RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
If the moms life becomes threatened but in most circumstances the baby is delivered. Personal story. My wife developed atypical HELLP syndrome when she was 30 weeks pregnant. If she would have gone 1 more day without emergency delivering our baby both she and our son would have died.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
I support our current system of hospice care which provides relief in terminal individuals. I feel we are crossing the line if we are in support of assisted suicide.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Taxes be lowered especially for small businesses.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
This one is hard. I would need a list of all the excessive spending and wasteful spending and go from there.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
I personally believe college should be no longer than 3 years of a persons desired degree and most could be done in 2 years.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
The great thing about capitalism is that it will fix this issue within itself.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
NEVER
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Definitely not option A. Option B needs tweaking. I believe children under 18 should receive healthcare because it is out of their control. Option C I would assume it needs to be revamped. Option D I would love to see work but I don't ever see that ever happening. I understand the risks or struggles of option B. So in general there is no 1 size fit all option for me to choose from.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
NEVER
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Stop with our push for regime change over in islamic countries. Build and strengthen our borders and better vet the people coming into our country.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Human trafficking and drugs coming in through our border is a tragedy and strengthening our border will help slow this from happening.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
An individual who learns our american history, learns our culture, and who loves our country and wants to be apart of the greatest nation in the history of the world.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Choose not to answer
No one should be discriminated against
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Neutral
Once the state became involved with marriage it threw the whole definition of marriage out. I am a christian and the Bible says marriage is between a man and a woman. The state can call 2 individuals whatever they want to label it and should not involve their issues or affairs when it comes to religions or churches.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
I disagree with any marxist critical theory. It is used to divide our nation and our people. Our country has come a long way when it comes to race and the far Left wants to make us go backwards because they need the divide.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God. I am a christian. The Bible is our guide for internal life and gives us guidance as we walk through our life here on earth.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I am leaning towards paper ballots because technology is becoming too advanced and can be manipulated.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. Is there racists? yes. Our biggest threat to our domestic security is the loss of free speech along with the emergence of propaganda through social media, corporate media, and censorship.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
America needs to become energy independent again.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To protect its citizens. Federal is to protect the US from foreign invaders, the state is to protect US from the federal government over-reach, local government is to protect its citizens from federal and state. Then you have the Supreme Court who should protect our constitutions.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
Did not answer
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
no
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Platform is Freedom, Adoption, and Transparency. Freedom laws would be laws being implemented at the state level that looks to protect its citizens. It will be looking at what is happening overseas and the liberal states and writing laws to counter before our federal government decides to implement the same. Adoption. I am pro life and I believe there needs to be better laws for adoptive parents. Also believe the spiritual leaders in our communities need to do a better job at training new potential parents on how to be parents. Government can implement their own programs to help educate parents, high schoolers, and pregnant woman. Transparency. Our state needs to do a better job at making their bills be transparent so its citizens can contact legislators to voice their opinions on the matters.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Neutral
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
less restrictions
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
what's next, people involved in car accidents can sue car manufacturers?
