QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I support the regulation as defined by the Georgia Heartbeat Bill.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
dire public safety, e.g. Ukraine
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Strengthen our defenses both domestically and internationally. We have lost so much respect around the globe since President Trump left office and we need to get back to our position of global strength.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The US needs to support all efforts for a safe and secure Israel. The West Bank threatens this and we need to ensure our friends' safety.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C. The elderly have earned and paid into Medicare. The poor and infirm should have a needs based access to Medicaid, but that agency needs great reform.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
The military requires certain vaccines for deployment overseas. Parents have the right to decide if vaccines are necessary for their children. Employers should never be able to require.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Reduce state income tax immediately, working towards elimination.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
To start: national board of education, IRS, election assistance commission, HUD, Dept of Energy
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
Disagree because the only funding mechanism would be to increase taxes.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
More than a wall, we also need to increase troops, border patrol, drones, and sensors.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
immigrants who have properly applied and been lawfully admitted; those coming from countries in great distress where asylum is needed.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
Although this did not pass in the current legislative session in GA, I will support bringing it back to the floor when elected.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
We need additional funding for mental health programs as well, however. This would be a supplement, not remove and replace.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I support Georgia's open carry and believe 2A is a key part of the fabric of our country that must be protected.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To provide safety and infrastructure for its citizens. To give its people a safe and unfettered opportunity for freedom and success.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
fighting election fraud is my top priority. I want to be the most pro-business friendly, most pro-religious freedom, most parental-choice senator in the legislator.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Agree
In my personal beliefs, I strongly agree with this statement. I checked "agree" because there are Protestant denominations that offer gay marriage (not my own) and I do not want to judge other believers, even if I disagree with their position. God calls us not to judge, even in disagreement. Matthew 7:1
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Is there an option stronger than "strongly disagree"?
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was baptized when I was 11 and have attended non-denominational church as well as joining the Catholic church in 2015. Andy Stanley has been my favorite spiritual leader for Bible study curriculum, and I have led numerous men and couple studies over the years. I believe Christ calls us to love, lead and forgive and to use our actions to show His light in the world.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I cannot disagree more with this statement.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
eliminate drop boxes! eliminate any voting technology that is open to electronic hacking or fraud. (Dominion)
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Absolutely. It breeds hate and division. It makes us vulnerable to radical religious views that can be twisted into false narratives that can be used to make our country and values unsafe.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
No one living in our country today was oppressed by slavery. To talk about reparations in living in the past and keeps racism alive and thriving.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. I own two companies that rely on clean water in order for them to function. We need a balance between limiting resources and allowing companies to thrive. These two subjects, energy and environment, do intersect but the answer is far more complex than an A or B choice. It is my desire to serve on any senate committees that pertain to economic development and the environment.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
My company has been a large proponent for the use of natural gas to operate our vehicles and I have been published nationally on the subject.
