The USA should adopt the "Fair Tax" system. https://fairtax.org/ The Fair Tax would eliminate all federal income taxes (including the alternative minimum tax, corporate income taxes, and capital gains taxes), payroll taxes (including Social Security and Medicare taxes), gift taxes, and estate taxes, replacing them with a single consumption tax on retail sales.

HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Only vaccines allowed should be those which are FDA approved. Vaccines should be reviewed periodically to ensure efficacy. Place of work or education should have a reasonable reasoning for the vaccination for example childhood diseases while attending school, tetanus shot while working around rusty metal. Experimental or Emergency Use Authorized "Vaccines" should not be required. Exemptions should be allowed and given due consideration.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. I am a Christian who believes in the right of the individual. No one person should be discriminated against for any reason. If someone breaks the law they should be tried in a court of law and afforded the best defense possible. An individual is a person regardless of race, creed, color, sexual orientation or gender identity and should be treated as such. Children are children until the age of consent. Age of consent should not be lower than 18 years of age. If you are old enough to die for your country then you are old enough to make personal adult decisions. Parents have the right to decide what their children learn in school and educators have no say in any medical procedure a child should have. Educators should not hide any medical procedure a child wishes to have from parents or behavioral changes a child may have in school.

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Only citizens of the USA should be allowed to vote. If you need to prove you are a citizen to obtain a "Real ID" then the "Real ID," passport, passport card or other approved Government issued ID should suffice to prove citizenship. A real ID is required to Fly in an airplane it is good enough to vote.

There is racism in the USA and Racism is not a threat to domestic security. There isn't institutional racism in the USA if there were could you imagine the number of law suits regarding racism there would be. There are racists in our country and individual instances of racism and those should be dealt with accordingly.

Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. Environmental laws should be managed by the states. Federal lands should be managed by Federal Laws. We should be good stewards of our environment and so long as procedures are safe and companies take responsibility for their actions and accidents our environment will be protected.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
This is what I believe the USA needs: Secure Borders not Open Borders, Safety and Security not indiscriminate crime, lower taxes not higher taxes, more freedom not government control, Good Education for our children regardless if Public or Private, Education should get back to the basics, reading, writing, arithmetic, science skills, chemistry and biology, civics, physical education, the arts: Music, Creative and Industrial, Home Economics: Cooking, Sewing and Automotive. Keep personal opinion out of education. Certain ideals should be left to parents and if a child is confused about something provide private counseling while informing parents of the issue. Veteran homelessness and medical issues should be addressed in congress. Some gave all and all gave some and those who gave some should be duly compensated and cared for. The Veterans Administration needs review and overhauling to care for our veterans. We need to have a balance between renewable and non-renewable energy programs. We need to return to energy independence. We need to become less dependent on other countries for manufacturing especially for critical items. We should not deplete what ever emergency stock piles the USA has. Those emergency items need to be replenished and maintained.

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
If you pass a background check then a person should be allowed to own firearm(s). The 2nd Amendment is clear: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Should victims of drunk drivers be allowed to sue automobile manufacturers? Should people with diabetes be able to sue candy makers? Should victims of assault with a blunt or sharp object be allowed to sue hammer, pipe or knife manufacturers? In all cases no.
