QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I am unashamedly and boldly Pro Life!
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
None. Every effort should be made to protect the life of both the mother and the baby.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
The most basic and essential role of government is to protect our unalienable right to life, given to us by God.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Strongly Agree
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Agree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Separation of church and state is NOT in the Constitution. The First Amendment protects freedom of religion, not freedom from religion. While we are a Christian nation, the government should not force a denomination, nor can it prohibit religious practice.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
I could not disagree more.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Maintaining strong relationships with our longtime friend and trusted ally in the Middle East is vital to our national security and prosperity as a nation. However, standing with Israel does not mean blindly endorsing everything its leadership says or does—no more than we would with any ally.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
I most closely align with C. It’s not realistic to come in and eliminate Medicaid and Medicare. However, it's no secret our current system isn’t working—healthcare is unaffordable, pricing lacks transparency, and fraud is rampant. We should move toward more free-market solutions that increase competition, lower costs, and give patients more control over their care.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
I believe in supporting the free market. Mandating minimum wages unintentionally harms workers by encouraging businesses to replace entry-level jobs with technology and automation, including AI and robotics.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
1. Audit & eliminate wasteful spending by establishing a Georgia “DOGE” dept that is rewarded for identifing inefficiencies, unnecessary programs, and consolidating duplicative agencies for the legislature to cut. 2. Increase transparency & accountability by making state spending more accessible & understandable so Georgians can hold government accountable. 3. Strengthen zero-based budgeting by expanding its use across all agencies.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
Secure borders and enforcing immigration laws are critical to the safety and long-term viability of our nation. Policies like sanctuary cities undermine the rule of law and provide save harbor to dangerous criminals.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
People would be surprised by how much foreign influence has shaped American education over the past half-century.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
The goal of the criminal justice system should be to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly—holding offenders accountable, protecting victims, and ensuring fairness under the law. Bottom line, we must uphold the rule of law.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.
Strongly Agree
Sharia law is not compatible with our constitutional government.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
No additional restrictions are necessary. Convicted felons are already prohibited from owning firearms under federal law, and law-abiding citizens’ constitutional rights should not be infringed.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
VALUES
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
I support the expansion of gambling in my state.
Strongly Disagree
While I have some libertarian leanings, they are tempered by a report from Focus on the Family years ago, along with other studies, showing that gambling can hurt families, often preys on those who can least afford it, and places additional strain on taxpayer-funded safety nets. I am committed to policies that support faith, family, and freedom.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a follower of Jesus Christ and have surrendered my life to Him as both my Lord and Savior. I am inspired to serve by Jesus, who said, “I came not to be served, but to serve.” Scripture teaches that when the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people mourn. I am also guided by Jeremiah’s call to seek the peace and prosperity of the land in which we live. That challenges me to work to improve the lives of the citizens in our community, state, and nation.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
I have four daughters, and I will fight with every fiber of my being to support them and all the girls in this state, and to protect them from radical policies that put them at an unfair disadvantage and, at times, in grave danger.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Strongly Disagree
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Fossil fuels and nuclear. Natural gas provides flexible, reliable power, while nuclear delivers long-term, stable baseload energy.
