I proudly supported bills such as the TX 89th regular and special Legislative Sessions' House Bill 7 (HB 7), The Woman and Child Protection Act, which will combat the over 19,000 abortion pills mailed to Texas each year. The 5th amendment addresses eminent domain, and The Fourteenth Amendment extends property rights and guarantees equal protection for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Reporting and eradicating fraud, waste, and abuse is overdue. Texas has done a good job through the office of the Texas Comptroller, DOGE, and other Texas State departments and legislative bodies in exposing some of the waste, but there is always room for improvement. The first question we should ask a political candidate is, "What is your relationship with God?" Leaders should be God-fearing individuals of integrity, a servant's heart, who embrace faith as an influence in governance. Our Founding Fathers intended not one religion be established, and this principle to allow for religious freedom in order to live out one's faith in public life and civic duties. We must amplify our voice and no longer be complacent w/the contradiction, "freedom from religion."

The government or unconstitutional practices must never infringe on our individual rights, moral or religious beliefs. The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of many cases in which a person's livelihood and religious beliefs have been negatively impacted. America's founding documents and Christian foundation will stand the test of time. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary, with the caveat that both programs are audited and beneficiaries are reviewed every 5 years for need of assistance. I strongly agree. I will uphold the Republican Party of Texas Platform, Priorities, and Resolutions regarding foreign threats. Texas is NOT for sale. We must seek the return of purchased land, specifically near military installations. Reports indicate approximately 50,000 Chinese nationals alone, were apprehended at our borders 2023-24. We must also ensure that our K-16 educational institutions, instructional materials, and teaching practices aren't influenced by communist propaganda & agendas.

Israel is our biggest ally in the Middle East. Our foreign policy, strategic defense and diplomatic relations are strengthened due to our alliance with Israel. Born, raised and a practicing Catholic, the land of Israel is recognized in most readings. Such, Israel was remembered in our missals following October 7th, past & present. We pray for the land of Israel, its people, faith & culture. However the U.S. cannot place any country or foreign leader over the best interest of the American people.

I have signed The Remembrance Project’s Key Principles pledge. Principle 13 reads "End Sanctuary Policies. Halt taxpayer funds to sanctuary jurisdictions. Prosecute those aiding or obstructing in any way the deportation of illegal aliens." Parents are granted God-given rights for their child’s upbringing, health and educational formation. Also, studies show that success is enhanced by parental engagement. Texas Education Code Chapter 26 directly correlates with our parental rights and responsibilities. Therefore, a school must educate, not indoctrinate, and always respect and request parental consent. In turn, parental involvement is welcome and fostered, commonplace.

I strongly stand against child exploitation. Legislators, parents, pastors, doctors, and child advocates stood in the front lines in support of Senate Bill 14, prohibiting medical providers from administering gender-affirming care; such as irreversible surgeries, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and puberty blockers, to minors. SB 14 requires the Texas Medical Board to revoke the licenses of medical providers who violate the law. We had to vacate the House Gallery for our safety. God prevails.

We are already experiencing a homeless crisis in major Texas cities, especially in our capital city of Austin. We must not introduce more gambling venues due to all of the implications that come with that industry. One only needs to visit Albuquerque or the state of Nevada, near the military bases, to get a dose of the dangers and threats that our society will face, if we open the doors of expansion.

During the majority of my adult life, I've been affiliated with the military. I swore an oath to defend, peers were/are my brothers and sisters in arms. Politics were a non-issue, but since I have had to combat the exploitation and indoctrination of children, liberal agendas and threats to our freedoms and way-of-life, I've become more conservative than I ever was before. In order to work with children in the Catholic Church, you must be EIM certified. Children & the elderly are the most exploited groups. I'm pro-life, taught RE & Confirmation classes, married 25 yrs, raised our children Catholic. I'm grateful & blessed beyond measure and I know I must walk through the door God has just opened, which places me in this race for LT Governor.

Our criminal justice system upholds the rule of law, provides justice to and protects victim's rights, and holds criminals accountable. While, we strive to rehabilitate individuals & reintegrate them back into society, I would like to see [child] sex offenders sentenced to the highest extent of the law. District Attorneys must be diligent, with firm conviction, and work with all leaders to eradicate human trafficking, sexual exploitation & make child predators in child settings afraid to harm.
