QUESTIONNAIRE*
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
There is never a reason to allow abortion except in the very rare circumstance the mother’s life is in immediate danger and the child can not survive outside the womb.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Our tax dollars should never be used to destroy life. One of the government’s roles is to protect the lives of its citizens and life begins at the moment of conception.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Again, our tax dollars should never be used to destroy life. One of the government’s roles is to protect the lives of its citizens and life begins at the moment of conception and does not end until their natural conclusion.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Eliminate the taxation on Re-sale vehicles. Look closely at eliminating or reducing personal property taxes in the state to offset the growing amount of tax surplus we have in our state.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Remove tax dollars being spent on DEI and Diversity/Equity Champion salaries in k-12 education and public service jobs across the state so funds can be used in strengthening our states reading, math, science and technology education. It is time to stop indoctrinating people in division and return to true education.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
Not all students have the desire to continue on to college. They may decide a vocation or trade is better suited for their life goals and therefore should not be responsible for helping support those who do choose college as the right solution for them.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Individual and religious freedom is a cornerstone of our country. Many have died serving our country to defend those freedoms and as a legislator I will fight to preserve them. As individuals every consumer has the ability to vote with their money and choose stores and businesses that align with their core values. Small businesses should be able to make decisions based on their moral/religious beliefs.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Never
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Terrorism of any kind should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Any attempt by a person to harm or threaten about her individual should be immediately addressed through our justice system.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
All people are protected under the constitution and special protection is actually favoritism and produces long-term negative consequences to society and individuals.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
The continuation of identity politics of any kind promotes division among citizens. If we want unity than we need to honor each other as creations of God and not build up or tear down any individual or group of individuals.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
