QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
rape, incest and life of the mother
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
Anything where the government gets to decide/control on your medical decision is bad. Less power to the government is good. More personal empowerment is better.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
eliminate state income tax, eliminate the yearly registration fees of vehicles, eliminate the fee for a background check, the government already had that data and they charge you for it, eliminate occupational licensing fees, landlord license fees, etc.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
reducing spending on the Economic Development Commission in Arkansas. It is a slush fund tied to lobbying and choosing winners and losers based on hidden criteria. Reducing the size of government will reduce the amount of money spent.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
K-12 should be funded. College is not for everyone and should not be funded with taxpayer dollars.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
none
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I need more information on this issue, but I chose C, but I could change my mind on this issue depending on the information. Bigger government is bad. Less government is good. More choices are better. Less choices are bad. More personal freedom is great. I chose C. Healthcare cost money and needs to be paid for by the person getting the benefit.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
none.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
everything in its power to do so. Nothing should be taken off the table.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
Israel is the promised land and it belongs to God's chosen people, the Jews.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
a country with no borders is not a country
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
legal immigration allowed
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
Bigger government is bad. Less government is good. More choices are better. Less choices are bad. More personal freedom is great.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Lord. Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell. On the third day he rose again from the dead and ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From thence he shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit; the holy catholic church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and life everlasting. Amen.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
It is a legal document with consequences and should be treated as such. verification of who you are is not a big deal
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
you must present ID and a mail in ballot must be notarized. It is a legal document with consequences and should be treated as such.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is bad. This woke leftism is tearing our country apart. Love and affection for you fellow human being should be the baseline regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, etc. This world needs more love and understanding.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. That is easy. Do you want to buy a loaf a bread or put $10/gallon gas in your car?
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
I am an engineer and we can figure this out. Get the oil. Reduce the US dependence on foreign energy.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
to provide services the private person/company cannot. Build roads and infrastructure. Maintain an Army for self-defense. Maintain the police force, courts, public defenders, etc.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
Qualified immunity has hurt my clients and many others. My solutions to this is as follows: each police officer will be required to maintain an insurance policy for $100,000. Each claim filed will be evaluated and determined if a payout should be reached. As a police officer gets too many claims, the city/county/state will have to decide whether that police officer should be allowed to stay on the force after the premiums go up, just like car insurance. Maybe you can't be a police officer.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Agree
funds for mental health would be a great help, but I think funds for two officers in every car is the best solution. More cops, more pay for the cops. Reduce crime, no bail for blood on the ground.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
none
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Can victims of car violence sue car manufacturers? ummm, no.
