RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I'm Pro-Life. Abortion can not and must never be used in place of birth control! Pregnancy preventatives are readily available and free, long acting reversible contraception, IUDs, and laparoscopic tubal ligation, sterilization, a common worldwide method, and vasectomies. All of these are much safer and in most cases, more cost effective, than murderous abortions. In the extremely rare case of the mother's life being in extreme danger of dying, with no other possibility of saving the mother, the baby could possibly be delivered before it's due date, if it is old enough to survive outside the womb, and be given all needed medical care to survive and thrive. The situation of the mother's life being in danger if she continues with the pregnancy, is very rare, especially with our advanced medicine of today. I'm not for abortion. In an extremely rare case of the mother dying if she continued in the pregnancy, I would want all efforts to be made to save the mother and the baby. If the mother was going to definitely die if she continued with the pregnancy, I would want her to live, and I would want all efforts be made to save both the mother and the baby. Modern medical science has been able to do wonders. Miracles do happen!

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive any funds from state, federal, or local governments. Planned Parenthood's founder, Margaret Sanger, in her 1939 "Negro Project" (her words), spoke of the Black race as follows, "We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister is the man who can straighten out the idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members." Abortion's a worse crime against Blacks than slavery.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

God is the giver of life. He's the one who knows when our time has come. He is the keeper of our heart beats. I support making end of life process as pain free as possible, using modern legal drugs and therapeutics. Euthanasia is a slippery slope. Hitler's regime practiced euthanasia on anyone they disliked or whom they deemed invaluable to their deranged society. Man has no right to decide who lives or dies, only God does.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Everyone should pay taxes. Limit personal deductions and tax credits to taxpayer(s) and only two children plus any adopted children. It is extremely unfair for singles and childless couples to bear the burden of the cost of those who want to have many children. If people want to have many children that's wonderful, but the rest of the taxpayers should not be subsidizing this choice, for example: just educating each child in Colorado costs taxpayers ~$12,000 per year. Seniors and veterans should be given additional tax breaks because they have paid their dues.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

State agencies are full of waste, fraud, and fiscal irresponsibility and must be scrutinized for serious reductions, additionally there are many duplicate and superfluous functions that should be eliminated. These agencies are too top heavy. PERA is a big financial drain on the budget. It is grossly underfunded and the taxpayers are contributing too much and the employees are contributing too little to it. This must be seriously overhauled.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Wrong premise here. There's an elephant in the room and taxpayers must not pay to clean up the dung. The problem is costs of college have greatly surpassed wage and CPI growth, making college too hard to pay for most people. One fix to make college more affordable is that it is way past time for professors to work a 40 hour week just like most taxpayers have to do.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

America was founded upon religious freedom and liberty. It is immoral and un-American to force a citizen to violate the dictates of their faith and morals. This is especially true when there exists a plethora of options, for example, a baker will sell a cake to any customer however, it is wrong to coerce that baker into using his creative talents to create cake decorations that are in violation of his beliefs.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Our government has no Constitutional authority to close churches. The First Amendment says, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,...or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,.."

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Letter C) fits my view. There is no explicit provision in the Constitution directing the government to be responsible for healthcare. Government does not cost-effectively run anything, especially healthcare, and the US has the most expensive healthcare system in the world. Additionally, they take away freedom of choice with their mandates and provide limited services which ultimately leads to rationing. Socialized medicine leads to rationing everywhere it has been implemented, also government with it's ludicrous mandates drive up the cost of private health insurance. However, as a just and compassionate society, we have an obligation to provide Medicaid to citizens who can't afford private healthcare insurance and Medicare to the elderly who have been paying premiums into the system for many decades. Other than this, the government has no business being involved in healthcare.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Never. This is an infringement of our rights. Furthermore,This especially applies to experimental genetic therapy deliberately mislabeled as a vaccine. Experimenting on people is a violation of human rights. This is against the Nuremberg Code.Shades of Hitler and Nazi Germany.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

By its own edicts and pronouncements from Mohamed, Islam is not compatible with Democracy, let alone a Constitutional Republic based upon Judeo-Christian values. By it's own declaration, Islam is at war with the Non-Islamic world. The problem is not Islamic terrorism. The problem is that Islamic terrorists are faithful Muslims obeying their prophet, Mohamed when he commanded them the to rid the earth of the pestilence of the Kafirs (infidels), or Non-Muslims. We need to have a strong presidential presence and a strong government and military. President Teddy Roosevelt said, " Speak softly but carry a big stick." Islamic Sleeper Cells which reside in many of our cities, must be constantly monitored by our law enforcement. Islam does not mean "peace." The word literally means "Submission." As in Star Trek, Islam is like the Borg. Submit and assimilate, or die.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East. It treats its Arab citizens with dignity, and full participation in the democratic process. Israel is the one true ally in the Middle East. There has never been in world history a nation called Palestine. A peace deal was brokered decades ago by Arafat but the Palestinians refused to accept it. They got taken over by radical Islam. Palestine's '88 charter, calls for the destruction of Israel. They do not recognize Jewish ownership of their lands.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

As President Trump so aptly put it, "Build the wall and crime will fall." I say, you lock your car to keep it safe. You lock your house to keep out criminals. Let's "lock' our border to keep out criminals too! The bloody MS13 gang, terrorists disguised as Mexicans, and other criminals, as well as many illegal Mexicans, are pouring into our country in such large numbers that our infrastructure can't handle assimilating another nation. We must vet these people. We must protect our citizens!

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

The US Immigration policy must be based upon our country's needs and not whomever can simply gain access. We are in a massive technological revolution that is eliminating many jobs unskilled workers take. This process will keep accelerating, meaning we need highly skilled immigrants, rather than uneducated, low skilled immigrants. Our immigration laws were created to protect US citizens. They must be enforced. Additionally, the acute issue most politicians ignore is, that our rate of growth, fueled by open borders, will be doubled in about 30 years! Our cracking infrastructure doesn't magically coincide with this growth rate. Where do get all the water from to accommodate 300 million more people? Can we drastically reduce our current water consumption by 50%?

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

School choice must be available to to meet the varied needs of individual students. I also support more trade schools. The primary focus must be providing the best education for all students at the lowest cost. Spending more money is not the answer. The education bureaucracy is grossly top heavy and inefficient. I support the elimination of the US Department of Education as well as notably trimming down the Colorado Department of Education.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

President George Washington said, "Religion and morality are the essential pillars of civil society." The Ten Commandments must be hanging on the walls of every school. Another Washington quote is, "Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can exist apart from religious principle." A nation is only as strong as its moral fiber.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

People are created either XY or XX, either males or females. "Nature of nature's God" as our Declaration of Independence states, created us so. We are all created equal whether you are XX, female. or XY, male.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

Judaeo-Christianity, upon which our nation was founded, states that marriage is only between a man and a woman.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Critical Race Theory is by design, divisive and destructive. If our nation was prejudiced against the Black race, then why did Americans vote for Obama as our President? Many states have Black governors and/or mayors. Colorado fits this category also. The Jim Crow Laws are a thing of the past.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian, a Jesus First candidate. My values and beliefs are from the Bible. I attend church regularly. I pray for this nation. As 2nd Chronicles 7:14 says, "If My people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Get a clue America!

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Voting must be in person with a photo ID, with the exception of our overseas forces and overseas Americans and out of state Americans. It is ridiculous that Mexico has more secure voting than we do.They have a required specific voter ID card.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Which racism are you referring to? The Dems' agenda is to call everyone who disagrees with them a "racist." This is an obliteration of the true meaning of the word. To value one race above another is very wrong! BLM/Antifa riots and murders were allowed and even sanctioned by the Dem leadership in many cities when they told the valiant police to simply stand down and allow beatings sometimes to death and destruction of property to go on. BLM/Antifa does not improve Black Americans' lives. In fact, Black on Black crime is still one of the highest crimes in America.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy, fits my views. Colorado has lost too many energy jobs, leaving communities hurting financially. Dem created choking rules and regulations on our coal, oil, and natural gas companies have driven them out of our state. Colorado must keep her place as 7th in the nation in carbon-based fuel production. It is a proven fact that we can clean burn coal, produce natural gas and oil cleanly as well. Colorado must help make America energy independent once again. What a stupid idea-to force us to buy energy from our enemies while they raise up the price! We can and must be energy independent! .

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

True science shows that it does not hurt our country. We must utilize the abundance of carbon-based fuel we've been endowed with and be energy independent once more.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Government must serve the needs of people. It must protect the citizens. Government must not be over-reaching, and diminish the power of the individual and diminish the power of the states. Too strong and controlling of a Federal Government is destructive to our nation.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I'm a lifelong Jesus First, Conservative, Reagan Republican, a Lifelong NRA member, a Constitutionalist. I am both a fiscally and socially Conservative Republican.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

My voter record is very Conservative, I have voted Republican since I was old enough to vote. This highly detailed questionnaire evidences my Conservatism. My website also evidences my true red Conservatism. WWW.DedeWagner4HD25.com I have sterling endorsements from Former Senator Tim Neville, State Representative Patrick Neville, and Former State Representative Tim Leonard. I am both humbled and honored to have these true red Colorado Conservative Republican Warriors endorsing me.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No I have not. I am squeaking clean.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am a public servant, meaning that public servants must serve the public, not themselves. I AM FOR: Voter Integrity, SAFE, Pro-America, Back to Basics schools, as President Ronald Reagan advocated, School Choice and Vouchers, and more Trade Schools. Parents' Rights are Sovereign, and I'm attending a zoom group that is working on Comprehensive Wildfire and Forest Fire early Detection and Prevention.I support TABOR-our Taxpayers' Bill of Rights, the US Constitution and Colorado Constitution, Rule of Law, the 2nd Amendment, I support the Police, and am leading two groups to raise funds for the police,to have their full body protection against rifle shot. We have currently raised enough money for two of our officers to be in life-saving protective gear-$4,200. I'm for bringing back Colorado's coal, oil, and natural gas companies and the jobs that left as well, and for taking away the ridiculous rules and regulations put on these companies. I'm for alternative energy with micro grids. Wind and Solar Energy studies must continue. We don't have the technology yet to do this on a large scale. These two energy sources are inconsistent. It is not currently economically feasible to have solar and wind energy on a large scale. I'm for promoting small business, a foundation stone of America. I OPPOSE: CRT, BLM/ANTIFA, Pornographic Curriculum in the schools, boys in girls' sports, Censorship, Sanctuary policies for illegal aliens, and most things Progressive, and too much money in politics!

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

Yes, officers which have followed the department protocol and policies should be immune from prosecution. We must support our police and fund them. What are you going to do without our patriotic, brave police in a 911 situation? Call a Social Worker? I don't think so. One bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

I have stated my beliefs previously in several related questions.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

We already have good gun laws. They must be enforced as they are with exception of the bad Red Flag Law. This law pits neighbor against neighbor, creating suspicion and distrust. A neighbor who dislikes another could create a false report on an innocent person(s) just for the purpose of taking their guns away. Again, shades of Hitler.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Agree

It's not the gun that caused the crime, it's the person who used it wrongfully. Firearms dealers and manufactures only make and sell the product. The criminal committed the crime, not the gun. Shall we go after baseball manufacturers just because someone hits another with a baseball bat? No.
