RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am 100% Pro-life without exception. Medical professionals should always work to save both mother and child.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

The federal income tax is a direct and non-apportioned tax and thus is unconstitutional.See Supreme Court decision Pollock v. Farmers' Loan & Trust Company, 157 U.S. 429 (1895). The U.S. Supreme Court also stated that the 16th Amendment conveyed no new taxing authority. The 16th Amendment was never properly ratified (See 'The Law That Never Was' by Red Beckman for one good source on the subject). The entire federal income tax code would need to be changed in order to comply with the constitution. The suggested Fair Tax would not comply with the constitution. A flat sales tax could lawfully replace the existing method. Since Colorado relies upon the federal taxable income, Colorado would also need to rely strictly upon sales taxes. Thus, individual income tax would go away.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

The government must be put back into its constitutional box. The answer to this question is different for the State v federal governments. I support TABOR in Colorado and oppose using fees which are actually taxes designed to circumvent the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights. In Colorado, bureaucracies have been implemented that operate outside of constitutional authority. There is waste in most of the State's budget categories and requires a critical analysis in each department to determine what can be cut without sacrificing necessary services. As a State Representative, I would have minimal influence on the federal budget. Balancing the budget would leave the Federal Government still operating outside of its constitutional authority. I oppose the federal government's involvement in our education system and believe that federal department should not exist. I believe the federal intelligence and investigative agencies should be consolidated down to no more than 3, including one foreign, one domestic and one military. I would close down all of the domestic fusion centers. I would either close or consolidate dozens of bureaucracies that operate outside of the powers delineated in the constitution. National Endowment of the Arts would go away. Much of the foreign aid is not used for the stated purposes. Legislation at both the State and federal levels must be more concise, understandable, readable and scaled back to place much greater restrictions on pork barrel legislation. A major problem that is not discussed openly is massive expenditures that have been unaccounted for in the federal budget. See https://missingmoney.solari.com/ Perhaps an investigation could be required by State resolution to put pressure on accounting for these missing funds.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Choose not to answer

This question is poorly worded. What taxes are you referring to? How would the funding be distributed? The Colorado Constitution guarantees a free public education through highschool. I do not have a problem with that but do not agree with the current method of distributing those funds. I believe in school choice and curriculum transparency. Parents should have a voice in where/how their child is educated and funding should support that choice.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

This is a complex subject. I believe in a free market place. No one who operates a privately held business should be forced to violate their moral and/or religious beliefs. I believe in the common law principle of not injuring another. That principle applies to both the supply and demand sides in a free market.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

In general, there is no authority for government to interfere with worship assemblies and other religious based practices of churches. That said, a condemned building may need to be closed to the public. That should not stop people from assembling for worship. The current health mandates are based upon usurpation of governmental authority. It is government overreach.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Government should not have gotten into the healthcare business to start with. That horse is now out of the barn and putting it back too quickly would injure many. People have paid into a contract condition and the government has contractual obligations. I would consider a reasonable opt out and would not support any mandates. My view most closely matches C).

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Under NO circumstance. Real medical education not controlled by corporate interests is needed. That will not occur via government regulation. Real vaccines by the historical definition would not be needed with proper nutrition and natural remedies based upon real science. What is needed is a medical freedom marketplace that is free from government intervention.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Stop funding it and inciting it would be a good start. I'm more concerned about government tyranny. We've been lied to at almost every level and crises have been manufactured to justify government control and surveillance.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Choose not to answer

Very complex subject. I am not convinced the BDS movement or any other movement has all the answers to resolve the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. The public has been and continues to be deceived. The only way I see peace occurring includes the Palestinians having a voice. I maintain a historical view of Biblical prophesy. All wars are "powers and principality" wars. I suggest reading Ezekiel 38 & 39 and ask the question, when did the events foretold occur?

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

I support only lawful immigration. Only law abiding people that will acclimate and contribute to our society should be allowed to immigrate. The sad truth is that the abortion mill has killed off our labor force, and the effects will only worsen with time. There are those who wish to destroy our culture and national borders. The traffickers are making a fortune and destroying lives. The laws must be enforced, both to protect the innocent and preserve our culture.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

The Reese Commission (Congressional investigation into tax exempt foundations in the '50s) exposed an intent to take over our education system, which culminated when Carter appointed the first Secretary of Education in 1979 and it has been downhill ever since. I highly recommend watching the interview with Norman Dodd by G Edward Griffin. Contact me if you want a link. I believe in local control!!!!

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe we are in a spiritual war and those attempting to destroy our republic wish to defeat our Father in Heaven and His Son, our Messiah. They wish to reclaim His creation. I consciously work at viewing the world through the lens of Scripture. As I mentioned before, I hold to a historical view of Biblical prophesy and find it to perfectly conform with history. I accept His Word as truth. I accept Yahushua ha' Mashiah (Jesus) as the Way, the Truth and the Life.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Mail in ballots have proven to be problematic. Counting votes electronically is in secret and thus unconstitutional. Voting in person with photo ID on a paper ballot, counted in the open with a verifiable audit trail is the way to have a free and fair election. One of the first bills I will run will require photo ID to register to vote. We need standardized canvassing to verify and maintain accuracy of the voter rolls. Exceeding a reasonable margin of error discovered in lawful canvassing should trigger a forensic audit. Here is the link to The Colorado Report which covers the canvassing of 4 counties. https://videopress.com/v/U8Llm06r

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Race baiting represents a threat to domestic security. Racial strife is being fomented and used as a tool to divide and conquer. We are all descendants of Noah. Prejudice exists among all races and cultures, but the threat comes from those who propagandize victimization and fan the flame to crisis.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) By design, the green movement is not about the environment, it is about deception and control. We need to protect the environment, but that is not the agenda of those pushing the economically destructive regulations.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

My agreement is conditional upon reasonable limits. If not done responsibly, it has and can cause problems. Study the work of Dutchsinse on seismic forecasting. He is extremely accurate in predicting earthquake activity and shows how quakes tend to gravitate to drilling sites.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Government is instituted to secure the rights of the people. Unfortunately, that purpose is quickly abandoned by all governments. I hold to the proper pecking order of GOD, People, constitution, government and then bureaucracies, in that order. When that pecking order is attacked or reversed, then we have government overreach where coercion is used to control the people. A statesman knows that the people must control government to avoid despotism.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I believe in peace through strength, but find that our military has been used to serve corporate and global interests, especially those of the central banks. Warfare and welfare both increase debt. Monetization of debt is a scam and giving control of our money supply to the central banks has made them more powerful than government. Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptist has been wrongfully interpreted, the intent was to keep government from dictating religious beliefs.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am a deep researcher and student of history. I will stand on principle even if I am standing alone. I am a professional negotiator and will fight tenaciously for the best interest of the people and their inalienable rights.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

Officers take an oath and that should not be superseded by department policy. Department policy should also not violate common law. The old excuse of "I was just following orders" does not fly.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Mental health is a serious problem but should not be solved by diverting funds from other vital services.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None! I will not compromise on the 2nd Amendment or any of the other Bill of Rights. Surrendering rights for safety results in people falling victim to evil forces. I do not support Red Flag as it does not provide sufficient due process. Before Red Flag there was law on the books that provided for due process procedures where an individual was unstable and a threat to self and/or others. Franklin's quote is spot on, "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety…"

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

I find this concept of suing a manufacturer completely lacking in syllogistic reasoning. It would be no different than suing a hammer manufacturer.
