QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
The problem with the property tax code is that it prioritizes government revenue over people being able to live in their homes.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
There is plenty of government waste. Finding waste requires auditing.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Government cannot compel people to perform acts. Government powers are limited to those enumerated in the Texas Constitution and the United States Constitution.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Government cannot close churches. Government powers are limited to those enumerated in the Texas Constitution and the United States Constitution.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None. Government, schools, and employers have no right to require you to put anything ON nor IN your body.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Opposing terrorism with maximum force minimizes the number of innocent Americans who are killed.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
If you don't have a border, you don't have a country. An open border threatens our individual physical security, law and order, our public financial balances, and ultimately the existence of a constitutional republic.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Only those people who want to assimilate and become Americans should be allowed to immigrate.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
“Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports…reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.” from George Washington's Farewell Address
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
I don't like CRT because I love everyone. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 is the law in the United States of America.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian and Judeo-Christian values are my guide.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I strongly support requiring photo ID for voting. Maintaining America as a free country requires election integrity. Photo ID’s greatly strengthen election integrity. Photo ID's are required for many other parts of life; so photo ID’s are neither unusual nor onerous.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
In counties with large populations, ballot counting should be performed in an open space under public livestream video surveillance that is recorded and visible live on the internet.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
The crowning victory of the civil rights era was the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It was passed in the U.S. Congress with a much higher percentage of Republican votes than Democrat votes. Today, thousands of people from all races legally and joyfully come to the United States of America from Africa, Latin America, and Asia. If you live in Houston, you could easily meet people who immigrated from Cameroon, Nigeria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Colombia, and on and on. I once met a lady from Benin - a tiny country next to Nigeria. Look no further than the two international terminals at Houston Intercontinental Airport to see for yourself. Why would thousands of people come to the United States of America through Houston Intercontinental Airport Terminals D & E if it was such a racist place - as the Democrats spout? Such notions are pure Democrat party propaganda. Don’t listen to the socialists, communists, and marxists. They only want to tear America apart. The United States of America is the greatest country in the world!
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Hydraulic fracture treatments are a normal part of oil and natural gas production. Hydraulic fracture treatments increase employment and increase local tax revenues that are based on petroleum production. Hydraulic fracture treatments increase domestic oil and natural gas production rates. And they increase our domestic energy security by increasing our oil and natural gas reserves.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The purpose of government is to protect its citizens’ natural rights. The domestic function of government is to protect its citizens’ natural rights in matters relating to other citizens. The international functions of government are to provide a strong national defense and border security. Beyond these functions, government should leave people alone. Numerous private organizations including families, churches, businesses, and other groups can take care of the other parts of life. My reason for running for office is to protect our families, our children, our country, and our freedom.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

I love the United States of America. I am PRO GOD • FAMILY • AMERICAN FLAG • INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY • U.S. CONSTITUTION • 2A GUN RIGHTS • PARENTS RIGHTS • SCHOOL CHOICE & CHARTER SCHOOLS • FREE SPEECH • ELECTION INTEGRITY • BORDER SECURITY • U.S. MILITARY • LOW TAXES • LIMITED GOVERNMENT • LOVE ALL RACES and ANTI-CRIME • ANTI-STATE INCOME TAX • ANTI-PROPERTY TAX • ANTI-MANDATES • ANTI-LEFTIST • ANTI-SOCIALIST • ANTI-COMMUNIST • ANTI-MARXIST • ANTI-WOKE.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I strongly support Parents Rights and School Choice for five reasons: (1) Public schools are failing in their only purpose which is to educate kids. In Cy-Fair ISD 60,000 kids cannot perform math at grade level. We could fill all 40,000 seats in Minute Maid Park with Cy-Fair ISD kids that are failing math - and we would still have 20,000 more kids who are also failing math standing outside the stadium. The numbers for reading and writing are even worse. Source: Texas Education Agency at txschools.gov (2) Public charter schools have been successful solutions to failing regular public schools throughout the U.S. for decades. The number of parents who want to enroll their kids in public charter schools, when they are available, always exceeds the number of seats available - so seats are awarded by lotteries. Public charter schools are funded under the usual public school budget - so they are free to parents just like regular public schools. Source: “Charter Schools and Their Enemies” by Thomas Sowell. (3) Parents are the ultimate arbiters of their kids’ educations - not the government. Parents have the right to decide where their kids go to school. Parents have the right to control their kids’ curriculum. But there are no parents rights in regular public schools! Instead, the government decides where your kids go to school, what classroom they sit in, what teacher they get, and what curriculum your kids are taught. If you don’t like it - tough luck for you. You have no other options. School Choice will provide you with many other options that are proven to be successful. (4) Our tax dollars are being wasted on failing public schools. At the worst high school in Cy-Fair ISD, only 7% of kids are mastering math at grade level. And at the second worst-performing high school in Cy-Fair ISD only 9% of kids are mastering math at grade level. (5) Public schools are being used by leftists to indoctrinate kids in anti-American thought. If left unchallenged this indoctrination will result in the end of our constitutional republic when these kids are soon voting against the America we know. Young teachers in their 20’s in Cy-Fair ISD and Katy ISD are already fully indoctrinated in leftism. Our kids need an emergency evacuation from regular public schools. Current Obstacle: Right now the Texas State Board of Education is blocking many charter school applications so those charter schools never even get to offer their services to parents. This SBOE power must be dissolved so that parents have rights. This is a case where government is blocking rights rather than protecting rights.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. The background checks we have now are sufficient. I oppose any further restrictions. I oppose so-called "red flag laws". I oppose restrictions relating to barrel length, magazine capacity, action, storage, trigger locks, ammunition, and suppressors. I oppose confiscation of peoples’ arms during natural disasters or any other emergencies. Arms are necessary for the security of a free state; and they are also necessary for the security of individuals in their daily life. I support the U.S. Supreme Court rulings in Heller and Bruen.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Manufacturing and selling firearms is legal in the United States and millions of people are counting on those manufacturers to be in business - not bankrupt.
