OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE*

*Additional information was received after the evaluation was assigned and was not considered in the Panel Evaluations, therefore it is for additional educational purposes only.
RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Rape. Incest. Life of Mother.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Agree

We need to focus on increasing income by selling the oil we have and increasing domestic productivity while curbing spending. Focus on economic resiliency not only deficit reduction.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I think we should pass the flat tax act. The same code applies to everyone across the board. It's fair and equitable.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

The Right to freely assemble and freely worship shall never be denied!

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

The government shall not establish a National Religion that all people must subscribe too. It is that simple. Otherwise they should support organizations that operate by faith including the Judeo-christian faith and should prioritize those who produce good outcomes for the people that they serve. The government shall no infringe upon an organization's or person's right to practice their faith freely in society.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Whether to vaccinate is a personal healthcare decision, and should never be mandated by a bureaucrat or other government official.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

B. There are major gaps for the working poor and portions if the middle class, in the availability of accessibile healthcare. They often find themselves in need of treatment or surgery and can't access it because its cost prohibitive. There should be no gaps healthcare for our people especially those who work and pay taxes. We should expand medicaid to cover the working poor and portions of the middle class..

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C. We absolutely must take care of our own first. We must strengthen America First Policies to improve the functionality of our federal government as well as national security and domestic productivity. Simultaneously, we must never abandon our allies abroad.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

Isreal is a sovereign nation and one of our strongest allies and should not be bullied by antisemitic factions to surrender their homeland. And America should not aid her enemies but should work to promote her peace and prosperity.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

They are as real of a threat to our national security as the environmental activists are to our fuel production and inflation. They must not be underestimated. We must strengthen our ability to detect and dismantle any threat they pose to our security, soverignty and functionality.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Take the 80 billion that the Biden administration wants to the IRS and use it to hire an additional 87,000 IRS agents and give it to immigration and home land security to hire additional agents for vetting those travel, immigrate and naturalize to the US.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Disagree

FINISH THE WALL.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those who come through the proper and legal channels. Those who love our country and will abide by laws Those who will be contributing members of society. Those who understand and are loyal to our constitution and what pur flag stands for. Also those fleeing political persecution, genocide or are displaced by war. All of which must still be done legally.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Each case should be brought on its own merritts. Special class designation should be reserved for those who Cannot protect themselves.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Agree

Critical race theory is modern academic scourge in our society. It has set race relation back decades and should be taught for what it is - racist.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I'm a Christian. I love Jesus. I work daily to listen and obey his word. I believe he is the son of the living God. That he alone is truth and that he alone is wisdom and the alone is love. I believe that he alone is the way to the father. I believe that Creation is a witness and testifies to his glory. I believe life is a gift and that gratitude is essential to learning from and knowing him. I believe that sin erodes and grace restores. There are no accidents. He is in control and you are loved.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

A person's vote is as valuable as the money in his bank account because it is the voice of his freedom. The ballot is sacred to democracy and should be treated as such.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I would work to remove electronics from the ballot process.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism in any form is a threat to domestic Tranquility. Racism is a heart condition and effects the whole body of society. We must encourage unity and the understanding that we are all made in God's image, red, yellow, black and white.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Neutral

We must become energy efficient. We must balance economic interests with ecological interests. Most of all we must not oppress or burden the poor with our policies.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

It's a balance and I believe we can find it.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

Their well being is a serious concern that I take personally and have worked for decades to protect. I will continue doing so when I get to Congress and am tasked with the responsibility of improving their lives going forward.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

Conduct consistent with agency policy is all that can be expected of them. If agency policy or quality of personnel is the problem then we must address the issue at that level.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Criminal behavior must be met with serious imquiry and if convicted then penalties not comforts.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I believe gun ownership by responsible, law-abiding citizens is essential to public safety. Restrictions should be evaluated in light of competency.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
