QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?

The most important thing a school can do is educate. Educate students about the choices they make, their impact and the value of life. Educate on these objectives and it will create a person who can make better decisions and handle the results they make. Educate students about what an abortion actually is, the ending of a healthy life. Educate students what an abortion is versus a dilatation and cutterage. Many people are pro-abortion because they don't know the difference. Educate students about opportunities from charities and churches. There are many resources available, such as PreBorn, to assist with a new baby for quite a while. We need to educate that having a baby isn't the end of your life-its the beginning.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?

Less government is best government. But we are here. Since 1979, the Department of Education has not served America well. I look forward to it's dismantling and am hoping for ISD's to truly gain independence and teach their communities what and how they need to be taught. Education has never been one size fits all. Education "experts" haven't gotten right, they've gotten it wrong, really wrong. It should be up to each district to address their students needs.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Teachers should be required to refer to students by pronouns which are misaligned with their gender at birth even if it would violate the teacher's moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Compelled speech is bad speech. Forcing teachers to support false realities is wrong, for religious reasons and otherwise. To foster a delusion and mental illness is so far out of bounds its an atrocity.

EDUCATION

Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.

Strongly Disagree

First and foremost, schools are for educating students in the three R's: reading, writing and arithmetic. Everything else that happens at a school is an enhancement and should provide value to a student. Planned Parenthood, gender care have no business in school. Those are private matters for a family/guardian to address.

Consistent discipline creates a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.

Strongly Disagree

Educators should give students a thorough education in America's founding documents and cultivate American patriotism.

Strongly Disagree

Just like you should respect yourself, your possessions, your home you should respect your country. If you don't love and value yourself and your country, why would anyone else? It is so important to recognize the amazing experiment that is America. Never before in history have so many people been lifted out of poverty. It's time to put the spotlight back on the achievements of America.

I support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Strongly Disagree

Hard pass on the DEI

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

Bye Felicia! Each community is different and has individual, unique needs. The schools are filled with educators. They can create curriculum which suits their students. They can decide for their community how much technology they want to implement, how much recess.

Please list in order the following priorities in relation to the role of a K-12 public school (omitting any that do not apply): American History, Art & Music, Civics, Critical Race Theory, Foreign Language, Gender Identity, Information Technology, Language Arts, Mathematics, Personal Finances, Physical Fitness, Political Activism, Science, Sexuality, Social Emotional Learning, Vocational Learning

American History.Civics. Language Arts.Personal Finances. Vocational Learning.Sciences/Information Technology/ Arts Music/ Foreign Language We need to know, understand, love and respect the unique country we have. We need to understand how it is governed and why the constitution is special. We need fluency of language to understand the parsings of language in the constitution and to protect ourselves from those who wish to use it (and other knowledge) to cudgel us into submission.

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child instead of the bureaucracy, through a program which allows parents the freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Strongly Agree

It's not the State's money. It's my money, your money. My share of it should go where I want it to for whatever style of education best serves my child.

Which should students have: equity of outcomes or equality of opportunities?

Equality of opportunities.

Which type of written parental consent should be obtained before students are taught courses such as Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE)? (A) Opt-In. (B) Opt-Out. (C) None.

Opt-in.

VALUES

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

God, family and country. Respect for the Creator will create respect for our family and hence our country. I was raised in the Episcopalian church. I was an acolyte, crucifer and choir member. Episcopalians are very tolerant. I believe Live and Let Live but, once you cross into my lane I am going to push back. That is where we are now in society. That is why I am running for school board. Because every day, another DEI-equity-loving, gender-affirmer joins the race. Their goal is to destroy the kid, family and hence, the country.

Who is responsible for teaching sexual education to children, and what is the appropriate age when it should be taught?

The parents and guardians should have this role. Each child is different and matures differently, the parents and guardians will know what and when it's best.

If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development

Sex education through the school should consist of human anatomy and reproductive system which would include fetal development, diseases and dysfunction.

Children have a right to reach maturity without chemical or surgical castration, which would damage their healthy bodies through surgeries and may cause infertility and a life-long dependence on cross-sex hormones.

Strongly Agree

Children have the right to be protected from hypersexualization (including drag shows and explicit materials) in schools and libraries.

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman essential to the formation and sustaining of a civil and prosperous society.

Strongly Agree

Parents have the fundamental right to raise their child in accordance with their beliefs and values, including the right to make decisions about the child's education and healthcare.

Strongly Disagree

I would agree with that statement but, we live in a world where a parent will move their child out of state so that they can chemically castrate, mutilate and remove healthy body parts, permanently destroying and disfiguring their child. A parent does not have the right to trans their child. The children must be protected.

Parents should have full and timely access to any and all records, including school and medical records, associated with their minor children.

Strongly Agree

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Education has been peddling this voter ID inaccessibility lie based on questionable data parameters for however long, decades. I rejected it in the 90's when SMU tried to shovel that on me. I reject now as well, and so do millions of black people, elderly, native people, who have IDs. Either you want one or you don't. The notion that requiring ID is somehow suppression is the biggest joke ever and its designed to make us feel guilty and just give up.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports.

Strongly Agree

Biological males should not be allowed to occupy women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, women's shelters, prisons, or sororities.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

Faculty who are licensed to carry and have had ongoing training should be allowed to carry guns at school in order to respond to an active shooter situation.

Strongly Agree
