QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
The public's money is entrusted for mainly for the use of defense and guaranteeing interstate commerce and issues regarding the constitution. Abortion is influenced by large corporations and is misrepresented to the people, once they have all the data the clearly right path will be taken.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
We already have care that appropriately provides for the needs of the dying. The slippery slope aspect of legislation of this fashion is dangerous, and again, the true purpose of its backing, its hidden agenda must be investigated.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
If a physician in accordance with the mother makes the decision post traumatic event/accident, when the lives are both in danger a call must be made, and it does depend on the viability of the survival of both living beings involved. When rape is involved as well appropriate psychiatric assistance must be given and the option laid out as far as adoption and psychological resilience. A case-by-case basis involving the true intent in purpose of the emergency procedure.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
Less regulatory restrictions upon the free market entwined with less propaganda by media sources would open the eyes of the populace to their opportunities that exist, especially mobility. I would say redistribute the individual under his own selecting and motivations to where he can find wealth. Explore freedom, strike out and earn.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
The government has far expanded from its purpose and is wasting our affluence.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Simplify. Less bracketing. Faster service through tech and freedom from complications, creating less need for oversized bureaucracy.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Agree
All our liberties are at risk. Our religious liberty has been expressly attacked for three decades I know of. Currently it was completely over-looked concerning the forcing of vaccines on the populace.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
NO individual nor business be forced to work outside the parameters of their own choosing. Markets and the scale of public opinion will steer what is successful or not. Less restrictions by the government would create a more beneficial environment for diversity, the heavy hand of government always has bad outcomes.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The state should as with other rights instill defense of the people's use of them. Our government is created upon religious principle studied by leaders for thousands of years, and coalesced into a beautiful document, our constitution, we must hold true to them today. The foundations of them no different than any other successful society, truth, stability, unity. RULE OF LAW
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
MILITARY necessity only. All others should have clear and simple ways to opt out without consequence.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I am a C/D sort of fella. I think Medicaid and care need complete revamping, with an eye towards productivity-based funding and accountability. The cyclical nature of the "industry" of psych/addiction/homelessness/poverty/geriatric care/ is beneficial to the system not the individual.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
D, our society is failing. We are in a drug epidemic and a state political division. How about we clean our own room first?
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Choose not to answer
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
CLOSE OUR BORDER, PUMP OUR OIL. AMERICAN ENERGY FOR AN AMERICAN CENTURY.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
We need to exert influence over Mexico to militarily destroy the cartel region of control at our border. Or do it ourselves.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Legally applied immigrants with merit status. Legally applied immigrants with actual vetted refugee status from American involved warzones.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
VOTER ID JAIL terms for illegal tampering, of ballots, systems, funding.....
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is a threat to security no matter where you go, but America is the least problematic in the world. We delude ourselves with worry over propaganda that instills more fear and division. Media could a lot to change this issue. We the People should embrace Americanism; it is what unites us.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Let's get every drop and do what it takes to pay for tomorrows world...instead of flipping a switch causing chaos and instability worldwide....
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I want to represent All Alaskans, with hard work, truth, transparency, dedication and determination. I vow a term limit, so I won't go to DC to be a part of THEIR club, or to represent the status quo, the powers that exist. I will go to represent YOU. I am adamantly pro liberty! We are known for rugged individualism here in Alaska! We are known for action here in Alaska! I believe a new age for Alaska has come. Where we as free people can take the reins of government back from interests living far away and being ignorant of our daily lives and struggles. Begin again to break through the barriers of opinion and hold to the truths of humanity. UNITE and UNTIE Washington DC control from Alaskan's FUTURE Alaskan control of resource decisions- we have to gain state independence from DC interests, no free people can be controlled from 3500 miles away. We Alaskans have a fundamental right to self-determination. The federal grip has led us into a stall. We must transfer power to the state. Subsistence and individual hunting/fishing rights protections, and 2nd amendment defense. Individuals over Entities. Proud supporter of Native Alaskan subsistence rights! Sharing is of great value. In this age of government overreach and incursion from Juneau and DC, nothing is more important than providing for one's family. Subsistence comes first, the people live upon it. Our 2nd amendment will never be infringed upon in this state! Bad policies regarding hunting and fishing have been harming individual Alaskans from ALL communities for too long. To Bob Lyons, Alaskans and our ability to harvest OUR resources will always come first! Selling out to corporate interests and Washington is not an option! God Bless You All Veterans' travel/health protections- our brave warriors often get forgotten. They must come FIRST! Alaska's unique position detached as a state deserves special attention regarding Veterans and access to services! Homelessness and drug proliferation must be addressed utilizing different modalities and by coalescing agencies, demanding accountability and productivity requirements in funding. Our efforts must be combined and targeted for effect, we as a state must get on the same page. MANDATE Alaskan Growth and Affluence!! Our FUTURE generations DEPEND on US! Alaska doesn't have to be going nowhere, we can build a bridge to tomorrow, and guarantee our next generations the pursuit of happiness. Hello, My name is Robert "Bob" Lyons. I’ve been in Alaska for most of my life, from the Delta, Greely to Fairbanks, and Bethel. That is where I met my wife Alexandria. Our two children, Annemarie 21 and William turning 16, they both know what is at risk in the upcoming election, little rabbits have big ears. I think a NEW generation of Alaskans need to take control of what has become a state run by special interest over the interest of the citizens. My father was military, US Army, he recently died from Agent orange/pancreatic cancer. Major Raymond E Lyons JR DO, his life dream was to get to Alaska. Dad sacrificed much to achieve it. I remember when he took us to the Pentagon to discuss getting reassigned with a general, I always looked up to him for that. His wish has made my life. I've worked in the airlines in bush Alaska throughout my twenties, operated truck and equipment for 15 years. I currently reside in Mat-Su Valley with my family, in the cabin I built by hand. I have hauled fuel in frozen weather and pulled bulldozers from the frozen overflows. I have helped weld floats in cold lakes and driven over the icy river road as it rumbles and groans! I have dragged the homeless from the frozen snow and given them blankets. I have waited hours in lines at food-banks for people really affected directly by poor policy. I have walked day in and day out assisting schizophrenic addicts with recovery, I have put my dear Alaskan brothers in the ground. I have a BA in Psychology and worked downtown in Anchorage with mentally ill transient populations. That is until just recently where my life has hit an unexpected barrier, as has many of our citizens. Getting fired by a bureaucrat who wouldn't listen to my physician pushed me to act. I am against these mandates and the pain it has caused our neighbors. I think common sense targeted vaccinations and the people's liberties should rule, protect our constitution, such a document preserving individual liberty has only been produced once in 6000 years. "It is noble to change course when you feel failure all around you, to admit to a mistake, to correct your path. But to continue on when you know you are hurting others, it is more than incompetent, it is bad behavior. It is chaos." "Many politicians in Alaska make promises, then neglect. Their aim, to acquire power and influence, self-enrichment." "There are many in this state with the big names, and all that comes with it..." "If a heart is beating, a mind is thinking."
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
If they followed appropriate approved guidelines, it is the department's fault.... a training matter.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
Police departments have the ability to promote psychological training.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
NONE. Except closing the border and ending our drug epidemic.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
