RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
Pro-Choice doesn’t equal that all pregnancies will be aborted. There is already a Pro-lifer ideology within the Pro-Choicer belief. Nature and the mom should ultimately make the say, especially women know their own circumstances the best. We should just be here for the mom in any way possible to be of assistance through difficult times.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
I believe we should cherish life when we have it in circumstances that create "no hope" for anyone, we should be there for them and do everything possible to let them be "back on their feet" unless the situation does not allow, we can always figure out the best outcome prior to death, as the decision made, there's no turning back.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
For a lot of women, if abortion is not allowed, they would choose the extreme way of ridding the baby herself through "backyard abortion services" and end up "bleeding to death" or catch some heavy and unnecessary infection, simply because she has no access to standardized abortion care, which is a lot more safer for the mother. No woman should have to endure that type of life-threatening trauma for the sake of saving her "life". Therefore abortion should be allowed for all women, and mandatorily, all relevant information should be given to the women in their language, to ensure they understand the consequences of keeping her chlid or aborting; especially for those that do not know they are pregnant until months later should not be barred from getting an abortion if that's the only way she could save herself, since getting pregnant is not entirely her fault in the first place.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
There are government departments that make discretional attacks upon different global religions for the sake of categorizing people into mental illnesses if they were not in their same religion. Considering what the United States of America stands for, practicing religious discrimination is certainly not tolerated by our Bill of Rights.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
If individuals and businesses cannot live with themselves due to conflicts of beliefs in order to service another, they should reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, whereas the customer can give their money or business to someone or somewhere else that'll be happy to serve them where outcomes would be great for both sides.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The church and the state have always been somewhat entrenched throughout history; which has caused a lot of ongoing disputes and sometimes, out-of-order situations for the community. It's great how it's structured today, to not completely take over, yet leave room for each to provide what it does best for the people.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
B) The US should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Choose not to answer
The BDS movement has endured long debates on whether antisemitism is at play. Whereas full equality may or may not be possible, since there are the same people on both sides.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Choose not to answer
The entire world's Parties are a threat to each other.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Maintain strong communication.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
If an entity has the policy to require vaccinations, then be it. But to require the entire nation to be vaccinated is beyond the practices of a free nation. Students should be entitled to choose what goes into their own bodies, especially minors are entitled to have their biological parents or next of kin if parents are not accessible, decide for them. If the students do not want to live with certain policies, they should be afforded the right to choose another school. For the police department, for example, a lot of our officers do not want the injection. And without them, the streets will not be safer. Therefore, we should be given the choice of whether to receive the injection or not; and not be required to have them, considering all of the damages and benefits vaccinations have brought, it only makes sense to be pro-choiced.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Agree
The minimum wage should be increased to living standards, and small businesses should be matched with better government assistance considering all the contributions they make.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
There is too much money wasted and disappearing without follow-throughs on their original purposes without oversight.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
A great deal can be adjusted with the ever-complicated tax codes. For example, payrolls should be more user-friendly and not penalize small businesses if the tax codes are too vague. And mandate accurate updates for tax payers whom already fulfilled their obligations, instead of repeat billings for what they've aleady paid in full.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
I believe all immigrants can go through the legal American process instead of just pouring straight in and hurting themselves along the way through dangerous routes and potentially getting separated from their families.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Disagree
Sanctuary cities are filled with great American contributors and innocent people who don't speak any English or know what the laws are. State and federal funds can assist the cities to get them into immigration law compliance.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
People that are talented, educated, contributive, and kind should be given assistance to immigrate to the U.S. People looking for religious and political protection can also be considered.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
Police should be held accountable for not acting constitutionally. We honor police and everything constructive they do, but, to hurt people as we see during the BLM movement is certainly not necessary, especially shooting and killing unarmed civilians, and having dogs bite the people when they're already in submission doesn't help with community order; nor does it bring respect to authorities.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
Police departments should have more funding for better and advanced training on how to get along with the community, and not allocate funds to other programs, whereas those mental health and community programs have plenty of funding that can be better allocated. For example, the quotas DHS obtain in preserving their income may require more regulations on the outcome of community accounts by directly asking the community instead of the only reserving to one-sided stories while disregarding facts.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Guns can be beautiful yet deadly-one decision cannot turn back time on someone’s life. But there are many that say, “it’s your life or theirs” and the debate seemingly never ends. Ultimately, we have the Second Amendment, the right to bear arms for the preservation of life, liberty, and property; which our forefathers thought out for us. And it’s just that, licensing guns through standardized practices, and requiring regular education on violence prevention is contributive to reducing crime rates.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Anyone can manufacture products so we have access to everything in our free country, free-willed world. However, it's the person controlling the gun that should be liable for pulling the trigger, and if minor, who's responsible for allowing access and in what circumstances requires further discussion. And, putting prevention into considerations along with locational responsibilities, are crucial in gun violence issues.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
I stand with justice, and what works for families in our current trends.
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMWOEUm0Q_s https://www.twitter.com/applefeng
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Give everyone Universal Basic Index money so they can worry less about survival, and focus more on thriving. Rich people who don't want the assistance, can donate that money to charity, or give it to the needy.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Agree
Although CRT has been weaponized through colleges of education to teachers, supporters say the US will not repair past transgressions against minorities and will continue to be in conflict; whereas the teachers can oppose teaching CRT. The Association of American Educators reported that only 11% of teachers surveyed were required to teach CRT.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe all beliefs and values that are kind, ethical, loving, respectful, caring, and honest should all be embraced and upheld in every part of our daily life.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Voting without requiring photo identification would make voting noncredible, and easily mishandled with fraud.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
To be allowed to observe and record the counts at all times.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Agree
If the people were injured, suffered, or sustained unnecessary trauma and or irreparable harm inappropriately, due to race, it should be mandated that they are entitled to a timely remedy.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes, whenever there's a domestic crisis; as many promote, "it's the Russians", "it's the Chinese", or "it's the Mexicans". How are they expecting the innocent and racially diverse Americans to live in peace anymore?
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Disagree
The goal is to benefit people and love the earth. If we can have alternatives from obtaining resources required from fracking, that will be ideal, in which less trembling and cracking are made on the ground we live. Some, may potentially impact their neighboring home's foundation, or land, and devalue their estate over time.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
B) Strict environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
