QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
In a perfect world I would never want to see abortion, but if it must be allowed, it should only allowed as a medical necessity to save the mother's life. However I understand the psychological desire to want to have an abortion with cases of rape or incest, especially in cases involving minors. I do however feel that there are better options such as utilizing the Plan B bill after a tragic event such as these types situations instead of waiting weeks to address a possible pregnancy. I strongly disagree with abortions taking place after conception, but also anytime after a heartbeat is established.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
This question has many implications. The First Amendment states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." That being said, preventing the peaceful assembly of individuals in order to exercise their religion is a violation of this Amendment. However the Constitution is not a law. It is a governing body of ideals for the creation of laws. That being said a Government could close a church as identified as a building if there are public health violations, structural concerns, criminal involvement etc. The church is but a building to practice in. The infringement upon the beliefs being practiced it what should never take place. So this question as it pertains to the actions we witnessed during COVID should really be worded as, "When can the government infringe upon religious practices and or beliefs?'" which the answer would be never.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Right now the biggest threat to America is not Islamic Terrorism. It is the Biden Administration's failed foreign policy; starting with the open border. The best way to eradicate threats of terrorism to the United States is to close our borders and vet the people coming into the USA. We should not police other countries back yards when our own back yard is a strategic mess under the current administration. Lets start with securing America's safety by addressing the threats on our own soil first.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never, no circumstances warrant the infringement upon medical sovereignty utilizing vaccinations or mechanical restraints that can be applicable to facial masks.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
The better question is what changes are not needed. The entire tax code needs to be overhauled as we are placing too much of a burden on individuals and corporations with subsequent government waste in spending. We should be operating on a leaner more efficient model with better return on investment practices and holding officials accountable when they waste the tax payers money.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I have a copy of the Colorado budget for the last two years. There is mass amounts of waste in each department. For example in 2007 under the Office of the Governor with Republican Bill Owens the budget was at 66 million. Fast forward 14 years under Democratic Control and this budget is now 540 Million, with Governor Polis increasing his budget in 2022 by 116 million dollars post pandemic. The Federal funds issued for Covid were misappropriated and mishandled. I will ensure that we perform an audit of the budget and cut out all wasteful spending, implement caps to spending in line with economic and population growth, as well as offer more transparency to the tax payers as to where their money is actually going.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Agree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone who goes through the proper legal paperwork to become a US citizen.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
Our law enforcement is under funded already. Re-directing funds to another program is robbing Peter to pay Paul and does not solve the sky rocketing crime that we have. I move to defund our corrupt elected officials and refund our law enforcement. Then with budget reform we create a solid program for mental health that has ample mile markers for measurement of success as to not created over abuse of financial resources as currently seen in Medicaid/ Medicare.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None, Constitutional Carry all day every day.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
That is like saying you are going to sue God or evolution because he gave you hands to commit the crime of strangulation. The thought process behind this is absolutely devoid of any common sense. The dealers and manufacturers have no correlation between their job to produce and sell a firearm and the person behind the trigger's decision making as it relates to the desire to commit a violent crime.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
As created by our Founders and Framers of the Constitution; to ensure a smooth operation of the body of public with secure checks and balanced systems as to not create infringement or burden upon the people who have placed elected officials in positions of servitude. it is considered an honor to serve at the leisure of the public, and yet the government we have today has seemingly forgotten that ideal. The executive branch to enforce, judicial to interpret, and legislative to create; and yet we saw with COVID that the executive branch operated heavily in democratic states with minimal oversight, and created numerous infringements upon the people. This abuse of power is what our founding fathers aimed to avoid in the creation of our framing documents. Which is why we must get back to a Constitutional Conservative era, placing our framing documents ahead of each department to ensure overreach does not continue to run rampant as it has been.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Place the Constitution first with the consideration of new laws being passed and I guarantee that most of them wouldn't make it past the vetting process. We have forgotten to consult this document first and as a result we have limited freedoms and government overreach.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Disagree
While I strongly agree that traditional marriage is between a man and a woman, I am in disagreement about the ability of the government to deny the right to marriage to anyone that differs in that view. Our founding documents describe the pursuit of "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness"; which may look different for others than it does for ourselves. I will protect equal freedoms for all, and stop forced participation in avenues that individuals do not wish to partake in.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Stop introducing radical new legislation like SB 153 and start upholding the laws we already have in place. Lets enforce those before we muddy the waters by introducing new ones.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. People dont even understand the true meaning of "racism" anymore because the media has deemed it a pop culture insult in a woke crowd. We need to re-educate the majority of Americans on what intolerance is, versus disagreeable positions.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
