QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Life and death situation for the mother

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

If individual citizens want to donate it is not the government's business; however, those who wish to remain free of involvement should not have their tax collars going to fund the organization that affronts their religious belief

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

It is God's place to select the time and manner of our departure

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Tax code should be favorable for businesses who contribute to job creation for Ohioans Businesses should be made to prove the effectiveness of their contribution to job creation in order to qualify for tax incentives

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Ohio State funding should be focused on infrastructure, school funding, financial assistance, law enforcement, etc.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

Tax-payer school funding should include pre-K through 12, and on a case-by-case basis be extended to qualifying financially challenged individuals

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Agree

Neither Individuals nor Business entities should not be forced by government to act outside their interests.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

When the government has proven through due diligence and a court order that any business or organization is harmful to the public; then, and only then should the government be empowered to force a shut down.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

For individuals whose cannot afford their own insurance, healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Vaccinations should be available after proper approval from the FDA and should be required for public safety; but never ignore the individual's health circumstances and be forced upon them without a reasonable option.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

People should be informed that terrorism from any group cannot be completely eradicated; however, any identified terrorist group should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of local, state, and federal law. I recognize that all US laws apply to all people, or they do not apply to any of us.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

The US should back the UN sanctions where they are appropriate and refrain where the sanctions are not appropriate. The Bible warns that God will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel. This does not mean to turn a blind eye to provable wrong doings.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

The US government should ensure the safety of US citizens. Sometimes this means keeping track of who is and who is not allowed to cross the boarder. Whenever anyone comes or goes, let them pass though a monitored doorway and not unseen through a window or a an unattended gap. This way we can stop human trafficking and prevent slavery, harmful drugs, or dangerous weapons and wrong doer into our communities.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone who proves them self to be harmless and/or useful to our country.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Parent need to be involved in what material is taught to the next generation. If parents have the option to determine where their students go to school, then they can use the choice to hold school boards and teachers accountable.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Nihilism can be viewed in such a way that one can believe that since there is no God then there is no wrong nor right; and all laws are arbitrary.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

I believe for all of us to be equal, then no group should be more or less protected than any other. discriminations should be redefined to ensure that all are viewed as equals.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Agree

I believe that we all have freedom of religion as well as freedom from religion by the first amendment. No religious organization should be forced to perform marriage rites, nor should their religious views be ignored. Those who do not wish to be bound by religious strictions should be free from such limitations. Our government should not push religious points onto anyone; nor should the government restrict any citizen from participating in our government because they believe.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Agree

Our education systems, government agencies, etc. should refrain from any point that might be viewed as racist regardless of what the program is named.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a believer and follower if Jesus Christ. I prefer to attempt to live up to His example; accept that I fail every day to live up to that example; and accept that many people in the US do not agree with my point of view (may they proceed in peace). I wish them no harm.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I need a proper photo ID to buy a 6-pack; get a driver's license; get married; purchase a firearm; board a plan; visit Canada; and many other activities. We should ensure that only US citizens who are registered voters decide in our elections.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Ensure that all those wishing to vote without a photo ID are directed to another area of the polling area to help verify their identity. This already exists in Ohio, whoever, this protection can be somewhat circumvented and need some tweaking.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes, no group should be favored by the legal system or any other system in our country (government or private). When some stir up racial fears and feelings, the outcome can be unpredictable. When dishonest reporting leads to rioting or violence, then those responsible should be held accountable.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

People of today, who are not directly responsible for the wrong doings of a previous generations, should not be made to pay directly or indirectly through taxes to individuals, who themselves were not the parties directly wronged by actions and atrocities committed in the distant past. No one should be punished for the sins of their father.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

More research dollars should be devoted to developing alternative, renewable, and sustainable fuel sources to make them more competitive with fossil fuels and thereby eventually replace the fossil fuel sources. However, we need to use that time wisely and not destroy the economic power we need to fund that research.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

Energy independence can help position our leaders to make better decisions for America and not be held captive to those who provide the energy sources outside to US.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Governments should provide for the common defense; ensure fairness in the marketplace; provide and maintain an infrastructure that is safe and useful to commerce and citizens. Government should make sure that elections are fair; no one is enslaved or abused; and ensure that none of the amendments of our constitution are violated by anyone, especially government agencies.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

People, whose views are to the right of mine want to return the US to sometime in the past, where only the white people can prosper. I would like America to become greater than anyone has ever imagined it could be... where anyone could enjoy the fullest extent of the constitution; regardless of where they started in life, even if they started in another country.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Did not answer

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I expect to ensure that local law enforcement agencies get as much support from the state legislature as I can help them with in my position.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

The local law enforcement agencies should ensure that their policies do not violate the rights and wellbeing of citizens. Officers should follow prescribed policies to ensure that their actions do not violate their agencies' policies and thereby provide safe and legal service to the communities.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

The money for mental health and community programs should be allocated though other means; but still be used to ensure mental health and community programs.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

People who own guns should ensure that their weapons are secure from theft and misappropriation and be held accountable when security of their firearm is not in accordance with proper procedure. Those who circumvent the current firearm laws and commit crimes with a gun that is not theirs should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law or be remanded to a mental institute when applicable. Current background checks should be followed, thoroughly and steps should be taken to discover why the system fails in some cases... then make adjustments accordingly. This may ensure that firearms do not make their way into the hands of the mentally ill.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Ford and General Motors are not sued because a driver intentionally runs over a crowd of people in a car; why should any manufacturer be held responsible for the misuse of their product?
