QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Lower individual income tax rates. Lower corporate tax rate. Lower capital gains tax rate. Review special carve-outs and reduce them. Simplify the tax code. The tax system should not tax productivity. It should encourage productivity. It shouldn't incentivize sloth. Reduce federal taxes thus reducing federal control of states. Don't pick winners and losers. Reduce real property taxes.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Spending on pork and special interests' projects. Stop spending on items that are not even required by law, e.g. so-called education initiatives which aren't about academic education. Stop spending on data systems which collect personal data of students and adults. Stop spending on high-priced vendors of assessments of students in K-12 schools. Certain professional licensure systems which reduce incentives to become professionals in a trade. Reform medicare, medicaid and social security systems.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C). Healthcare services and health insurance should be decoupled from employment. There needs to be more competition between private insurance providers for individuals purchasing insurance. This includes separating health insurance from employment in any government agency (local, state or federal).
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
The State Department of the federal government should not be giving money to the supposed humanitarian organizations who are incentivized to bring in potential Islamic terrorists and their families.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
The U.S. isn't a sovereign nation if we don't secure our borders.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
People who pledge to abide by the U.S. Constitution, Declaration of Independence, federal laws, laws of the states of the United States and assimilate into the traditional American mores. Quantity of people allowed from a particular country should be controlled. Potential refugees should seek asylum in neighboring countries. Do not bring them all to the United States automatically.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
Public education in the traditional public schools is controlled by the teacher's union and other special interests. The activists within the systems have too much control and are inculcating students under their care with values which are not consistent with the families in their communities. The education colleges on university campuses have been a hotbed for this activist training of teachers who are now embedded within the K-12 schools. There needs to be reform of the education colleges.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
There are two sexes; male and female.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Critical Race Theory is an outgrowth of Critical Theory. There was post modernism before that, the 60s radicals, Marcuse, the Frankfurt School (Institution for Social Research) in Germany, Gramsci, Lukac, Marx and Hegel. CRT is Cultural Marxism. The aim is to break down the traditional Judeo-Christian values of Western Civilization.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian and believe in the Trinity. I believe in the Bible. I was raised in the Evangelical Lutheran Church but realize that the mainline churches, including Lutheran, have been hijacked by bad actors who are co-opting most of the denominations in the United States to further their socialist / collectivist goals.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
If we don't have secure elections, including photo identification, we open ourselves up to potential fraud and irregularities in elections.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Require photo identification of registered voter be presented at the polling location. Return to single-day voting in Ohio instead of a month of early voting. Allow for absentee voting for only special reasons such as inability of voter to get physically to the polling location, military service or registered voter being out of town on the day of the election. No ballot harvesting.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. Race relations have improved immensely over the past 200 years of the United States. They have improved because of the change of laws to provide for universal franchise to U.S. citizens regardless of race or sex. Also the laws prohibiting discrimination in employment and public accommodation on the basis of race were put into affect. The Left has worked at fomenting discord in race relations over the past 40 years via their development of critical theories (which come out of postmodernism, neo-Marxism and class Marxism) which lead to race Marxism. The threat to domestic security is coming from the Soros- (and the like) funded Leftist activist organizations.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
Set the standards of justice, keep the peace at home, provide for common defense (federal), promote general well-being and make sure the blessings of liberty continue for ourselves and our descendants. Protect our God-given, inalienable rights of life, liberty and acquiring, possessing and protecting property.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
My legislative priorities are academic education, health freedom and election integrity. I will vote to protect life, liberty and property and against socialist policies, government health mandates and election bribery.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
The aim of the Left to reduce the funds of police departments so that they can reconstitute the police in their own image, i.e. requiring that replacement police agree with the Leftist values.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I would not want the right to own guns by law-abiding U.S. citizens to be infringed upon in any way. If someone is a convicted violent criminal, they should probably not be allowed to purchase a gun. Not sure how to police this though.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
