Under no circumstance. Life is sacred. God infuses a person with a soul at the moment of natural conception.

Under normal circumstances, government should never be allowed to close any church. A church should only be closed if it commits a serious moral violation, such as if a church promotes murder (which would be a violation of God's 5th Commandment).

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Sanction nations that promote terrorism. Give trade preferences to nations that protect religious liberty.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. I recommend that both public and private insurance and healthcare options remain available. However, public sources will be limited under a balanced budget scenario.

Under no circumstances. Vaccines are not natural. God created us with an immune system which generally functions pretty well. Human created vaccines may be helpful and beneficiary at times, but they should always be voluntary. Gene therapies (mRNA) shots should generally not be allowed. There is debate on whether the COVID-19 "vaccines" are net beneficial or net harmful. I recommend reading or viewing information from Children's Health Defense, Technocracy News & Trends, and internet videos from Dr. John Campbell (from England) in regards to vaccinations. It needs to be noted that at least 400 doctors from around the world have issued a joint "Declaration of International Medical Crisis due to the Diseases and Deaths Co-Related to the "COVID-19 Vaccines"" which may be found online at: https://medicalcrisisdeclaration.com/. (As of September 23, 2022, there are already over 18,000 signatures on this petition to halt the COVID-19 vaccines and investigate their true effects upon the human body.) Eisenhower warned us about the rise of the military-industrial complex in his Presidential farewell address to the nation. We would be wise to heed his warning.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
There should be a Constitutional Amendment limiting the Federal Income Tax to a maximum of five percent of a citizen's income; State Income Tax should also be limited to a maximum of five percent of a citizen's income. Another Constitutional Amendment should force Congress to balance the budget. We need to simplify the tax code; a standard tax form should be limited to one page.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Government agencies should be reduced to a more reasonable number. How many U.S. Federal Government Departments, Agencies, and sub-Agencies exist? By some accounts, that number is approximately 430. This is an absurdity; and it is definitely not necessary. I propose, by Constitutional Amendment, that we reduce the number of Independent Agencies to 12, each governed by a board elected by the Citizens to ensure accountability.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

I suggest an immigration quota from every country set according to certain circumstances. Preference would be given to refugees. However, each individual U.S. State should be limited to taking in a maximum of 10,000 refugees/immigrants per year.

What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The United States government should be most focused on the national security of its citizens. Most other items should be left to State and local governments. The proper role of the government is to serve the Citizens. These are the local newspapers that are likely to cover this political race in Nebraska. I refuse to use most social media; I call it "anti-social media". I will focus heavily on legislation that prevents the rise of "Technocracy" and "Transhumanism". President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned about the rise of the military-industrial complex in his Presidential farewell address to the nation. Technocracy and Transhumanism may lead to a new form of technological slavery. Voter Identification is absolutely necessary to safeguard elections. Every eligible voter shall be issued a "Voter ID Card".

Issue a standard "Voter ID Card" to every eligible voter. Limit early voting to approximately two weeks. Require paper ballots be hand-counted at each properly-sized Election Precinct on Election Day and verify that the vote count submitted to the County and State by each Precinct are correct.

I do not believe racism is a significant threat; the bigger threat is a mass media that tries to instigate problems so that they "create" more news stories to cover. Generally, most people do not engage in significant racist behavior; often, the actions of a few cause the most significant problems.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
