QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

An Artificial Uterus would render the question obsolete. https://youtu.be/3bP64x6ivkI

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I do not ignore women's rights. I believe life is more valuable than death. We need to protect the lives of both mommy and baby. https://youtu.be/3bP64x6ivkI

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Agree

This is where my pursuit of happiness may not align with Party views. I believe in Life's pursuit to birth into the next world.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

End Colorado state income tax.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Restructure the school system. More teachers, Fewer administrators. Too many areas to discuss in this finite space.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Agree

Through an associates' degree /professional certificate. Grade "14". But also, I'd lower the age of a legal adult and other adjustments.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

There are plenty of places to buy a cake.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None. If foolish people ignore medical warnings, let them suffer the consequences. But, let them Worship.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

*C - we might not fix this during our lifetimes, but we need to have as many open market options as possible while guaranteeing healthcare for every citizen and legal visitor.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

When students are required to gather in forced, closed circuit environments and breath in germs from others who are sick - vaccinations should be mandatory. (Or, stay home.) :)

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Declare War with the consent of Congress. That makes any further action legal. The declaration can be limited to cyber space, so to speak. As for Terrorism inspired by angry Amish clans, same policy applies.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Agree

America, the beautiful, is a child of Israel. We shall protect Her and Her other children regardless of the sensitivities of media venues that promote a harmonious Middle East.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

I have friends who risk their lives there every day. Wall, more guards, more resources. AND make the in-roads like personal Visas more accessible. Attack the Coyote industry.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

All, legally. America has plenty of space. What we need to require is that immigrants declare which State they agree to pay taxes in (not necessarily the State entered in). As long as newcomers pay their taxes, they are welcome!

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

The 21st Century calls for a new school system replacing the 19th century version. For now, the Money follows the students.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

We're a New Testament nation, everyone else is welcome to prosper by grace.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I'm male and get sexually harassed often. No one cares.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

The Holy Spirit canvassing is not available to gay couples, nor is serving as leadership in a new testament church fellowship. I Do support compelling insurance companies to pay out policies to same-gender couples. Adopted-relation uncles and aunts can be next-of-kin. Privacy law demands insurance companies pay out same gender benefactors even if they are gay.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

I will push Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation as a school-place alternative for CRT.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Raised Catholic, switched to Pentecostal in mid 20s, now practice moderate Assembly of God. After too may hyper-large churches, the smaller the church the better for me. I role model a monogamist and heterosexual lifestyle to my kids. I consider Die Hard a classic Christmas film and pray everyday, all the time. I treat the Holy Spirit in me like characters from Quantum Leap. :)

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

The photo prevents signature validation fraud.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Combine photo ID with Mail-In ballots.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Indirectly, yes. Racism is not a subconscious, default condition of any person. Ir does exist and is taught from older to younger.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

If we do this, what do Italians get? We were hung also during the Great Immigration Era. Several black cultures aren't from Africa. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/not-all-black-people-are-african-american-what-is-the-difference/

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

Many environmental laws are causing more harm than good.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Use alongside every other resource within our grasp. Go Science!

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Humor: kill opposed thinking. ;). Organize and choose the best options from available resources reaching a given province.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Don't let my humor mislead you that I'm a moderate or liberal. Republicanism should return to its roots. WE abolished Slavery and won the right to vote for women.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

At the very end of the show I state, "I teach my girl students that those who came before them gave their lives so they could fly space ships and run countries so they owe it to them to do exactly that." https://youtu.be/73Rq22JYoh0

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I believe Jesus Christ has called me to President in 2028/32. Our nation will face war years. I am going to get us through our darkest hour.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

In Colorado, SB 217 is destroying our police department. My dad was a narc cop, a man of God with a heart of Christ. If he could be sued by a crook for having abad hair day, he would not have survived the job. That's the way it is now. :(

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Fund the police on my watch. More benefits for shorter pension mandates. Good cops Do out bad ones.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Mental health evaluation for every gun purchase. And that's all.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Disagree

If 'guns don't kill people, People kill people', and knives and pencil-manufacturers are not subject to lawsuits for stabbings, then neither will gun makers be. Same applies to Squirt Guns...no one else is talking about this issue...
