QUESTIONNAIRE*
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I believe Life begins at conception, and we need to stop mutilating and dismembering our babies in the womb and selling their body parts. However the Government cannot take away your bodily freedoms, through an injection or an abortion. I propose what I call in-utero adoption, where if you decide you want to terminate your pregnancy you are put in contact with an adoption agency that pairs you with a couple while the baby is still in your womb. They would take on the medical expenses and whatever else is needed to bring that baby to it's birthday and saving its life by increasing the choices and options for the mother in what is a very difficult time and decision in her life. In addition I would propose possible tax incentives for the adoptive parents and maybe even the mother, to allow them an easier decision rescuing this baby. It is ridiculous to me to see people driving around with bumper stickers saying they rescued a pet when we don't acknowledge the people who will rescue a human life!
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
If you believe abortion is wrong because of your religion--and I do! it is an infringement on your religious liberty to be taxed to pay for what you believe to be wrong. If a woman has a right to choose to abort her own baby I should have the right to choose not to pay her for it!
If Roe v. Wade is overturned by the US Supreme Court, how far are you willing to go to roll back North Carolina's statutory abortion law that allows abortion up to 20 weeks?
I will leave it to a democratic process. It isn't that hard to put on the ballot if you would like to change our current laws vote on it,
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Would you support a limitation on chemical abortion that protects women from taking abortion pills without the care and supervision of a qualified physician?
Yes
We have a limitation on Sudafed! If the drug provides a chemical abortion I would not want it being used without some ones knowledge and consent, or used inappropriately or incorrectly as an overdose to commit suicide, since we know it is lethal to life even in the correct doses. Common sense limits does not mean unavailable.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Freedom of Religion allows you to decide your faith. What consequences that decision will lead to are the responsibility of the free market, not the government.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None!
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The government cannot tell you what you should believe, and the Church cannot tell you how to vote!
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Medicaid and Medicare should remain available and be phased out, our federal government has no constitutional mandate for healthcare of any type and other than the health care provided to veterans the healthcare questions should be left to the states.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None!
ECONOMY
The government should do more to close the gap between the working class and the wealthy.
Strongly Disagree
The government is CAUSING the gap between the working class and the wealthy with it's insane spending causing inflation, and the tax increases both of which decimate the middle class and have no appreciable effect on the wealthy. The Government is not helping, it is hurting! Stopping the government will do more to close the wealth gap than anything the government is willing to do!
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I believe a flat tax is a fair tax.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
If the government provides education it devalues the result for everyone and causes an education inflation that means you will need a graduate degree to do a job that used to be done by a high school graduate. If college is guaranteed for everyone you will have no skin in the game, and will graduate with a degree that means less and you won't have actually earned it because it was "guaranteed."
EDUCATION
States should allow parents to use the Opportunity Scholarship Program to fund private school for their children.
Strongly Agree
In what situations does a parent not have the right to know what their child is being taught in public school?
There is no situation where a parent does not have the right to know what their child is being taught in any school! And the school doing something without the knowledge of the parent of an underage minor is cause for a lawsuit against the teacher, school administration, school board, state and or federal authorities that think they have any right to do anything with our children without our consent or behind our back.
When should parents be restricted from speaking in school board meetings?
Never! Freedom of speech is a GOD given right, reinforced in the first amendment!
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
If they are doing things consistent with departmental policy yes they should be immune, but bad cops just like bad criminals should be fully prosecuted by our justice system.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
The police are being called as a last resort because our mental health and community programs have already failed. Redirecting funds from your last line of defense is a brilliant tactical strategy for failure!
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None, Everyone has the right and responsibility for self defense! Every time a bad guy with a gun commits a horrendous crime he is stopped by a good guy with a gun, therefore more guns would mean less crime! Which is a fact that has been proven to be true from before we started keeping records.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
They should be able to sue Judges and Justice departments that allow criminals back on the street with no bail, or no repercussions for their crimes. Especially if there can be shown an inequality of justice, as in the final line of our pledge of allegiance, With Liberty and Justice for ALL!
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
Would you support legislation that prohibits biological boys from competing on girls sports teams?
Yes
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To ensure justice and equality under the law for all people.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
I have no publicly available examples as I am running for office for the first time and normally keep my opinions to myself.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I believe the Constitution, remember that contract we entered with the Federal Government, it does not allow for most of what our Federal Government is doing, They have unconstitutionally taken power from the states,-- where the power would be more responsive to the people,-- in order to continually restrict our GOD given rights and bring our federal system to the brink of tyranny. I will work for a convention of states to redirect the current trend of our federal government back to the states and thereby the people of the United States. If I can't get a convention of states I will work at the State level to curb the usurpations of the Federal government. I have a history of innovation and simple changes to produce amazing and efficient outcomes. I personally coordinated the entire Air Force Reserve portion of the Bosnian Airlift. In that year doing simple incentives and glitch fixes I moved 78% of the total cargo moved by the Active duty and the Reserves and I accomplished this using only 3 separate early model C-5 aircraft and only 1 crew on the road at a time. Conversely the active duty had as many as 14 aircraft and 15 aircrews on the road at once. My simple administrative fixes and incentives changed a 60 year history on how the entire Air Force handles the Heavy Cargo Airlift mission, saving the Air Force millions of dollars every year since. I want to bring this ingenuity and innovation to fixing our broken government. There is no reason why North Carolina is not the destination of choice as the place to live in the United States. We have beaches, mountains, a moderate climate and space to grow, however our government appears to be the biggest hindrance to our prosperity. There is no reason we in NC cannot institute the policies for growth that Florida and South Dakota have used so effectively.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
I agree there is racism in this world but teaching children to believe there is nothing they can do to stop it is a heinous lie!
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe we are created by GOD and He gives us our rights and freedoms, they are not dependent on race creed color or sex. They are not given to us by government, in fact typically the government is the one trying to restrict our GOD given rights.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I am 66 years old but can't go through the supermarket checkout without proving I am over 21 by showing my ID. How much more important is the sanctity of our vote?
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Paper ballots with observers doing a hand count, Ballots then would be archived to be audited and recounted for 7 years after just like my tax forms. Absentee voting is allowed but would not be by a secret ballot. You give up the secret ballot in order to ensure your vote is tallied and counted as you intended, and the ballot remains with the envelope to ensure you can come back up to 7 years after and make sure it is correctly counted.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Is there racism in this world? yes! Is it magnified to move some political agenda or another? Yes again! Did GOD create one human to be subjugated by another based on the melatonin of their skin? NO! NO! NO! That is too stupid to even be considered a serious question!!!
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
There is no question we are given incredible resources in this country and they must be used responsibly, and if done so they will last literally forever as we will develop technology to use them more and more efficiently. It seems to me that the stricter environmental laws and regulations are being used as a political weapon to work towards other objectives.
