I am because we are. I have a personal commitment to ensure that this district succeeds. I was born, raised, and left to join the Navy, all within district 147. Since leaving to join the Navy, I have always found myself in a position of leadership where some may say I lack the qualifications needed to perform my job. I tend to say to them is “try me,” and I allow my grit and hard work ethics to speak for themselves. I am not a politician; I am a servant and a protector, and I plan to protect this community from empty political theatrics that intentionally misleads the people and I plan to serve the community of 147 with pride and innovative ideas that are fueled by the community. Honor 1 Peter 2:12 Integrity is what you do when no one is watching; it's doing the right thing all the time, even when it may work to your disadvantage. Integrity is keeping your word. It's an internal compass, a rudder that directs you where you know you should go when everything around you is pulling you in a different direction. I always want to look myself in the eye in a mirror and not regret my choices. Sometimes you think no one is watching, but things have a way of coming to light. When you start raising kids, this becomes even more important. With that, I plan to remain honest and transparent with the decisions made for our community. Courage Joshua 1:6 I want my community to approach me with the good and bad to ensure a transparent and honest environment as a servant of our community. I dare to remain transparent to help promote accountability for my actions as your representative and provide information for citizens about what our Government is doing.
