QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

When the life of both the mother and unborn are in a life and death situation determined by hospital doctors.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I believe in funding facilities for women to the care that do not perform abortive procedures. Abortion is an elective procedure and should not be paid for by tax dollars.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

There are many changes to the tax code I want to see happen. First and foremost, for those residents 65+ paying property tax, should not have to pay the school tax portion with no children in the schools. Another change would be to lower taxes on new and small businesses, even incentives for business owners to grow and expand. As businesses grow, the economy grows.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

As a newcomer, I would like to see exactly where every red cent is actually going from the budget. Every bill specifically states how much money is slated what, but is it really going for what it meant for? Once all the wasteful spending is stopped, we can balance the budget much easier.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

All businesses have the right to serve individuals, organizations or businesses they deem they want.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C). The government needs to get out of our health decisions, and that’s what the first 2 options does; gives them control even more. If the past 2 years has taught us anything about the government and health care, they need to have 10k yard restraining order against each other so to speak. There are many fixable options for healthcare that no one talks about. It’s time we get the right candidates elected to actually do that.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

They already do such as the flu, measles, chicken pox, etc…. If your asking about an untested, unproven experimental vaccination, the answers NEVER!

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Our National Security has become weaker and weaker over the past 2 years and now with our southern border wide open, we have a real big problem. We need to sure up our border first and foremost.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Finish the wall

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

All people have the right to immigrate to the US, that’s not the problem, come here the right way. Follow the immigration process, become a citizen I’m all for it.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Absolutely. With school boards and teachers unions ruining our public school system I’m all for school choice and allowing parents to choose a better school option to send their child or children.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I believe people can identify as whoever they what, but there are only two biological genders.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Neutral

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Absolutely disagree and CRT needs to be removed from schools immediately!

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was raised Roman Catholic.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

People need an ID for cigarettes, alcohol, certain prescriptions, etc. it’s not hard to get an ID.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Mail in balloting, change the voting machines complete audit of the voting process.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. We need to stop using race as an excuse for everything. The only way to end racism, is to stop using the word.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Then I guess the Irish and the Chinese should be getting reparations since they were slaves too? My point being not everything is black and white.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A). We need to bring jobs back to Pennsylvania and lifting regulations on drilling and fracking would be a step in that direction. Not only does it bring jobs, it also brings a new income stream into the state as well

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

It will bring energy independence to Pennsylvania and help use bring a new income stream into the state.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The government is here to serve the people, not the other way around. Somewhere along the way the role got reversed. I want to see them flip back.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I’ve been on podcasts: The Chauncey show The Advocate (on YouTube)

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I’m a very hard worker. I’m not someone who says something just to say it. I got involved into this race because my district is a complete mess… ignored from the top down. I want to help change that. Not for me, but all who live here.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

We need more police officers on the streets right now especially in West and South West Philadelphia. The violence happening through the city needs to end and end NOW!

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

There are already enough restrictions in place on gun control for legal gun owners. The illegal guns on the streets are the problem.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Disagree

The guns are not the problem. It’s the gangs, straw purchases that are the problem.
