Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I am opposed to abortion, except to preserve the life of the mother or in cases of rape or incest.

Every state should require photo ID in order to vote and all states should keep their voter rolls clean of deceased people and those who have left the state.

It wasn't until President Obama made it an issue in recent years. Now there is a clear and present danger to our domestic tranquility due to race baiting politicians.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. We've already solved the environmental problems of the world with the 1970 EPA. Everything since we cleaned up the air and water is just costing jobs and money.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
As a candidate I stand for preserving our liberties and way of life that we've built in Utah after many generations of hard work. I believe that the US Constitution is inspired by God, and I understand that our Utah constitution is our contract between the state government and the people of Utah. I'm a lifelong Republican and strongly embrace our Republican platform. I’m a fiscal conservative as reflected in my personal finances as well as my professional career in which I’ve been an officer of Dixie Power (Chief Operating Officer and Chief Engineer) for 28 years, during which time we’ve not only managed skyrocketing growth, but done it by raising rates on energy by only a half a cent, making us the most affordable power in the State and probably the whole country. I get things done in my life and in my job by a combination of hard work and leveraging relationships and finding win-win solutions. You can tell that I’m a hard worker because I’ve been serving as a delegate in the Republican Party for 14 years, and also donating my time and effort as a precinct chair, district chair of 25 precincts, and county party vice-chair. I’ve also served on the State Central Committee for the past five years, helping bring Washington County’s conservative values to the rest of the state party and fighting hard to preserve the caucus/convention system. Through these efforts and my availability to serve I’ve created relationships and alliances with many elected officials, almost all of whom have been elected during my 14 years of service in the party. Thanks to these relationships I’ve been able to work on and have helped pass two different bills in the Utah State Legislature in the past three years to protect the reliability of Utah’s power grid. The third thing I offer is my unique skill set as an electrical power engineer. I’ve worked for non-profit rural electrification projects for 35 years, both here in Utah and in 30 developing countries around the world. Being both an expert in electrical power and a hard worker in the party has allowed me to testify many times in front of the Public Utilities, Energy, and Technology committee at the State Legislature and I’ve helped block many bad bills that would bring the Green New Deal to Utah; five of them in 2022 alone, four of which came from Republican legislators.
