The legal and regulatory status of abortion is an example of how U.S. Federal government’s deliberate and malicious use of raw will and force has led to extreme political polarization in our society and allowed fringe issues and radical policies to define civil society in America. I have introduced two laws that address the use of raw will and force, which is unconstitutional conduct by the US federal government, against American natural rights and civil rights.

The same issues that apply to abortion also apply to legalization of suicide and euthanasia.

This collision between individuals, church and state, criminal code and morals, has been adversely affected by Roe vs. Wade for half of a century. 60% of Americans now believe abortion should be allowed in all or most cases and only 37% believe it should be illegal in all or most cases. The answer to this question must wait for the nation to heal from the adversity Roe vs. Wade brought into society.

The greatest threat to our liberty and freedom is the printing of money to avoid taxation and use of printed money to manipulate interest rates to keep them below the actual inflation rate giving American savers negative interest rates in US dollars. This ruined the risk-free rate and capital pricing and is the greatest problem with the allocation of capital and distribution of wealth and income. False inflation rate distorts the real gross national product net of inflation and interest rates.

There's no basis in the Constitution or any legitimate economic theory to justify permanent budget deficits and funding of this permanent budget deficit with printed money while using this printed money to distort interest rate, and all decision making in investments by interfering in the pricing of risk. We created America and designed our government to limit government power. Our survival as a self-governed people depends on reducing government expenditure, budget deficit and government debt.

Ending the policy of using printed money to cover budget deficits to avoid revealing to Americans their real taxation rate is the first step in correcting tax policy.

I always say, “Ask not to take out religion out of government but to take government out of religion.” Without religion there is no basis to decide right or wrong in government conduct, everything is relative, no standards exist. From the story of Adam and Eve until the resurrection of Jesus Christ has taught man what is right and what is wrong what is good and what is bad what is moral and immoral what is virtuous and what is sinful.

The use of government raw will and force against Americans is a violation of the separation of church and state to impose fringe America. The radical Left is indoctrinating our children to believe that America was founded in 1619 to protect slavery and not in 1776 to protect God-given natural rights, individual liberty, and freedom from government; that the Founding Fathers were white supremacist; that women have a constitutional right to kill babies on demand; that sex is a social construct and not biological; that borders are racist; that guns not evil people commit murder; that everything is relative; that there are no definitive rights or wrongs; that there is no God; and that religious worship is an expression of superstition. The worst thing the Left is instructing our children is that government is all-knowing and good; that even unlimited government systems, like socialism, Marxism, and communism, are benevolent; and that free enterprise and capitalism are malicious. A generation of children has grown up believing that government has the right to lie to us about the real inflation rate, to use this lie to print money to manipulate our GNP up and the money Americans earn on their US dollar bank deposits down, and to avoid telling Americans the truth about the budget and trade deficits and how and how much the federal government is taxing them.

COVID ‘shut down’ policies harmed the American people’s opinion on mandated vaccination. In 2021 Americans favored vaccination proof to be able to travel by airplane, to stay in a hotel, to attend events with large crowds, to dine in a restaurant and go to their office or work site. This is a serious policy and science problem. COVID occurred. It existed and is still with us. My view is that the COVID worldwide ‘shut down’ was the largest government assault on reason in modern history, if not the history of mankind.

C.) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available but Pharmacy Benefits Managers must be firmly held accountable, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. Rebates, payments rules and pricing, and relationships between pharmacies, insurers, and manufacturers all must be regulated based on real margin analysis not fabricated rules that institutionalize fraudulent pricing schemes. Intervention by government in our health care system has made it far worse and not any better. The idea that there exists in the constitutional right to public free health care is a Marxist, socialist, and communist notion and goes against the Constitution or the Declaration of Independence, and can only be fabricated through violations of the Bill of Rights.

C. The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.

Israel is America's greatest ally. Americans believe that America is either a Blessed land or the Promised Land for God's people. Biblical Judeo-Christian beliefs guided the Founding Fathers in their creation of American government.

We will never know the truth about COVID. It is undeniable that the flow of capital, profits, and knowledge and technology out of the United States and into China has polluted our nation’s ideas about what is acceptable trade policy, reduced American power and independence. Our financial position in having a permanent trade deficit and funded with printed money taints our policy towards China.

The violence and cultivated hate of Islamic terrorism that flourishes with oil wealth must be confronted and combated at its origins with the full force of American power.

In 2020 while the nation was going through the presidential campaign the federal judges issued 50 injunctions against the Office of the American President’s executive authority to manage the nation's borders under immigration laws in good standing.

I agree with that State and federal funds must be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Open borders is a Marxist scheme based on the beliefs that America is racist and that borders are racist. Immigrants must not receive government services and welfare; they must be independent and must understand American civics and government and come to America to improve their independence and liberty, and personal freedom. Leftist notions have become normalized in immigration policies. In the mid-1990s only 10% of Americans wanted more immigration and two-thirds wanted less. In 2021 29% of Americans want more, 38% want to maintain current levels, and 33% want less.

Radical sexualization of our society has reached the point of government interfering when a child reports to school officials that they feel they were born in the wrong body. The idea of administrating drugs to a child so the child will not reach puberty and that child could make its own decision about its sex is criminal. The idea that a man can compete with a woman simply because they say they are a woman in college athletics must be ended.

Calling America racist, fabricating the notion of white supremacy, the creation of project 1619 to claim America was founded on slavery, that liberty and freedom, limited government and the philosophy of the two Continental Congress, constitutional convention, Declaration of Independence, American Revolution, Constitution, Federalist Papers and Bill of Rights, all stem from the racist and Marxist ideology that underlies CRT. This must be severely regulated and exposed as what it is.

God is essential in a civil free society based on limited government. There is nothing more important than the relationship between man and God. The feeling that there is a force of good that we could come in contact with and work to better ourselves and better the world as individual in a self-governed society must be protected from government takeover. The notion that government is benevolent is the opposite of ideology and law of our Declaration of Independence and Constitutional government, which was designed to keep government out of the church, out of the family and out of prayer so that the people can be free to enjoy their natural rights that cannot be governed no matter what process government provides.

Under no circumstances can a citizen vote without identification. Regulation of states that allow it must be harsh and severe aimed to stop it.

Civics should be a hard science in America. There should be no doubt that the American government was created to limit the size of government and the jurisdiction of government in order to protect natural rights. The federal courts failed miserably to deal with the allegations of fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Former Vice president Pence should not have ratified unilaterally and arbitrarily the judicial decisions about the facts, factors, and circumstances of the Irregularities of the 2020 presidential election which were never looked at by any jury. Far more important is for Congress to have looked at the 50 junction issues throughout President Trump’s term that affected the outcome of the election. The constitutionality of each of those should have been reviewed by Congress as it was in 1877 with a committee of five federal judges, five members of the House of Representatives and five senators. For the sake of our constitutional democratic Republic this must still be done and the certification by Pence must be set aside.

The idea that America is a racist nation and that our government was formed to protect slavery not liberty is racism and is a threat to domestic security in the United States. These notions are what are racist and are creating reverse racism against white people, and the absurdity of white supremacy. I graduated from Saint Francis de Chantelle and attended Bishop Ford high school in Brooklyn NY. I graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. I have a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business. The idea of socialist and Marxist organizations funding campaigns to take over large city and county prosecutors who do not enforce the law based on race, financial circumstances or education must be addressed as violations of the constitution by the states. Psychologist and therapists cannot protect society from bad people wanting to do bad things to good people and private property. Law and order must be protected.

Guns and nuclear weapons in the hands of evil bad people are dangerous. You can't keep guns away from bad people. The ideology, the foundation, the philosophical underpinnings of the 2nd amendment exist to allow the people to protect themselves against their government. Any conversation about regulating the legal status of guns has to begin and end with the idea that government is a danger to the freedom of man, that government will always have a tendency to become totalitarian.

The first and guiding principle on any discussion of the legal and regulatory status of the 2nd amendment must be the individual freedom and liberty, and above all the protection of the Declaration of Independence’s and Constitution’s guarantee from government.
