OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I will work to prevent any taxpayer funding of any organization that does not respect human life.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Possibly when life of the mother is in jeopardy.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I support a Constitutional based tax system.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

America was founded as a Christian nation with inalienable rights endowed by God. There is no separation of church and state in the Constitution. Our government was founded wit Divine guidance upon Christian principals . Government should govern with those principals but not promote or discourage religion.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

NONE. no medical mandates. We have the God given right to the sovereignty of our bodies as to what is administered or injected and then only with informed consent can anyone violate that sovereignty.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C. keep Tri-Care for military. Encourage independent doctors not under the control of large medical groups. Big Pharma now has control of the entire medical system from the schools to the FDA. This must be corrected. Doctors must be allowed to practice medicine as they see fit including using proven natural holistic healing therapy's without restraint from the FDA.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C. We are not the worlds policeman. Our military is over deployed in too many countries. We must maintain the strongest military in the world but refocus its use to only where we have a clear threat to our national security.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

I support Israel.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

China is a direct threat to America. The long term and now perhaps near term strategic plans of the CCP is for them to regain their place as the worlds superpower with global dominance. We MUST recognize and counter this threat.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

First of all stop acting like its not an issue.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

A nation that does not control its borders is not a nation. We must get control of the border I will introduce "The American's Deserve Border Security Act" Which will prohibit any payments or other benefits to anyone entering this country illegally. They would also forfeit any chance of gaining American citizenship for life. Remove the motivation to enter the country illegally.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We may need an immigration pause to get control of this situation. Those in the country illegally should be deported. (yes, it can be done) Then have a controlled system of immigration like we once had that worked well. Also, stop turning back Cubans at sea that are desperately fleeing communist oppression.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT must be removed from any school or military training.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I strongly believe in God, I know prayer can work and that we are in dire need of strong moral leadership to get America back on track. Ronald Reagan said "Evil is powerless if the good are unafraid" We must be unafraid to confront and defeat the forces that are working to destroy this nation and rob our freedom ,liberty and Joy

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

We must terminate using electronic computer voting machines and go to paper ballots, hand counted with verifiable ID.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

See above.-paper ballots, no computer machines

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Not going to happen. What about the American Indians if you want to talk about reparations. Anyone born in America should be thankful they were born in a country that will give them every oppertunity

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I do not believe America is a racist country. Forces that wish to divide us have made it an issue. If America was a racist country Obama would not have been elected. President..twice. Clarence Thomas on the SC. Ben Carson, Surgeon General etc.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

We must return to energy independence. The war on fossil fuel is a deliberate effort to destroy the American economy. We have ample energy resources to supply our own energy economically for long into the future. Advances in technology will take place as it always has and energy sources will advance also. To try and end the use of fossil fuel energy sources quickly will collapse the economy and bankrupt American citizens.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. I have seen first hand the unnecessary economic harm that burdensome environmental regulations have caused.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Did not answer

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

NO

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am a successful businessman and a non-politician. I am running as an American First candidate. I am very focused on what we must do to get the country on the right track. When elected I will introduce "The Oath of Office Accountability Act" which will hold elected officials to their Oath of Office. I have other legislation addressing: border security, prohibiting medical mandates,,election integrity and energy independence. I will not surrender our culture, our values and I will not compromise on our Second Amendment rights.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

I would not defund law enforcement however I would see that mental health is properly funded which is needed.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I support. the Constitutions original intent. I will not compromise on the Second Amendment. We have a Bill of Rights not a Bill of Needs.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
