Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None, the mother should be educated on the violent act of abortion and how if affects the unborn child. Mother, should be counseled on alternatives such as adoption.

ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I would request an evaluation of taxes paid by families making under 100K per year. Families are being taxed to high and unable to make ends meet.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would evaluate each department in our government. I am certain their is waste at every level of our government. Many of these departments are over staffed. I would recommend a hiring freeze. It would be much better to have those potential employees work in the private sector where they are most needed.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

College educations are optional. Families and Students, should take advantage of the numerous scholarship opportunities and student loans are available. Students who receive a free ride are also less likely to value the education versus having to work for it.

No, I am a hispanic woman. Racism is not as rampant as the media would have you believe. Are there bad actors out there who are racist, yes, but again not at the level the media would have us believe. 2012 Election Obama's 39 percent showing among white voters matched the percentage that Bill Clinton received in 1992.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
