QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None. If at some point the mother would be considered in danger, however no current situations like this have arose, there should be an attempt made to deliver the baby and keep the baby in the NICU. This gives the baby a fighting chance to live and the circumstances are up to God and his will.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The church and state should be separate entities. When you attend church, this is to pay tribute to God. State affairs should never interfere with the church and religious services should never be restricted based on state or federal policy.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
One of the best ways is possibly education for the future younger, Islamic generation. On the current side, we need to protect our country and any allies from any terrorism.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Currently, there should be no mandates from the federal government. There has to be a defined purpose of "Emergency" when it comes to infectious diseases. The current sars-cov-2 (COVID 19) pandemic had caused death to less than 1% (around 0.12%) for adults and a minute percentage for Children (latest reputable study from the NCMD shows around 0.0002%). There has to be a significant risk assessment in death related illness in order to justify a requirement of vaccinations.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. This is the closest available answer, although Medicaid and Medicare needs significant changes to offset administrative and waste costs.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Reducing the number of distinctions in economic activities and taxpayer characteristics within the tax code would reduce taxpayers compliance costs and government administrative costs. Propose an income tax rate since inflation is at 7.9% with wages adjusting up to only 5.7%. Many Americans are living are a more strict paycheck to paycheck income because the inflation has risen higher than the adjusted wages. This could also be carried over to adjust the tax bracket to offset this. Also, we need to decrease corporate taxes. When you decrease corporate taxes, this would also help alleviate a small portion of the inflation by giving companies the ability to lower prices on goods and services which would reflect in what Americans have to pay.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
People who come through the legal means to gain citizenship to the U.S. should be allowed. Sanctuary should be provisional and have strict guidelines for screening to make sure we are not harboring possible threats to American citizens.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. Most criminal acts are performed by criminals who obtain guns illegally. Most law abiding gun owners are extremely conscientious of the law and do not pose a threat to public safety. If anything, have concealed carry gun owners who are law abiding citizens would help PROTECT the public.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
None
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
NO
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
My legislative priority are to the American people, to protect their freedoms, economic and financial security and provide the best provisions that the United States can bring to its citizens.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Myself and my family (wife and three children ages 8months, 5 years and 8 years old) are Catholic and attend church regularly. I ascribe to Catholic fundamental beliefs that this country was founded under God. That we need to protect the nuclear family and help others with family values. Our country was founded in freedom which is endowed to us by God and with his help, we should protect it at all costs.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
To make sure that only people who are legally able to vote, can vote. Require an ID and limit mail-in voting.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism does exist but not on the level that many have us believe. Currently, the only domestic threat to the U.S has been the federal government. Racism is an ugly part of our past and has infected a few people within the US. However it is NOT the biggest domestic threat to the US.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
