QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Abortion is not in our Constitution. Therefore, it is and has always been a States' Rights issue. No taxpayer should have their tax dollars taken from them to fund abortion. This is a violation of the First Amendment to The U.S. Constitution.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

All life is sacred from the womb to the tomb. I support the sanctity of human life at all stages. No one should be put to death, or assisted with being put to death.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

There are no allowances for abortion in my opinion. There are less than 1% of cases for rape or incest. Killing a baby does not make a wrong such as rape or incest right. This takes a life away and causes further trauma for the mother. I support the option of adoption instead of abortion.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

This is Socialism and Communism. Nowhere in the history of either ideology has this ever worked. In fact, the American pilgrims tried this approach and discovered what we already know. Some people will not pull their fair share of work, but will still expect their share of the food/wages. The American pilgrims put a stop to this and stated that if you did not work, you did not eat.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

Our government overspends every year, and year after year. They have not lived under an actual budget, as many of us do in our own homes. Our federal government is top heavy, and spends frivolously as if they have nothing but blank checks from the American people. This must stop, not just for the sake of our national debt, but for the sake of all Americans who live within their means from paycheck to paycheck.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Taxes are far too high and need to be recalculated to reflect the current real life status of working class Americans. Americans work hard for their money and should not have to be forced to pick and choose between vital necessities due to less discretionary money as a result of high taxes.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

The First Amendment is non-negotiable, yet the civil liberties of the people who believe in a Judeo-Christian view are threatened. This is unacceptable.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

The First Amendment is a non-negotiable, guaranteed, unalienable right. There are no exceptions for this. No one sheds their religious liberties at the expense of others, or due to their employment.

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

Thomas Jefferson had it right, when he wrote about this. The original intent of this was to keep the church safe from the overreach of the government. All of our Founding Fathers were men of faith. The reason the American Pilgrims left England was due to religious persecution at the hands of the government. That system had not changed by the time of our nation's fight for independence. The King of England was still usurping and abusing his power. The federal government has overreached in many areas of our local lives. The founders knew this would happen in our time, because they experienced it first hand in their time, which is why the separation of church and state clause was written in the first place.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Under no circumstances should the government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations. This is a violation of individual civil liberties, Hipaa law, and patient confidentiality. It is a personal choice to be made only by an individual and their doctor.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Healthcare should be privatized across the board with entitlements for seniors, the disabled, and those in dire financial need. There must be specified requirements for the financial entitlements that must be revisited on a quarterly basis.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

I would chose option C at this point. The citizens of our nation are hurting and need the most help right now. We have to focus on America First at this point. Our citizens need to come first. Our military needs to come first. Our senior citizens need to come first.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

I support Israel. I stand with Israel. Israel is a sovereign nation that belonged to the Jewish people long before the state of Israel was created. America needs to stand strong with its ally and support Israel in every way. They are surrounded by enemies on every side. Our nation is the only ally they have.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Agree

We need to cut off all ties with China and focus on America First. We have far too many problems of our own. We must secure America from all threats foreign and domestic.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

America needs to come first. We can start by closing and securing our southern border, and deporting all illegal migrants. Many of those that have come across our border are tied to terrorist networks. Border patrol agents state that they only capture 1 in 4 terrorists. We stop the threat right here, right now on our soil.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

This is also a States' Rights issue. Every state is sovereign and has a right to defend its borders from enemies both foreign and domestic. The federal government does not have a right to violate this. They can help support and undergird the efforts of the states, but they cannot stop states from securing their borders. The problem is not staying at our southern border. The state that is having the largest crisis with drug trafficking across the southern border is Ohio.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

We should not have sanctuary cities period! The only law regarding "immigration" is the U.S. Constitution and it only allows for naturalization. This is a process and it must be the only one we follow.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Only persons who have applied for naturalization under the U.S. Constitution should be allowed to come to the United States. It is the law. It is non-negotiable. It is a process that must be followed to the letter of the law.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

The U.S. Constitution affords every citizen basic protections against all forms of discrimination. Therefore, there does not need to be a label on any class.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

We are not a racist nation. To teach this is a lie and does not follow our true history. If this were the case, why was Obama elected twice? Why were Justice Thomas and Justice Marshall appointed to the highest court in our land? Why are both men and women of all shades of color in highly esteemed positions in all parts of our government? CRT pits the races against one another, making one group the victims and the other group the aggressors. This is wrong and needs to be abolished everywhere.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a born again Christian. I believe in treating others how I would like to be treated. I love God and love people. I stay humble and teachable, remembering that the job of a public servant is to serve the people. I value honesty, integrity, and truth. I answer to God for my actions and deeds, so I do not take this lightly. I do not bow to man and I am not afraid of man. I will take my oath of office very seriously, as an act of service to others and to God.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Photo ID is what identifies us and shows we are who we are. We have to use it for so many other things in society to prove our identity. There is no reason to not use it for voting. This is a non-negotiable.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

No. Voting has always been handled by the states and at the local level. It is a safeguard in our system against tyranny. Elections should never be federalized. This is illegal and goes against the U.S. Constitution. It is non-negotiable. Our founders set it up this way for a reason.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The people that lived under slavery are long gone. Their accusers are long gone. No one needs to receive any reparations at this point.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

The American people are not racist. However, the news media and specific public officials are using race as a hot topic button to push to incite division and destruction in America. We cannot allow this to happen. The threat is one that is written in a narrative and we must not buy into it.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

We need to drill baby drill. We need to regain our energy dominance for the sake of our people who are hurting financially right now.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

I agree with A. There is far too much bureaucracy and top heavy agencies that determine laws and regulations to a foolish extent without true data or science to back it. We need to rein in the frivolous spending and waste based on opinions and not data based facts.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I am a Conservative Constitutionalist. If it is not in the Constitution then the federal government has no business in it. I am an America First Patriot. We need to take care of our citizens and save our country before we do anything else.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No, I have not.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

My first priority is to impeach the Biden/Harris administration, as well as Speaker Pelosi, and Senate Majority leader Schumer. My second priority is to abolish the Department of Education and re-privatize our schools, giving full access back to the states, the local government, and the parents. My third priority is to safeguard our schools with America's finest Veterans protecting our children. I will work with the Military Veterans in Congress to accomplish this.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

As long as police officers are following the laws of the land and their conduct reflects that, there should be protections for them against unfounded prosecution.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Police departments and officers are not funded or resourced enough. More money needs to be funded to our law enforcement officials.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

No restrictions should be placed on gun ownership by order of the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Law abiding citizens do not abuse their second amendment right. Criminals do not follow our laws and will stop at nothing to get a weapon and harm our citizens. Citizens must be able to protect themselves from any threat, foreign or domestic, including the tyranny of government. This was the original intent of our Founding Fathers.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Guns do not shoot people. People shoot people. Cain killed Abel with a rock. The rock wasn't blamed and rocks are still around. We need to apply common sense.
