure and laws to improve the lives of the state's residents. I don't believe government of any level should demand mandates for anything. The United States Constitution was written to enforce personal freedoms for citizens while distinguishing what the government can NOT do. I will fight all government mandates in the future.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I am a registered Republican but I am an American Patriot. All my decisions are based on the Constitution. I will defend all freedom laid out in the document and will not allow, if it's within my ability, to any mandates. We are a nation of citizens that have the ability to make personal choices for how they live their lives. I agree with that and also believe that if everyone were to live their lives as they choose and allow other to live their lives, Live would be peaceful.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

At the time of this survey, I haven't had any media interaction.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No, I have not.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am a Patriot, very public and hands on. I will make certain that there is a regular event to meet with the constituents. I like to know what you think and if I can assist, I will. One thing to know about me. I will never make a promise I can't keep and I won't sugarcoat the truth. My assertive Los Angeles attitude keeps me from being intimidated by opposition or authority. I will fight for my district no matter what the establishment leadership wants. You voted me in so you are my top priority.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

As with all things in life, there are always exceptions. Tying an officers hands with regulation that will ultimately determine how the officer will perform the job, is always bad. So if the officer is following the departmental protocol for an incident, he or she should be shielded from legal action although that still doesn't remove the opportunity to sue the station.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Police officers are crucial for all incidents within the precinct. If a local government wants to attempt to reduce violence with a counselor, do it on a separate budget. Cops should be paid more as long as they maintain their oath to serve and protect. I am not a fan of police that enforce obviously illegal initiatives from the Marxist left.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The 2nd Amendment is quite clear. There is no infringement on gun ownership. The only element that I am okay with, as long as it isn't abused, is a national database for convicted criminals on crimes involving guns, The public needs to know who has used firearms illegally in other areas.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

No, manufacturers of anything are not responsible for now their product is used. If you get hit by a car, you can't sue Ford. If you get knocked unconscious by a tennis ball being served by Serena Williams, you can't sue Wilson. It is completely irresponsible to blame a manufacturer for the way their product was used.
