QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I am 100% pro-life, from conception to death.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Under the current false dichotomy, my choice is seemingly no abortion, or all abortion. Therefore, I unequivocally and unapologetically support life, 100%.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The state has no place in the Church, other than to protect its speech. The church is a part of our social fabric, and therefore will always have some influence on government. There is no official church of the state, and I will ensure this remains so- but i will not, and cannot exclude faith from the national conversation.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
A combination of all three- We have made promises, and need to obligate them. However, good foreign policy and a strong military might ensure that no conflict is ever necessary, and if so, it is completed quickly and fiercely. We are not Nation Builders, and can only help those who help themselves- not spend our treasure on foreign shores.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
I support Democracy, not terrorism. I am an ally of Israel, period.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Be compassionate purveyors of capitalism who oppose trade with theocracies that trample on human rights.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None. Consent for all medical procedures is necessary, and transparency will be FULLY provided for all medicines and their related programs, or not offered at all.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C) The current medical system needs restructuring and to work better for the taxpayer. Larger referendums are needed for National issues like rising costs, etc., and must be addressed before the United States spirals off of a financial cliff.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
People want opportunity, not "free" handouts. I support all Texans earning an honest living, and would work to create opportunity for communities.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
We are grossly in debt. It's time to tighten the belt before our Nation becomes insolvent.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
No federal tax in the United States should ever put any American at a competitive disadvantage with the rest of the world. We need to create revenue through smart, sustained growth, not taxation. No tax raises. Ever.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone qualified for which there is room. This is a varied list, but should predominantly be those who are capable of self-sufficiency and a desire to improve the lives of themselves and their families. We are a Nation of immigrants who worked hard to become Americans, not to separate themselves.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Agree
I believe we need a massive increase in mental health services funding- it isn't either or.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I believe a simple law was already written for gun control. It's called the 2nd Amendment.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No, I haven't.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Less taxes, less regulation, more efficient spending. Innovation through emerging technologies is the key to restoring manufacturing to our country, & communities. We will end burdensome regulations, & resolve to be energy independent. Health autonomy, and an end to mandates. There is no more sacred right than to enjoy our foundational freedoms without fear of government intrusion. Transparency is required of our government, not us to them. End the pandemic through common, cheap prophylaxis. I will never allow such a shutdown of our society, and never shut our citizens out of the process again. End Congressional insider trading, career politicians, and ensure legal voting with transparent elections. I will only serve 6 years, and will vote to demand an end to trading within the legislative body while serving. It's only fair, and honest. Creating direct access to the Representative is my number one priority. This includes a Rep office in every County, with access to crafting workable legislation, VA/SSA/FOIA paperwork, and many other basic functions of government that you should have daily access to- no matter what. I will be in the district every week to stay with my wife and small children, and intend to honorably represent the district while highlighting its many wonderful communities to the country at large. I will also ensure that each and every bill voted on will be explained in clear terms to every constituent, by experts pulled from the community. There will never be a vote from my office that isn't in the best interest of my district, regardless of the political costs. The office of Texas 17's Congress-member will always be the office of the people whom I serve. The only thing that matters to me, is that you always know you matter.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Religious institutions should be allowed to decide who they hire, based on their unique doctrine. This includes black Hebrew Israelites not hiring Caucasian people.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
CRT is racist. Period.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian, who often fails, and learns from his mistakes. I am thankful that God has provided me Grace in addition to my free agency.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
We are the only 1st world nation that even debates this idiocy.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Voter ID, National holiday every 2 years, mobile engagement with homebound voters.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No- dividing ourselves by race is a national security issue.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Disagree
I support responsible energy exploration and energy independence.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Stricter laws NOT followed by China have crippled our industries. Shutting down the entire US wouldn't impact global temperatures even one degree. We are losing an economic ear due to a self-inflicted wound.
