No Answer

11. Who has the primary responsibility to be sure children are properly educated?

Parents, Local School Board, State Government

12. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Forcible rape. Ex: If a 10 year old girl is raped and impregnated, it is not Gov's choice.

13. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

The founders structured our constitution the way they did to protect individual freedom and liberty. They believed in inalienable rights given to us by God, and wanted to ensure that they created a government that was to never be more powerful than the people that they govern, and that would only govern with the consent of the governed.

14. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Voters. We live in a Constitutional Republic, hence my non answer of the "Pure Democracy" question. "Pure Democracy" supports mob rule. We have a constitution that protects the minorities from the whims of the simple majorities.

15. Please list, up to six in number, the endorsements (groups or individuals) you would most like to promote.

Missouri Right to Life, Missouri Chamber of Commerce. Other than these, I have not sought the endorsement of any particular group or Individual.

16. Please list your educational, military and vocational history, and any church and civic leadership positions held, and political positions held or sought.

I obtained a BS in Business Management from the University of Missouri in Columbia in 2010 after graduating from Cassville High School in 2006. I, through my company, MariCorp U.S. have been involved with countless charities and civic organizations supporting veterans, orphans, senior citizens, local chambers of commerce in our rural areas, and our local alliance of churches. In addition to this we have provided equipment for youth sports leagues among several other endeavors. I have never held or run for political office prior to this.

17. What charitable, educational, religious, or political organizations have you been affiliated with as a member, contributor, or volunteer?

Alliance for Churches, Project ID, Toys for Tots, Covenant House, Various Senior Centers, Chambers of Commerce Initiatives, Monett Jaycees, Barry County Republicans, YMCA, and financial support of other various organizations.
