Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I am pro-Life from conception to natural death.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I support changes to the tax code that help to simplify taxes for taxpayers as well as methods that reduce the tax burden for taxpayers. I am open to looking at all options from a flat tax to a use tax. But tax reform is meaningless without a strategy to reduce the size of government and costs to taxpayers. Otherwise, we are simply shifting the burden from one pocket to another.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
We must constantly evaluate what government spending is necessary and unnecessary. The last two years have seen us spending billions of taxpayer dollars paying people to stay home while at the same time we are experiencing labor shortages and supply chain issues. Government bureaucracy is constantly growing, and good officeholders must be vigilant to shrink government wherever it runs amok. Our businesses are over regulated and wrongly regulated meaning that some professions require more hours of experience than necessary for a professional.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
College is not for everyone, and it would be a folly to force that on everyone or make it so that it is impossible to pass up. We need people in the military and trades and to enter the workforce. There are many paths to success, and college might be part of that path for a few.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
If a church is infringing on an individual's right to life, liberty or pursuit of happiness, then that is a problem. However, if a church is otherwise law abiding, there should be no circumstances under which a church should be closed. For instance, churches should be allowed to remain open even if they do not follow the mask rule during a pandemic.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. This is not to say that these systems should not be reformed.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None.

NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
First and foremost, the United States must explore all methods available to protect our borders. Extremism of any group is a threat to security. Once the borders are secure, the assets of terrorist organizations should be frozen wherever possible and communication be stymied. Our allies throughout the world should assist us in finding and bringing terrorists to justice.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
The United States thrives with a robust legal immigration system that supports and encourages those who wish to contribute to society and to be fully employed. Individuals should be fully vetted so that they have no history of anti-Americanism. Family relationships are not the basis for citizenship, although it should also not disqualify a potential immigrant.

VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Individuals are protected against discrimination. If someone chooses to identify as one of the more recently discovered or added classifications of gender, that is fine. But no special class should be set aside for a person. All people deserve equal treatment under the law regardless of any classification.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian and see Jesus Christ as my Savior. My relationship to Him is important to me. I grew up a Christian, and my mother is a pastor. I played in a worship band, and I attend New Life Chapel. Every decision in my life is weighed on these fundamental values.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Photo ID is required, and citizenship is verified. Otherwise the votes of all legal citizens are disenfranchised.

EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is a threat in the sense that it is being used by the liberal establishment in order to control voters and to wield as a foil against conservatives. Republicans and conservatives have been the force for liberty in this country from the beginning, and Democrats and liberals have been the force of subjugation for the entirety of this nation's history.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
