QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I am Pro Life, but willing to sit at the table on the issue. This isn't about my personal feelings, but what's best for the people and the unborn. There are many solutions and compromises possible and that's what we need in politics. The old way of it's our way or no way at all, must end.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
It depends on the services being supplemented. It's a no for me on Federal or State funding for abortions.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
This is another discussion that requires significant information. This is not to be taken lightly, so I'm Neutral until it's becomes an issue here in PA.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I'm sure there's many changes needed and it starts with the Gas Tax. It's outrageous in PA, and our roads are a disaster. One of my main goals is to cut spending so we can reduce taxes. I'll take a special interest in this when elected.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I have to look at where all the spending is going before making that determination. However, I understand how the Government wastes money from my Military Career.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
College isn't the answer to any of our problems. We need more funding for trade schools and careers we need to survive as a nation. College has become a money pit with a useless piece of paper that thousands of others possess. If it's Government paid, we would be worse off than we are now because people abuse free systems until they go bankrupt.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Secure our borders and monitor foreigners entering.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
I'm all for equal right for citizens, however the BDS movement is just another disgusting political move.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
It need closed until we can regroup and recover from the damage already allowed by this admin
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
There's laws already for that on the books. However we should be VERY selective on who we allow in this Great Nation. An Open Door as it's been has lead to the disaster we see now.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
We are all covered under the same laws. Special rights and laws, for particular groups, have no place in any society.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I belive voter ID, is 1 of many answers to fair elections.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Voter ID, Serialize Mail in ballots, and eliminate the no excuse Mail in.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. It's simply a tool used by politicians to retain or gain power. Real citizens know there's no threat to our Country from racism. The media pushes the agenda an instills fear for that reason.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
We can do both and have jobs. Too bad the prior reps never voted to help this District. We had all the equipment here to make things better, but the left slept on it while US Steel took it all to another State. We lost jobs, better environment and our future because of their agenda.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
We can do this responsibly. PA is Gas and oil.. if you're not for that, run in a different State.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
Serve the people.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Lean Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
There are many published interviews online, as well as my web page and social media accounts to verify my views and platform.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I'm a Citizen Candidate, not a Career Politician. I've served the people in the military and as my time as a small business owner/operator over the past 28 years. I'm not looking to boost a political career, just serve this District. We've been without proper representation for decades and it truly shows in the Dis0trict. Crime is up, decay everywhere, nobody answers the calls of the people and its time to make that change. With an Open Door Policy and townhall meeting, the people of PA-35, will be informed and heard
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
However, bad officers need filtered out easier and prosecuted when they cross the line. It's time to get the respect back that they deserve for keeping our communities safe.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
We need new funding for those facilities. Taking it away from the police is not the answer.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
We have a 2nd Amendment for a reason.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
The most absurd political ploy ever launched.
