RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
All and any taxes must be as limited as possible yet also help sustain the ability of the government to cover basic necessities for our citizens. Overtaxing the rich is a common mistake governing bodies make, but I will make sure to vote on and author legislation that benefits lessening the tax burden from the lowest income to the top 1%. As long as we have regulation there will be taxes, but fixing our energy grid, lowering property taxes, and keeping all of our markets free of government interference will always be a priority and will combat the need to continuously raise taxes.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
It would vary between taxpayer-funded lobbying and special interest focused legislative dealings. A lot of these bills or resolutions have a majority with Republican legislation, yet so many refuse to back good legislation because it could upset their re-elections or political relationships. Also, a large portion of our bureaucracy is tied up in unnecessary government spending, so also eliminating property taxes and the system entirely will be a huge priority. This would remove a mountain of bureaucracy and simpler taxation through consumption taxation. I believe the strain of government is dangerous to a society, so the less we take from it we can continue to decrease our spending appropriately.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
NONE
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Each of these have completely different measurements, which is already a huge dilemma in our medical industry. I believe in limited government, so many times my first thought is: how much can we limit the role of government? There are many many many Texans who cannot afford private healthcare, much less any insurance costs. Universal healthcare is a form of socialism and it has ruined our market significantly. I believe we can focus on providing more affordable healthcare through allowing some forms of government assistance for a time, but our culture also has to step up and be willing to volunteer time or donate money to help those in need. A society with a culture of giving bears much more fruit than a society governed by constant taking. Big pharma is also an issue and plays a mighty role in manipulating costs at so many levels. Because of these factors, my legislative perspective would align the most with C.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
NONE
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Well, I can’t imagine the current administration of doing anything in foreign policy, especially terrorist organizations. Islamic radicalism is the least of our concerns as far as our immediate doorstep. Cartels have begun to take over industries and local markets as they wage war with each other. Texas has become the corridor for drugs and human trafficking, and the federal government is not doing enough to help. Radical Islamic terrorist is absolutely a problem and a threat to our good relationships across the globe. However, cartels have amassed major organizations and built huge financial institutions in recent years. With crime pouring over the border, all forms of terrorism creep through, Islamic or not. Many of these cartels have even more of a reach in their countries than some of the major terrorist organizations. It’s time we start going after these groups and begin declaring them as terrorist organizations. We must attack their business interests and financial reach around the globe. The federal government will have to work with Texas as we begin eliminating the threat to our great state and wonderful nation.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
Israel will always have a special place in my heart—it is the nation God had chosen as His first. I will always stand up for Israel and the Israeli people for their property rights and their freedom to follow God’s course as He guides them. Israelites have a history of disobeying the Lord, so as His direction goes I will always seek out empathy for Israel and any religion within it.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Mostly workers for the labor market, which is suffering greatly. We also need stronger trade deals with things products or materials that may not be found in America. I believe in Capitalism and industry, which is supposed to be a free market system and free of socialized economics. As Americans, we must focus on innovation and rebuilding our economy. If we can purchase quality materials or products and bring skilled labor into the country at an affordable rate, it will help fulfill the need for hard workers in the labor market and bring down other market costs. America is built on entrepreneurship and profitable ideas, so we must provide skilled and hard workers for job producers alike. We must be welcoming qualified and well-educated skilled workers to allow for or prepare them for a life of making an independent living in our culture. America is the land of freedom and opportunity, if folks want to enjoy and take part in the benefits of being an American, they have to work just as hard as the rest of us. The monopolization of power in the immigration system has continued to allow for lack of resources, poor processing systems, and terrible legislative prioritization. We have got to shift our focus on rebuilding the labor market and finding cheaper resources, which will also allow us to continue to work on creating more manufacturing jobs in America. The state of Texas plays a huge role in achieving that goal, and we’ll continue to as we correct the brokenness of our local immigration system.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Critical Race Theory is a disastrous form of education which has roots in Marxism. Although Marxism’s roots began with worker rights, it has since expanded into a racial issue. The lack of truth and objectivity that is packaged within CRT has made it a Trojan horse for a culture governed by morally bankrupt racists and narcissists. CRT is a danger and it must be removed in all forms from all institutions which are taxpayer-funded.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Strong, well-monitored auditing systems, and even allowing for more paper ballots. I’m totally against allowing the federal government to create a federalize voting process. We have to create a culture that takes election integrity seriously and seeks to remove fraud in all forms. Republican or Democrat, cheating must not be allowed to advance anyone’s political agenda. Every local voting jurisdictions have a process unique to their community, so protecting the integrity of every election will also require more volunteer election judges and poll watchers. These will be key priorities of mine, especially as we dig deeper into the needs of other districts across the state.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I believe so. It has led to a lot of chaos and major disruption in our society. Culture is everything. When you have cultures who put themselves against another for a different belief or skin color, you remove the ability to learn and grow from their experiences. Where you have racism, you also have intolerance. Intolerance breeds anger and frustration, and anger and frustration breed violence. We’ve got to stop allowing politicians and pundits to use these issues for political gain. Such leadership only feeds into the present situation while the ripple effects may happen years down the road. We can work on fixing our culture on an individual basis if our culture continue to step up. We cannot allow for citizens in our communities to believe their identity is found in a color or belief. There are clearly many people of all races and belief systems who have equally rioted, overthrown local municipalities, and weaponized people by their own discriminatory racial levels of practice. It also depends on the President or who is manipulating situations at that time.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To allow for basic societal needs on a limited level. Government is too big. America has abdicated her responsibility by allowing for the removal of of charitable giving and volunteering. Culture carries everything far more than government can. Culture is found in the free market of relationships and connectivity. Government disrupts very often, but we’ve come so far that levels of socialism have creeped into our industries. The monster of government is beatable, but it’s a double-edged sword in that we’ve become so accustomed to the present government needs we see regularly. I’m also a big fan of states having their own rights, which can increase the strength of local power and governance. I’ll take that over the federal government any day.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Texas is in need of a strong, energetic leader like myself. I spent a lot of time in Austin this past legislative session, mostly working on Constitutional Carry. I spent many days a week learning and growing an understanding for the legislative process. During my time at the Capitol, I found that I had a passion for getting legislation passed after we pushed Constitutional Carry through. I testified in both Senate and House Committee hearings, and led a team to Austin and to make calls, send emails, and show up at their elected local offices. As I learned about how things worked at the Capitol I began to speak with members of my community about what issues are important to them as well as what are important to me. I’ve come to find the Texas energy grid, the Texas border, and our Texas education system are the most in danger for our future-statewide and nationwide. Our grid is in danger of complete collapse, much worse than Snowmageddon. Texas is the highest producer of energy in the nation, but we’re also the highest consumer. With so many people moving to Texas, our consumption cannot keep up if we don’t fix our present model. Focusing more on consumption taxation, advocating for innovation in market and strategy, and taking serious action on an equally holistic approach to energy market share. The border is in shambles and is wide open. The wall isn’t all that’s wide open, it’s our processes and what we allow to degrade the immigration system. At the very least, agents need more resources and adequate manpower to properly patrol the border and protect the mainland all across the state. We must also begin to declare many cartels as terrorist organizations so we can better go after their finances and business interests. The Texas education system is broken and needs some serious repair. People in my community are blessed by Lewisville ISD, but our neighboring Denton ISD is a different animal. A school district like LISD is few and far in between, so we must begin to adopt their model as well as some of the other top school districts in the state. Every community in Texas deserves a good educational system. We’re behind many other states, and standardized testing routines have proven to fail and take up far too much time to reach and study. If we can take the model of bringing dual credit courses, internship opportunities, trade schools, or any experience learning in pieces to other school districts, we can overcome the stigma of education being formal and focused on the wrong preparations for career readiness. Ideas like CRT or SEL have no place in public education. We can’t be focusing on ideas or allowing unqualified educators to teach what many college professors have studied years to understand and teach. We should keep them focused on skills and experience learning rather than standardized testing and emotional ideas. Ideas have consequences—when they’re taught ignorantly or improperly it erodes the purity of education and wastes quality time for our students to find a skill and run with it in the world. We’ve got to start fixing our system because it is certainly broken. Our youth and their futures depend on it!
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
Unless the mental health programs are for the police officers or their associations, I do not support redirecting, lessening, or pulling resources from our great law enforcement.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
There are far too many restrictions already.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
