QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

End of life decisions are difficult. I am for medical freedom which means the patient has the right to decide which, if any, treatment they want to receive. I am in favor of helping the patient feel as comfortable as possible via medically supervised legal medications. I am strongly opposed to assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

No circumstances. As an advocate for medical freedom and for taking up the cause of those who cannot speak for themselves, my position is to advocate for the the life of the baby.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I am in favor of moving towards a consumption based tax code which is much more fair to lower income and middle class families.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is guaranteed by the constitution but lawmakers and activists are actively seeking to chip away at these liberties.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Choose not to answer

This is a loaded question. I am against discrimination based on race, sex, religion, etc. but business owners should retain the right to refuse services that violate their moral/religious beliefs.

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

The first amendment was designed to keep government out of the church and not the other way around. Of course, I am against any nationalized religion. But a teacher or student who says a prayer at graduation, for instance, does not constitute Congress establishing a religion. Elected leaders should be free to express their religious beliefs because it tells us more about who they are. In theory, a person cannot separate who they are from their job since who they are will determine decisions they make on their job. For instance, if a person is against lying or theft due to their religious beliefs, that principle would theoretically affect decisions they make in their job.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

This is a difficult question and there is no clear answer. However, under no circumstance should a person be forced to take an experimental vaccine which violates the National Research Act. Also, a person should not be forced to take a vaccine which has been shown to have limited effectiveness and undisclosed potential side effects. The National Research Act (1974) should be followed in all circumstances which means a person cannot be coerced into participating in a medical experiment and a person cannot participate in a medical experiment without informed consent.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

This is a difficult question. I think we need to move towards more localized programs and away from nationalized programs due to the cost of administering these programs and the difficulty in monitoring fraud and abuse.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

The United States should only get involved in foreign wars when it threatens our national security. This does not mean that we cannot participate in negotiations or other actions to avoid or end war or other forms of oppression and we should do so when it is prudent.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

I am in favor of the alliance between the US and Israel. I am against the oppression of any people but it is difficult to know the truth in certain situations because the legacy and tech media cannot be trusted.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

I am not sure if it is possible to eradicate the threat. The government should use common sense to investigate and protect us against credible threats without infringing on the rights of American citizens or innocent parties.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. by following our immigration laws. Our immigration laws have provisions for vetting potential immigrants.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Choose not to answer

This is a difficult question. I am in favor of everyone being protected against discrimination but it seems that the left likes to create preposterous situations which are used to infringe upon the rights or wishes of businesses or persons. One example is the NCAA swimmer called Lia Thompson who claims to be transgendered but is dominating women's college swimming. It is the biological women who need to be protected from the man who is infringing on their sport.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian who walks with the Lord on a daily basis and seeks to discern God's will in all situations with help from the Holy Spirit.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

As a candidate for Federal office, I am not in favor of "federalizing" elections. I am in favor of keeping elections local but increasing the penalty for crimes in federal elections. I am in favor of federal laws mandating voter ID, increasing penalties for federal election fraud and outlawing blanket mail in balloting.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Using racism as a divisive issue by race baiters and political opportunists is a threat to domestic tranquility. I am opposed to racism and oppression in all forms and that includes teaching kids that they are born racist because of the color of their skin.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

It's not about stricter environmental laws, it's about not allowing frivolous environmental laws to hurt our economy. I am in favor of protecting our environment but I feel that there are too many power hungry political opportunists who use environmental issues to gain power and wealth.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I am a strict constitutionalist and I feel that power should be divested from the Federal Government back to the states. The states can determine among their people what they want to do about of a wide range of subjects where power is not given to the federal government.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I have provided links to my interviews on my web-site and I have uploaded various speeches I have given to my Facebook page. https://ballotpedia.org/Dante_Sabatucci

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

TERM LIMITS!!. Balanced budget amendment. Other campaign issues such as election integrity and medical freedom are not about new laws, they are about enforcing our existing laws. Congress has the responsibility for oversight into the executive branch which has not fulfilled it's obligation in the area of enforcement of these existing laws.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Choose not to answer

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Convicted violent felons should be restricted from owning guns.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
