RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Life begins at conception because its a choice that two people make and a commitment to start a family.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Honestly, there are no real circumstances that justify an abortion. I feel that if you choose to have a child and then, later on, decide that you don't feel that you want it. I recommend giving the child up for adoption because there are many families who can't have children that would be great parents. The only reason that I could ever consider it being recommended is if there are health concerns for both mother and child.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
Everyone is given an opportunity to choose their path in life. It's up to them to make the right choice. People work hard for everything they have and want in life.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
I believe that we need to look at using our own resources for our country and not buying resources from other countries. There are a lot of ways that we can reduce the national debt and it all starts by cutting the unnecessary spending that continues growing.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Taxes need to be looked at as a way to help our economy and balance the budget. we need to make a flat-rate tax regardless of what you make or if you are married or single. People who work hard for their money get punished the most, they are single and married. Our retirees should not be taxed on their SSN because they have already earned that money and should be able to live off of it.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Business owners have the right to refuse service to anyone they choose and when you bring values of religion or personal beliefs that is wrong.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
Our founding fathers had said "In God We Trust" means that God is everywhere whether we are conscious or not. That also means that the Government should not be involved in our churches. There is a difference between church and state the was the establishment to separate the two, but not religion from politics or public life.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
NONE it's a choice.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C. I feel that everyone has a right to health care the parts that need to fix is all the prescription costs and the requirement to show that you have health care or you will be penalized for not having it.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
As a Soldier of 25yrs in the US Army, I feel that C is my choice because I have served this nation and took an oath to defend the constitution from both foreign and domestic. The US should help other countries whose values are being threatened but we also need to protect the United States from all types of terrorism. Our soldiers make the sacrifices to protect our freedoms and the fact that they put that uniform on every day to also protect those in other countries. The US should be focused on our countries safety.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
The United States should continue to track these groups throughout the US and be aware of their capabilities of being a threat. The US needs to look at the vetting process of people coming into the country. The borders need to remain closed have checkpoints and require travel documents and go through a process to come here.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
The Southern border is our largest problem and always has. The amount of drugs and trafficking that come through is more than our Border Patrol can handle so closing the borders and creating a point of entry that will help possibly slow down the problems that we are facing.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone who is going through the proper process to become a citizen is allowed a visa to come to the US. The process is easy and should go through a complete vetting process.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My values are I was raised in the church and I believe that God made two genders Male and Female as the bible states. I feel that when it comes to race we all bleed the same color and there is no difference when it comes to doing a job or having a career.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I would recommend no more mail-in ballots unless they are a soldier or individual who is stationed overseas. I feel that everyone should go to the polls and no more early voting you are given 1 day to vote and that is what it is. I feel that the laws we have now allow for too much corruption because many voters don't get counted for in they are mail in or drop off ballots.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Absolutely Not. In many parts of the US, there is still racism is right NO but you can't change people's minds. This Critical race Theory was designed by people who are racist and the reason I say that is because it has brainwashed our children and people throughout the US. When you look at history yes there were many people that believed in segregation. When I joined the Army there was no separation you were taught that regardless of the color of your skin you both wore the same uniform and shed blood in the color red. So I don't feel that someone should be judged by their color if they can do the same job that I can or even bettr guess what they earned my respect. Look at Martin Luther KIng and how brought an end to segregation.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Why are we not dependent on our own natural resources and why are we always relying on other countries to support us and our energy concerns we have our own natural resources and it's important that we use them and it will help create more jobs throughout our country.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
Did not answer
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
no
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
That I am available for questions at any time and I will not take time to talk to someone who has a question.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The 2nd Amendment is always under controversy and I believe that we the people must protect it at all costs. The right to bear arms shall not be infringed. I feel that there should not be any gun-free zones because that opens up trouble for these criminals to take advantage of. There should be proper background checks done to prevent the chance of these felons acquiring a gun. There are too many gun restrictions and no one can define what types of weapons they are being looked at.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
It's not the manufacturers fault so why should they be held responsible for what happens with a particular type of gun.
